The location is very nice. Close to the shops, beach and restaurants.

Love it here! Close to the beach, comfy bed, friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back.

Location is great. Right in the heart of manly. Good breakfast in the cafe.

We booked a budget room (room 8) which was quite pricey for 2 nights when we got there reception wasn't open nor was it for the majority of our stay, key to room was kept in a stand alone generic electronic safe, the place is like a rabbit warren with no guides or arrows for direction let alone a human being its difficult to find your room finally after finding our room and opening the door to find a bed in the corner a table and 2 dining chairs in the other corner, its a small box sized room with tiled floors that were sandy and dirty with dead bugs around wall lining near the floor, window shutters on one side of the window were broken, towels, bath mats were frayed and old with bleach stains, bathroom was tiny shower has black mould growing on the roof also on the tiles of the shower, exhaust fan was caked in dust, fridge barely worked and freezer was iced up no milk for coffee on arrival and house keeping comes once during your stay if your lucky, kettle was brown and filthy, bed moved across the room every time you turned over, parking is a complete nightmare, they can give you a parking permit but again if you can catch reception open your lucky to do so. Location is brilliant but that's about it. And to top it off there is no website to make a formal complaint. I would not recommend this place at all.

Nice place, close to manly ferries and shops. The only down fall is the parking issue, very limited parking on the street, no designated parking.

A quiet inexpensive location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rooms were adequate. We had the honeymoon suite that had one of the biggest baths I have ever seen. The only negative was the on-street parking which could be difficult to find at times. They did provide a parking voucher that allowed unlimited time once a parking space was found.

Stayed here on my honeymoon room was awesome bathtub was huge wanted to take it home 100m walk to manly beach 200m walk to manly warf 150m walk to the corso price was really good self contained rooms only down fall is there really isnt any service of a night.

Liked it! The beach is two minutes. The rooms have a kitchen, you can cook!

Good hotel close to all of Manlys features. Car parking is a major limitation. Only in the street and it is very limited.

This delightful boutique hotel has a new cafe. Serving Tobys coffee and delicious organic breakfast and lunch. A peaceful and affordable sunny cafe.
