Well I can honestly say that when they say budget it’s budget but in all honesty my room had a bed a shower toilet AC Coffee jug to make a cuppa and a fridge so what more do you want for the night after a night out all you need is a bed and a shower and the shower was absolutely fantastic.

It is what it is Budget accomodation but for the price I found it extremely good value but the rooms are small but I knew that before I went so its great if you aren't going to spend much time in the room I mean why go on holiday and stay in your room right?

Supposed to be budget at the price we paid I don’t think so bed has dark long hair stuck in head board all over blanket and blanket was stuck together not very pleasant bed had two sheets acting as doona cover but doona has stains all over it. Looks like blood splatter on blind paid $ 112 for king bed but it was two beds pushed together broken springs as for the shower ha ha never would I stay there again.

Overnight stay with my daughter who had an early appointment at Westmead Children’s Hospital… first room 231, toilet didn’t flush and there was some left over toilet paper in the bowl (that’s how I found out the toilet didn’t work). Poor receptionist was genuinely horrified. 2nd room 213, a little better … toilet worked but there was general dirt in the shower cubicle and the water dribbled out of the shower rose — made it hard to shower. Dried out soap with mould on it sat next to the sink in the bed area… obviously not picked up from previous people.
The hallway had the carpet pulled up for renovations which is fine but the whole hallway way just stank as did the “communal fridge” on our level… dropped a chip on the floor in our room — didn’t realise til this morning and ants everywhere. I think the location was good for us…
Breakfast was ok for the $9 each — cereal, toast, juice, pancakes. I think the property needs a major renovation and make sure that everything works in the rooms.

The rooms are tiny the windows don’t open, the fridge is dirty and the floor had ants crawling all over it.

I booked a room at ibis budget and because I was travelling and couldn't answer my phone my room was canceled because I didn't show up before 6 pm when I request to check in late around 9-10pm the guy on the phone was very rude didn't care and told me their is a policy about showing up before 6 o'clock on booking. Com THEIR IS NOTHING! not very happy at all! when I called today he claimed he canceled my room because I couldn't pay. When I told him on the phone I wasn't p…aying with a credit card I was paying in cash when I got their. When he tried to take money off my card before I had even checked In I tried talking to the guy and he just hung up and wouldn't answer the phone after that not a very friendly person at all and clams to be a manager I stayed at ibis st Peter's last Friday night it was 100% better never did they cancel my room or try and take money off my card before I got their and I got their about 8.30ish and they were happy to wait for me and their were great last night when I called again and asked for a room were happy that I would get their a late! never will I ever try stay here again!

Not bad for studio-like accom. They managed to fit a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bunk bed & mini kitchenette into the space. There's a TV as well and all for around 100/night. Not bad at all.

I've stayed here about four times over the years. Always great price for what you get, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, very comfortable bed. OK so now i'll Nit Pick something — I think there should be a lock on the bathroom door so your wife or child wont open it and surprise you he he.

Conjusted room. Small bathroom. Water pressure and hot water were good.

Not a clean hotel my room was full of dist all throu room and shower toilet area, had one customer knock on ky door harrassing me.

This sh*t hole had 2 singles pushed together and advertised as a “double”, barely warm water in the shower, ac remote flat on a 2deg night, and to add to it, $139 a night discounted

We have stayed at 10+ ibis and this is the worst
Accor hotels need to reprimand them or charge what the rooms are worth

Disgusting place, will definitely never go back. Walked in then walked straight back out due to The fact there was bed bugs and it smelt disgusting. Reception was also very rude.

Which is probably only suitable for children as the mattress is very thin. Shower and toilet looked like they were plucked from an aeroplane but clean. There was a TV, fridge, jug and some stuff to make you a cup of tea/coffee. Room was tidy and we did get new towels for the 2nd night. Ample parking. Good position to Eastern Creek Dragway.

Rooms are very small, but very clean. Gentleman at reception has great customer service. GOOD for overnight stay.

