Such a beautiful spot, well maintained facilities, activities catered for the very young all the way through to the oldies but young at heart. Friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Probably our favourite Big 4 by far.

Great spot for the family. Enjoyed our stay. The billabong and water slides are great. The camp kitchen is awesome as well.

Absolutely beautiful caravan park! Fully family friendly with a waterpark, 2 pools with a waterslide, several small parks, go carts for kids, beautiful clean ammenities with a awesome camp kitchen and lounge room with a huge TV. Outdoor BBQ areas and a pizza van on Thursday nights! The cafe was an absolute bonus with delicious smoothies and coffee!

Loads of fun for the kids and a great place to stay beautiful friendly staff and very accommodating, we will be coming back but with more people.

Great pool and waterpark. Billabong is nice and the camp kitchen and bathrooms are the best ive seen. As a whole, it's a great park — only downside is the noise from the neighbouring freeway.

It is nice and quiet at the moment but we are still a week out from school holidays. Great place, a little out of town but close enough to everything.

Definitely family friendly we are a disability organisation and they helped us with our special needs only thing that I could find fault with would be I couldn’t see any Ramos for wheelchair access hope they have some but I didn’t see any great experience 💕

The water park was so well designed for the little ones
the pool area was so resort style and the slide was fun too with good supply of shade
the park was super clean
the camp kitchen was so handy and fully equipped with everything you need to cook or just hang out and have a cheese platter and beer overlooking the billabong with great seating and a TV room
kids could swim out to the middle of the billabong and jump off the mote
2 playgrounds, jumping pillow and ride ya bikes around the park no problem
overall, perfect place to stay with young ones. Mine didn't stop.

Has everything and kids kept busy all day long. Great activities. Also was kept well very clean and tidy. Staff very ice and gear to deal with.

A great spot, close to local shopping and attractions. Amenities were fantastic, clean and all within a short walk. Great for kids young and old, highly recommended.

We had a lovely time. 5 nights in a Matilda cabin. My grandsons had a ball in the billabong and at the water slide park. They fished and rode bikes. We all loved to swim in the pools. Friendly staff and clean and we'll kept amenities. 10/10

Fantastic stay. Best park we have stayed in. Kids were fully entertained with various activities available. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Sites are good size. Food vans/coffee vans a plus. Highly recommend.

Our first experience with BIG4, this trip has been amazing, loving everything about it, great for families and even better for kids, so many things to keep them busy, amenities are 10/10

Great camp sites with well maintained artificial grass, fantastic play spaces with a resort style waterpark with slides as well as a pool with a slide as well. The staff are friendly and the holiday park is perfect for fun in the sun :-)!

We spent 5 nights here this week and the best family holiday we've had so far… our 3 kids and us were kept extremely busy with activities the entire time. Staff were all wonderful, cabins and facilities spotless and not one drama big or small the entire time. Kids are already begging for a return holiday and we only left this morning.

The park is awesome and gets bigger and better each time we holiday. Five for sure. The water slides were a clear favourite, even for the adults.

What a fabulous park! An awesome place for any family to get away too! Everyone is so lovely and friendly and the park has such a great family environment. Our daughter LOVED the water park and the kids playgrounds and we loved feeding the fish in the billabong. We will def be back and be regulars. Thank you!

We are rating this as our favourite trip! The activities are fantastic, we camped on the billabong and it was perfect to fish, swim and paddle board. The camp kitchen/lounge and amenities were always clean with hot powerful showers! The staff were friendly and there were maintenance men around keeping the park looking great! So much for the kids to do. Lots of nice little touches — coffee cart, herb garden & food vans visiting. Can’t wait to come back!

A fantastic caravan park: great camp kitchen and lounge/TV area, heated pool with a slide, lovely grassy sites and small beach area by the river next to the launching ramp. Close to town, clubs, shops, beach etc.

Large, lovely and clean park. Ideally located for exploring the area with public transport and shopping near by.

Worst service, bad information on sites size for tent when booked meaning had to pay for 2 sites. Asked to move when park emptied so in better location as 90% park was empty but still would not help. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Great park, clean and tidy. Staff/managers were exceptionally rude though. Wasn’t a great start but the park speaks for itself. Lovely bay and pool area. Good bbq facilities. Will just check in after hours next time to avoid staff.

I had never been here before. It always looked like an ordinary caravan park from the main road and when I went in I was thoroughly surprised. You can swim safely in the river and they also have a pool and play things for the kids. Easy to set up and met lovely people.

Our boys rated this as one of the best holidays ever. If you have boys, or even the tomboy girl, the billabong is a constant fascination. Deep, murky, full of fish, the occasional stingray or dead fish, kayaking, and the best floats (like wipeout). Then all kids love the slides, pool and jumping castle, not to mention the bike riding and fabulous camp kitchen, with movie room and playground. We didnt see the kids much at all, and it was so very safe. With or without friends, this place is amazing in it's cleanliness, facilities and customer service. Go as you will not regret it.

