The motel was in good location for me
short walk to train station. Restaurant also close by.
room quite large with kitchenette.
Even on busy road it was quite (window closed. )
Room clean beds comfortable.
Staff helpful.

Highly recommend, such big rooms and great value for money. The service was way past my expectations. I had an issue and they helped me so much. Very caring and hard working couple that run it.

We've stayed here for 4 years in a row now, keep coming back for the friendly service, great rooms and perfect location.

As a business traveller I come to this establishment quite often. It’s like a home away from home. The regular staff are always very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are always spotlessly clean and the location is great. Within walking distance to a great pub, cafes and restaurants and close to the airport too. I highly recommend you try it out. I won’t stay anywhere else while in Brisbane.

Stayed here for a few nights whilst in between dwellings. Is probably the cleanest Motel I have ever stayed in and the staff are friendly. A+

Close to lots of food and train. In house meals are great home cooking dishes. Managers are so nice and helpful.

Best little motel north of the city. Close to trains, buses, bars and plenty of restaurants. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the onsite managers are amazing and will do anything for you.

I don't usually like giving 5 stars but I can't find a reason not to! We too were a little apprehensive about staying here based on the initial 1 star review below but we were certainly impressed! From the warm, friendly welcome welcome we received to the impeccably clean rooms (with a shower big enough in which to swing a cat! ), our stay was very enjoyable. Little did we know when we checked out after 3 restful nights, that due to the volcano ash cloud delaying our flight home, we were to be back again for a further 2 nights — a real bonus and a chance to be looked after by Dale & Marlene who couldn't do enough for us. The right people in the right place — we'll be back! Thanks for everything!

I almost did not stay based on previous reviews, but I needed to be close to the airport. I recently stayed for 2 nights and was a little confused by the reviews as I found Gary & Tess (who took over on 1st September) very obliging, helpful and extremely friendly, and neither of them smoked. The motel was spotlessly clean and a credit to them. I would recommend this motel to anybody, and have re booked for the return leg of my journey.
