Not clean, inconsistent service, not sure if you have incompetent staff or poor management but we won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Hi David You must appreciate we are both pretty disgusted with your service tonight. The initial service last night was great with phone number follow up but pity nothing was done with it as there was no record of it tonight. My husband walked into his room to find a pile of dirty sheets on the bed and rubbish in the apartment. What kind of business do you run? He went back downstairs and rang the after hours number. She rang the owner that informed him she could not get any cleaners and no other rooms available and pretty much see you later! This is around 6.15 pm after a long day at work. I expect a reason and apology for this lack of care or service. Kaye Sent from my iPad.

Get the bigger apartments, worth the little bit more, great facilities, clean, comfy bed and loveky outdoor patio, plenty of tables, lounge and well appointed kitchen and laundry, close to Brisbane airport.
