This place was absolutely filthy, the walls, the oven and the bathroom, previous guests long hairs everywhere with generous thick layers of dust on flat surfaces and managed by absolute idiots that abused me for parking in the visitors car parking despite them telling me on check in to park in the visitor car parking area Go figure. Cheap and very nasty.

Very bad service. I had made a reservation in this place via booking but finally I can not go to Brisbane. I had a free period cancel and they are not giving me my money back. I have sent 2 emails to Spring Hill Gardens Apartments and 2 emails to booking (18 days ago). Nobody is asking me or giving my money back.

It's a nice neighborhood to walk around.

Bed bugs appeared! Found it second day in the morning and I had bites all my right hand. I notified it to front desk and asked for full refund for 6 nights + treatment fee. I also wanted to talk with manager, but he did not appear. Afternoon, the manager gave me an email that they only can refund for 5 nights as I already spend one night. Terrible manager response. Visit here to experience bed bugs!

We stayed here for one night and upon returning to the apartment ready for bed we found bed bugs throughout the bed, crawling through the carpets, lining the seams of our pillows and sheets. We were bitten a number of times. We have tried communicating with Sheena (owner) to no avail. She accused us of stealing and denied their bed bug infestation. She did not offer us a refund of empathy of any kind. Do not stay here, ever.

So close to everything. Walk to city. Woolworths, liquor store, subway etc all 3 minute walk. Nice plants and fountain, lovely surroundings. Ask for ground floor or level one if you dont like stairs tho.

Good business hotel. Like a studio apartment.

For the past 7 years, we have stayed at these apartments for 2 weeks every year — this was to be the very last time. Management has changed, and not for the better. The female at reception is extremely rude, ill-mannered, likes to shout, and should not be anywhere near the public. For our entire stay, entry to our unit required walking past a discarded beer bottle, at least 20-30 cigarette butts plus a few used ear buds. The apartment was absolutely filthy, clip and hair bands found in the bed. Apartment information booklet not updated, so Wi-Fi codes were incorrect, requiring numerous personal 'phone calls to rectify. I could go on, suffice to say, this is not somewhere you want to stay. Beware!

I was disappointed coming back to spring Hill having stayed there a number of times a few years ago. Every thing was clean and neat but looked tired. Spring Hill garden apartments is in dire need maintenance and refurbishments. Spring Garden apartments​ is a lovely place at great value and is only minutes walk from the CBD, it has a huge potential with some work and minor improvements.

The garden surroundings are lovely. It's also quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city which is quite close by. It's not far to walk down to the river and take the river walk to some nice restaurants at Eagle Pier etc. The apartment is very comfortable, although we found the beds not so good. The apartment is also looking a little shabby, but everything we needed was available. I would recommend it.

There are 2 Maltese dogs barking and growling so crazy. Really noisy and loud! I haven't been able to sleep ever since they moved in and it is a big issue but the management seems doesn't wanna do anything about it.

Such a nuisance dogs barking and growling day and night… Can't relax at all.

I stayed at Spring Hill for 3 weeks and Im SO happy I came across this place! Lovely room, easy walking distance to everything. The room had everything I needed in the kitchen, in room laundry, huge balcony and the pool was great. Sue was so helpful from when I rang to book right the way through til after I left. 100% recommend Spring Hill if you are visiting Brisbane =)