Very nice atmosphere… large site under the trees with easy access to the beach. Kids loved the pool and the slides, and also the jumping pillow.

Spent two nights here! We loved it! Thank you for accomodating us at the last minute. We will definitely be back again. After our long drive from Victoria it was so nice to have clean showers and toilets and a quiet place to put up our tent! Highly recommend!

Pissed off Had to cancel a booking due my wife getting cancer Was told deposit of $60 is now refunded at $20, they keep $40 as I am unable to rebook straight away. how am I to know how long treatment will be? shame on your ridiculous refund policy boyds bay.

Visited family here. Lovely spot with great amenities. Nice pool and also river to swim in. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in one of the large tent sites down the back. We were disappointed that we weren't alerted to the fact that we backed on to the M1 and all we heard were trucks all night long and also under the flight path so planes taking off and landing from 6am-11pm. The tent sites are also infront of a stagnent stream so we were eaten alive by midgees and mozzies! Would've been nice to have known this beforehand so we could've been better prepared with citronella lanterns and mosquito wristbands for the kids. The only other downside was the distance to the only toilet block in the campground which was quite a hike with children under 5 busting to go to the loo or if you needed to go to the loo in the middle of the night. Aside from that the other facilities were great — waterpark, camp kitchen and activities on the billabong. Given that there are a few downsides to camping at the back of the park, I think these sites should be less expensive and you should he made aware of why they are less expensive.

This was a very nice park, amenities clean and tidy, staff very welcoming and organised. Good location close to shops and fishing, family friendly and the process on the day we checked out ran like clockwork. Would recommend this to all campers.

Staff were rude upon check in and insisted they had informed of 15 amp power cord when emails did not reflect this information. Staff also rudely insisted visitors remain within the center of a site. Later in the day when trying to purchase the 15 amp cord as well as a bag of ice, staff rudely stated cash only for ice, but didn't try to continue the purchase of the cord until a third attempt was made, and then made a smart comment about the ice. Staff did not enforce the 9pm noise curfew or no open fires house rules, however the facility blocks were clean.

The worst customer service I have ever experience! One staff member in particular was horrid! (And she apparently is the best they have) Overlook this venue and keep searching for better!

Floors in cabin not cleaned properly so they are sticky. Found a plate with caked on grime — probably because they rely on guests to wash everything they use before they leave because there's no dishwasher. Shower curtain stained and dirty. Ants in the kitchen. Fan in bedroom very noisy. Air conditioning is only in communal area-not in bedrooms. I woke up and looked outside and guests leave towels and bikes lying around so place looks untidy-almost tripped on the bikes in the dark last night coming in. Management should be monitoring this. One night here and l'm thinking of getting alternative accommodation. This place is gross.

Great park, lots to fill in your day, esp for the kids — toddler playground, older kids playground with swings, pool/slide & the newly built water park, billabong (kayaks u can hire) & go karts. Luxurious camp kitchen, good size sites & friendly staff. Only thing was location, being right next to the highway & flight path for gold coast aiport but after a few days we didnt really notice it as much.

Cabin accommodation is spacious, modern and clean. Plenty of activites for the kids. Communal kitchen and lounge area very modern and top class. Staff are very helpful other residents have been very friendly.

Stayed there last weekend. My kids are 8 and 4 and not one complaint, they had a ball. Didn't need to leave the park so much for them to do. The staff should be congratulated as it makes such a difference to your stay when you have friendly, helpful staff. Organising my next visit, can't wait!

There is very nice place and very friendly staff even if you come a bit late, almost before closing. Big Kitchen and dining area, Very beautiful lake with heaps of fish in the morning. Очень приятное место, красивое озеро, большая кухня. И открыты на час дольше, чем конкуренты по соседству.

My family an I stayed here in January, My kids are 8 and 3 they had an amazing time so much to do all day long every body is in holiday mode so no complaints, My wife and I also had a great time lots f adluts to talk to all the staff were very helpful, even when it rained it was fun here so this place is highly recomended great holiday.

There is no doubt the facilities are wonderful but anybody visiting Big4 Tweed Billabong Holiday Park should be aware that it is located right on a major freeway and under the Gold Coast airport flight path so if peace and tranquility are a high priority then this probably isn't the place for you. We were in the Coolibah cabins which backed directly on to the highway — the first night I couldn't sleep the noise was so loud. The Matilda cabins I'm told are a bit quieter as they are a little further away.

Great holiday park. If you have a BIG4 membership (or a Britz hire vehicle) you can save 10% on your stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Facilities are exceptional. Plots around the lake are recommended.

Fantastic park. Great facilities and friendly staff. Camp Kitchen / Lounge over the lake is the best I've seen in my travels. Lot's for our kids to do, jumping pillow, heated pool, playground, go-karts, etc. I suggest the Matilda cabins as they have day beds you can lie in and soak up the winter sun.

Quite simply this is the best park around. We've been coming for years and it is worth the drive. They have everything for family fun, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Tweed Heads and the surrounding area is full of great beaches and stuff to do.