What shit hole. Light in room doest work. Fridge dosnt work and they only made one of the beds when I booked and payed for 1 adult and one child. When I complained to the guy at reception I was told if I had mentioned it half an hour ago he may of been able to help me but considering that I had only arrived 5 mins before makes that impossible. I commented "was I supposed to know that the fringe was broken" What a joke. I know its budget accomidation but you do expect it to be held to some kind of standered and to at the least have all the facilities working that I paid for I will never return and warn everyone I know off staying at ibis.

Very accommodating staff, the rooms were pleasing and had everything needed for a business trip stay. The close proximity of one of Sydney's premiere leagues clubs is very appealing and happens to be a very good place to have a great dinner, just a few blocks walk.

Very resenable prices and very close to all amenities.

Good value for the price. Everything was clean, coffee making available in room. Would stay again.

Good. Value for money place. Free internet. Brekkie @ 1$, compact rooms. But if you want longer accommodation. You can take up short term accommodation on a weekly basis else where.

Comfy beds, neat and tidy areas throughout. Good and helpful team.

Appalling. The room was clean enough, but traffic noise was unacceptable. I was to be staying for 4 nights, but as the traffic noise and location was not suitable had to leave after one night I let this be known and they refused to refund ANY of the subsequent nights. Check in machine was not working on arrival, bathroom sin k is in the main room, and the toilet shower combo was worse than a caravan. Avoid.

The man on reception is so lovely he will go above and beyond for you. 03/01/2018 He is super friendly and I cant say enough nice things about him.

Some initial issues with the room, but the staff was very nice and apologetic and have offered another room asap. Great place for no frills clean and cheap accommodation.

Clean and functional. Nice to have access to all free to air channels and radio. Air con was cold and the water hot. Extra bunk bed useful. Easy access to various types of vending machines. Could even buy a phone charging cable. Simply convenient!

Very budget hotel. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better than they were. Only stay here if there is nowwhere else to stay.

Room was filthy. Air con vents hadn't been cleaned on months. Blood on the side of the bed. Spilled coffee on the side table. Tiny room made of Ikea kit furniture. Terrible experience, overall. Most of the guests are low income families with small children since the rooms are so tiny. Although no fault of the hotel this becomes a problem as it'd difficult to get a good night's rest with the paper thin walls.

I don't even want to give a one star. I know rooms are cheap but I don't appreciate cum stains on the bed. Long strands of hair left on pillows and white ants everywhere. So to say we walked right out and not even a refund. Thanks Ibis but never again.

For what we paid it was a very solid room in a decent location with good amenities. Fairly close to a train station to take us in to the city, grocery store nearby for snacks and (most importantly) a Dan Murphy's just up the road. Room was clean and tidy, service was solid and overall was a very good experience.

Well priced staff were nice and the rooms were very clean.

“I regretted booking that Ibis and can't recommend anyone to stay there” The staff at the reception was ok — not welcoming not rude — just neutral. He needed to change his stained shirt though. The floor in the hallways is all stained. I was checked in in a room that smelled urine. They put me to another room which was ok but the jug was dusty, sheets were dirty on one side, very old AC and the rest. I would NOT stay there again and can't recommend anyone to stay there. The photos provided by the hotel DO NOT reflect the reality. On the photos the place looks new and clean BUT in reality it looks old and filthy. I really don't know what I liked as the whole place was so very basic and dirty that I struggle to find anything that was more than just ok…

Tv remote doesn't work Air con doesn't change temperature stays at 25 degrees And it's cooler outside but too loud to leave the window open as the traffic is right there outside the window Very uncomfortable stay.

Good place to stay there. Current Staff are helpful than before. Bit of problem my room key was faulty and I couldn't usr the electronic key at all and could get out of the room through out my stay this time.

I suppose you get what you pay for. No remote for TV one light wasnt working and bathroom door would close $129 booked mid wrek to get that price. Definatly wouldnt stsy again and will pay the extra to have some comfort.

Basic and cleanish, but creepy building. Friendly check-in man. Good location near M4. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Compact and affordable, perfect for just needing a bed for the night. Free parking was awesome.

