The staff were very friendly, however the room was a huge let down. Tape covering the holes on the sofa, dirty cutlery and crockery in the cupboards, shower didn't look like it had ever been scrubbed and we had no towels. Balcony view was beautiful, and the spa and pool on the rooftop were great.

A jack hammer right beside my head at 6 am was not ideal… this has obviously been an ongoing issue as there are other reviews relating to this. I booked a standard room and received a two bedroom apartment right next to the construction… Now I know why. This started at 6:30am and was still going at 5pm. I thought after all this I would head to their nice spa for some relaxation. This wasn’t even working and smelled like dirty swamp water. I don’t usually write reviews but I was extremely disappointed. I would have asked for a refund if my work didn’t pay for it.

Place is very dirty. Only bed sheets and towels were clean. Shower didnt even work properly. Next time would pay extra to get a better place.

The place was great, had a great view and the staff were lovely. I’d give a 5 star if a few things were fixed, the apartment was dirty and dusty, not overwhelmingly but enough to give the impression that the cleaners don’t get paid enough. There were a few problems, the ensuite bathrooms shower needs to be repaired. The wardrobe doors in both bedrooms needed to be fixed. The ceiling lights all need to be replaced and cleaned out, that’s a fire hazard. The outside balcony lights have mould growing in them. All of the cutlery and plates, cups, glasses and bowls weren’t very clean. The curtains to the balcony were shoddy and could break, the door hinges are rusted and could easily break. And the Wi-Fi is atrocious, only 1 gig is free, that’s enough to last anyone about 13 minutes in this day and age. Asides all that, for the price, not half bad. Could be furnished a bit nicer, the blankets didn’t have covers on them only sheets above and below them which is… not great. The closeness to everything is amazing, and for a short term stay this place is just fine. Also the elevators are glitchy and the pool, spa, and sauna need a deep clean and repairs. But I recommend it for anyone on a budget.

Found the apartment to be very dirty, looks like a really nice place but our apartment was pretty dirty and stunk. Not the best location unless your an athlete and dont mind walking up and down hills to get to the city. The reception was really nice and helpful. They charge for parking $20 night even though it's their building.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My stay was great. Beds are comfy and the apartment is very spacious. Water pressure was good on the twelfth floor and it was nice and hot. Little comforts like this make me happy, no-one likes a luke warm shower that just dribbles out. I would stay here again in a blink, good location and parking spaces are a decent size, no problem parking a late commodore and opening your door wide.

Stayed here for work and I was amazed by the place for how little it cost. Brand new, clean, 2 bedroom apartment right near the centre of the city and close to shops and bars. Had the whole apartment to myself, fully kitted out kitchen, balcony and lounge with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Would stay again.

Clean and spacious rooms, newly renovated bathrooms, gorgeous pool, on-site management are a dream to deal with and all for a rediculously low price. I love staying here if it's an overnight trip to the city or a week.

Stayed here once for work purposes and it's the best! Highly recommended for business travelling.

Don't do it! BEDBUGS everywhere! My friend trialed for 1 day to clean several rooms and even she saw them crawling in other apartments! When we confronted the owners they told us it was our fault because we are travellers?! They saw the evidence and just push problems aside. It's all about money for them no customer service at all. I hope this way I can warn people! There are better places on Astor Terrace or Brisbane for all that matters! (Pls find squashed bedbug on picture)

Great view not really close to the city. But lots of restriction in this hotel! Do not leave the garbage, do not use the aother room even the livingroom is available. Or they will charge for any reason that owner he want. Just don’t select this hotel, cause u got a better choice! And r reception man is racist for sure, u can see how he talk to taiwanese people… just make me feel now comfortable this time.

DONT DO IT! This place is on the top of my never go there again and don’t suggest to anyone else to stay clear at all cost. The owners horrible, horrible people Who are financially motivated and treat you with Contempt, I can’t say anything Nice about these people over the place as I was treated so badly and locked out of my room motel no bag no clothes and money no nothing overnight because I didn’t want to let me back in! They don’t really deserve a review in fact they don’t deserve to have apartments on motels in their Control! Those who stay here Do so at own risk Don’t say you haven’ been warned.

Have stayed many times. Great place in the centre of Brisbane overlooking the church square. Very good soundproofing and great light blocking/privacy curtains. Good for staying with kids, colleagues, or a romantic stay. Cafes right there where you can get a coffee or meet up for breakfast.

The place smelt like ass! And the reception was nothing short of rude, rasict and judgmental, Peter your customer service skills are pathetic, I for one can asure u that the group of 10 of us that stayed this weekend, will never be back! Absolutely appalling!

