Had a one night stay with my family in a 3bedroom villa, this turned out to be located on the site next door. Once we managed to navigate our way there and open the door to this “palace” we were greeted with cockroaches scampering, a shockingly musty smell and sticky floor. The place was so run down it was a joke…patched holes in doors and walls that were so poor it was disgusting. Doors that didn’t shut, a toilet that you had to pull apart after flushing to stop it running. You could live with “run down or tired” but this place was just so dirty and I think the last time that did maintenance was 15yrs ago. The beds were disgraceful, the downstairs shower you couldn’t actually enter as it hand no handle. Full ashtray in the back courtyard…the list could go on…. When we handed the keys back on checkout we advised receptionist of the issues was meet with a response of “really”, well I suggested they take a walk down and have a look at the quality of the joint…no wonder they have you pay before you stay because I wouldn’t have paid after a night at this place. One word it’s a disgrace!

DO NOT HAVE AN EVENT HERE!
To say we were disappointed in our wedding reception is an understatement. Entrees were an hour late, thrown on a plate and burnt, then the main was an hour and a half late, they knew we had little kids at the reception that were getting very restless waiting so long for food. Then for the mains to be served, cold, raw, inedible. I had the vegetarian risotto that I could not force myself to eat it was so bad. People were leaving our reception to go buy food elsewhere. People were also skipped completely and there wasn’t enough food to make more. Considering they supposedly have big weddings all the time for our wedding of 70 to cause so much chaos was alarming. They didn’t even put the wall panels back up for their storage and left their entire sound system out when I had already organised a DJ. I asked them the day before AND on the night to put it away and no one did. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else but here. Absolute rip off!

I found it needed to be updated also I had trouble getting into the shower as the bath is way to high to climb in. And the bed wasn’t comfortable. I could feel bites on me I think it has bed bugs. It’s a good size room. Close to all shops also the RSL where I walked too. Good spot needed TLC done around the property also the pool & carpet was all torn up. In hall way. It’s like a backpack place.

This place seems well positioned to shops and amenities. Rooms spacious. Perhaps reception staff should make people with children aware that their children should not be allowed to run up and down hallways esp at 5am in the morning banging on people’s doors with no supervision. Very disappointed that these sorts of people don’t have the social eticate to realize that their children are their responsibility at all tines.

Location was great, close to many stores and restaurants. The room was nice, but the bed was too hard. Not a very comfortable sleep.

Staff were very friendly place was central to everything. Down sides room maintenance was lacking there were light covers missing and fixtures coming off of the wall. On first entry to the room there was a terrible smell from the drains but was quickly resolved. Great for a stop over for 1 or 2 nights.

Plus-beds are soft and new, beautiful trees outdoors and friendly staff. Also in nice area for tourists. Minus — pillows uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep, conditioner/heater makes a irritating sound. After flushing toilet the water refilling takes 5-20 minutes meaning anyone that has to go after you is unable to flush also the refilling has an annoying sound, pool was cold even on a hot day and spa was even colder. The pool was quite dirty with leaves and sticks floating around making it seem that it’s very rarely clean. I cut my foot in the spa because of the sharp spa corners. Ugly out dated furniture in the hall way. Stains that seem to be vomit in hallway as well. The hotel has a shower/ bath combo in the bathroom we tried to have a bath but there was no plug I mean why spend more money to have a bath when it’s not even usable. I nearly slipped and cut my self when walking out of the bath/shower because of the highness from the bath. When turning the shower off I had the removable shower head fall on my which could easily knock a elder or infant out I would not stay out this hotel again.

Rooms are a good size but very dated. Bed was comfortable but pillows not so much. The room served it purpose. Staff were lovely.

I was disappointed when I found a used mug with coffee stains still in it from the last person and I found nail clippings in the shower, soap marks and stains of when the last people used the bath and worse of all there was a cockroach in the bathroom, I mean really, those are the most simplest jobs to do, wash a mug, mop the floor, ext… Those are examples of awful things that were in my room, I'm not going to say them all because there were too many, I heard much worse from other people in the motel!

Central to all your shopping needs. And very home like feel.

Sweating it up each time someone leaves room they take key tag with electricity key on it, so person left behind has no power. What a ridiculous place.

Staff were friendly. Basic room — literally just a room with a bed, tv, mini fridge, dining table. We were kind of disappointed because we wanted to watch a movie and we had a DVD and a usb with the movie on but we couldn’t use either one. There were handles on a couple of the draws of the TV cabinet and there was a single bed right next to the doors to the sitting area outside. At least it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Wierdest place, didnt clean the room as much as one would hope.

Lovely place for a social gathering. Staff are very friendly.

We got a villa for the night and the mattress was soo hard and the springs were coming through stabbing our backs and sheets felt like cardboard. The event was great but would never stay there again.

It was beautiful. Our room was a little outdated but still fantastic. Loved rhe pool amenities too.

A good place to have a function.

Locks on the toilet broken. Hard mattresses. Utensils missing. Otherwise not bad, staff super accommodating, good location.

Room was clean and comfortable. In a handy location close to all amenities. Unfortunately late on our one night here (state of origin decider night) some hooligans set off the smoke detectors and we all had to evacuate; as there was no night manager or staff present we waited outside for the fire crew to disable the alarm, but had nobody tell us it was safe to return to our room, which was a pity.

Looks average from outside, but inside the functions area is not bad. Nice little bar. Typical of a decent hotel/motel in the country.

For the price we paid the room was very basic. The beds had dead bugs in them. The blankets had black hair and pubic hairs all over them. There was dead cockroaches on the table. Disgusting!

Stayed in the bridal suite. The view wasnt the greatest but room was above average.

It was good, clean room and facilities. The staff were nice and it's central to everything.

Rooms are clean and tidy but a little dated. There is no cloths iron in the rooms, it's in a shared separate laundry.

The pool was good and location an easy walk to cafes and restaurants. We stayed for one right and our room was not overly clean and had hairs in the shower. Upon letting reception know as we checked out, I was told the cleaners would check and no apology was offered.