The Ibis has improved since it was the Formule1. Once it was just a quick stop for the girls on Parramatta road. Now it is very reputable by comparison.

I asked at reception if there was separate beds, was charged extra $20 (+ $10 for no booking) for room with 3 single beds then found normal rooms have a bunk bed & double, all rooms sleep 3. The guy knew there was only 2 of us so complete rip off. Shower/toilet looked clean from outside, different story when you walk in and look back out, inside of door frame black with mold whoever checks cleaning probably does not go into the room just pokes there head in the door.

Rooms are small, but clean and generally quiet. Always good prices and friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely disgusting! Filthy mattress with blood and god knows what on it… air conditioner circa 1985 never cleaned, noisy bar fridge had to be turned off, TV not working, bathroom was worse than on a bus and dirty. Noisy, smelly, horrible place with nothing at all going for it. Sleeping in the car would have been a better option! YUK!

Definitely 3 stars. But clean small rooms that sleep 3. We had to hire 2 rooms for a family of 4, but at $496 all up for 2 rooms for 2 nights it was good value for the "Adele " weekend where rooms in Parramatta were $1, 200 plus.
When we got back from the concert 11:30pm, the sandwiches from the vending machines tasted bloody good. A good place to stay if you only want somewhere to sleep and Wenty Leagues club is over the road.

Dirty place, full of dirt on the streets but a 15 minute walk from the train station. Small rooms but good for sleeping. The mattress is hard and plastic. Scomodissimi pillows.

Friendly staff but room had mould in shower TV remote buttons were worn out hard to use no microwave very small shower not very budget for $99 a night.

This is a budget hotel so that's why I chose it, plus the fact that it was handy to public transport to get to the city by train or bus. I recommend a trip to nearby Parramatta which boasts a bustling shopping centre and a beautiful picturesque main street. I found a great deal of variety in the types of restaurant cuisines and cafes on show, with plenty of places to buy your delicious grande breakfast! I stayed in the hotel for two nights in a double bed with clean white sheets and a light blanket providing all the warmth I needed. I had the option to adjust the temperature using the heating and cooling features of the air-conditioner, but in April, it was just perfect without it on. Although the all-in-one bathroom looked like something out of a motor-home, it provided an awesomely hot shower, with fresh white towels provided. Bring your own toiletries for this one or buy them from the vending machine downstairs. I would suggest you ask for an extra towel, or bring your own bath mat, as water tends to splash everywhere including around the toilet and outside the bathroom door, after a shower. Tea and coffee were provided in the room along with a kettle which meant you could make up one of those packet cup-o-soups from the vending machines whenever you needed it. Though one machine didn't give me back the right change when I put a $10 note in it, it had a great selection of meals, desserts, drinks and snacks available, with access to a microwave in the kitchen.

Rooms are clean, beds comfy, not to far from trains. Near a major highway, road noise didn't bother me but it might do for some. I'm Happy with my stay here.

Bathroom door was broken, not properly cleaned (lots of mould), no free toothbrushes/toothpaste or shampoo/conditioner (very expensive), reception was practically always closed, air conditioner sucked, felt like a jail because everything was so cramped. I would not come here again.

Location was okay, the price was too high for what we got. The tap leaked all night and ants infested the room.

Very good for reasonable price with free Wi-Fi available and access to all utilities for cheap price. Would recommend it to anyone on limited budget.

I stayed the night with a mate before going to wet n wild the next day. Staff were friendly, room was clean, located right alongside the great western highway and the M4 providing routes to get around close by. The room is fairly basic but includes the essentials — towels, shower, TV, AC, queen bed and a bunk bed. Nice and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Rooms pretty good for the price, shower and bathroom very very very cramped and small.

Alĺ the staff were extremely helpful & polite. The rooms were kept very clean, free use of a microwave (we bought cheap microwave meaĺs to ķeep the costs down), a laundry room & communal fridge & freezer-even though there was a bár fridge iñ the room. An alarm clock radio & a frèe to air (channels) TV were great during rest times. Highly recommend, though book early as it gets busy.