Stayed here 4 years ago and it was positive. This time there is dust in the bedrooms around the skirting boards and behind the bedside table and I mean thick dust that has accumulated over years. The shower tap handle came straight off in the bathroom. The door to bedroom 2 does not close properly and jambs if forced closed. The blind is crooked and has a large gap down one side letting lots of light through. Dust all around the windows in the bedrooms. I would consider this place quite run down and extremely dirty. Will not stay again.

Bad customer service, man at reception is rude and the lady there has attitude wouldn’t not recommend.

Here is not a good choice. When I booked this apartment they said they provide the Free Wi-Fi but when I check in the receptionist gave a Wi-Fi account and password but you can only use 500 MBs per day if you need more you have to pay more. And the shower tube is damaged you can't control where the water comes from just enjoying being a flower. Many rubbish hide in carpet. I am sensitive about sound each bedroom have the speaker on the ceiling they play high frequency sound all the day. Please if you have other choice don't choose this one.

Stayed for three days. Great spacious apartment. Great views from the windows and terrace. In the center itself. I was walking everywhere. The rooftop is a disgusting old pool of smelly water.

Ten minute walk to the CBD. Management very helpful and obliging.

Do not recommend. Don't expect any customer service when you arrive on the weekend. We paid 6 days upfront and were told they would not let us in the door until we paid an extra $300 bond in case we trashed the place or stole a TV (exact words). That was enough for us to demand a refund and to get the hell out of there. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. Not world best standard. You were warned.

If you enjoy a nice clean apartment this isn't for you, and if you are looking to drink nor is this your place. Payed their top price for their "penthouse apartment" the apartment was not worth 360 it was disgusting and should not involve the word penthouse. Surely you should at least clean it before guests stay. And as for the syringe, broken glass, cigarette butts and co2 canisters in the pool area that is a huge safety hazard. We expect a standard too. Other things in this apartment included a stained wall outside which looked like spit marks, dirty fridge, pubic hair on the stove, broken curtain, unvacumed carpet and smudged glass not to mention the occasional smell of sewerage in the bathrooms. All this in your most expensive room!

Absolutely appalling upkeep of the entire 2 bedroom apartment. Mould, stained and dirty walls throughout, the bathrooms are the same — I wouldn't even shower in them without thongs on. Leftover personal belongings and broken furniture. For the price they make you pay it is definitely not worth it. Hotels and apartments are supposed to be kept at a standard of cleanliness and Quattro does not provide that. Completely disappointed and will be complaining to management.

Well designed and nicely furnished apartments in a convenient inner city location. Great balconies with decent views. I can't think of any negative, great place to stay, and highly recommended.

Very dirty! Dust bunnies in the corners of every room, toilet was dirty, shower screen and bathroom mirror with somebody else's toothpaste on it, and bed's throw pillows covered in hair and a suspicious looking stain. If you can overlook the filth, the rooms are nicely renovated and modern, and the location is good.

Great if one is into living in unhygienic conditions and able to sleep to the sound of construction in the middle of the night. The cleanest item in the apartment was the bed sheets and towels. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner etc. Were left overs from the previous guest. What a nightmare.

Comfortable city this Brisbane Town. Level 9 is where you will you find me? High enough to feel calmed. In this time there is time to take a breath and relax.

Kitchen and floor were NOT well cleaned.

I've stayed here about 10 times for work, and highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and very helpful, very generous and very casual. At times they can seem too relaxed and it doesn't help when you're in a rush. The rooms are modern and spacious, but the cleaners don't pay attention to detail. While I do love this hotel and the staff at reception, the cleaners aren't the best. 4 out of my 10 or so stays the microwave and oven were both dirty still, and the walls either need to be repainted or thoroughly cleaned as there were black marks along them. The pool is heavily chlorinated, but the spa is amazing and the view from the pool and spa is amazing! There is a great little sauna too. The intercom system works really well and I had no issues with bringing guests up to my room. There isn't daily housekeeping, so you do need to go to reception for fresh towels. Bare in mind, a parking spot is $20 a night, but there are a few free parking spots on Henry Street and visitors parking is 4 hours max. — however it isn't watched carefully. The hotel is very close to the city — an easy 10-minute stroll to Queen Street. Overall, I love the hotel and will happily stay there again.

I've stayed here a few times, both on business and on leisure. Large, modern and open apartments, in a decent location, with a good rooftop pool and great value for money. Can't go wrong with this place for the price.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4. Location is first class and apartments are brand new and in excellent condition. I can't understand why anyone would want to stay in a hotel when you have something like this. Nice outlook, deck and views of the city. Parking in the basement, walk to the Valley, mall or Southbank and easy access to cafes, supermarket, public transport, city cycles. Why stay anywhere else. We'll be returning again.
