It’s pretty run down and in need of refitting. The photos on both the website and on booking. Com do not reflect the reality of the place and the rooms All the glassware had to be re-washed before use. The bathroom is pretty dated, especially the shower, some of the amenities were either empty or missing entirely. Some of the tvs are digital/smart, others aren’t. The fridge was really worn and had a large sticker on it from the 2000 Sydney Olympics, so that is a dead give away on how little they care about presenting a modern image. The floor I was staying on had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. I was in town for my wedding on the Friday, however, I was unable to have a late check out (in-spite of asking for one, and in spite of booking. Com saying you can have a late check-out until 4pm) without having to fork out for another night’s stay. I told them all of our guests to stay at the hotel as it was close to where our wedding was. Absolutely zero flexibility on behalf of the hotel.
I had to move all my stuff early as it was a 10am check out. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. * unfortunately it appears the hotel is being a bit mischievously dishonest in their reply on Google review: — I was never offered a late check out without having to pay another full night. I was never offered a discount at all. This is patently untrue. I emailed the hotel prior to my stay and received no response.

HOME SWEET HOME! I stayed here for few months.
•Location: conveniently travel to the city or even go to the beautiful beaches. Supermarket, Baker shop, Baber shop, Medical clinic, phamarcy are next to the apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby, bar, bottle shop and theatre, numerous other amenities.
•Customer services: imperfectly perfect. The staffs are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, nice, kind and happily answer the questions.
A very huge thank you to Donald, Robert and Paul support me during living here.
I will absolutely be unforgettable this fantastic studio apartment and come back again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, I was surprised how big the rooms are with everything you need in the kitchen! I would 100% recommend everyone to stay here! Super clean room and beautiful design!

Haven’t even stayed with park Regis yet but so far the staff at reception have been so lovely exceptional customer service so friendly… can’t wait to check it out next week.

Clean affordable and small kitchen with adequate utensils but no toaster to cook in for several days stays.

It’s home for us in Sydney. So easy to get to city & great cafes/restaurants at door!

Very friendly staff, public transport very close by. Rooms kind of dated but clean, loud water pipes from other rooms showers/toilets and with the location on military road can be kind of noisey but I was hardly bothered. Would stay again.

What can I say Rob is amazing, travelling with a 4 year old can be challenging but Rob interacted with her from the moment we entered the accommodation checkin.

My room was very clean and provided all the necessities. The staff was wonderful and took great care of me. Lovely view and I would stay here again.

Well located with bus stop, cafes, supermarket and pub all at the front door. Rooms had everything we needed and more and were also very clean. The staff we spoke to on the phone and in person were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to everything in Sydney. The pictures look nicer than reality, but the rooms are still nice. Lots of things to do all within walking distance. Movie Theater across the street. Bus stop right out front.

Great location with wonderful refurbished rooms. The service is great with wonderful owners there to look after you. The location is very convenient with buses at the front door. There's a bus to and from the City almost every 5-10mins and with Cremorne Town Centre just underneath, access to food / supplies etc is literally a stone's throw away.

Rooms were comfortable, modern and spacious. Sweeping views of the harbor and the city from the 7th floor were amazing. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Location is great. A minor quibble was the room fridge was old and didn't close easily. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay, great room with upgraded city view, wonderfully accommodating staff, especially Marj, so we were able to keep our car in the car park longer without charge so we could enjoy a lunch before leaving. Close to everything with a bus at the front to the city. Great place! Will be coming back.

Room is quite standard. Location wise is pretty good and convenient with a supermarket just downstairs and a Cineplex just across the road.

Located awesome harbour view, tidy room and the staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Comment about no room service is ridiculous, there is a huge selection of restaurants on military rd in close proximity.

I feel the apartment does not match the price paid. Noisy room on military road side. The bus stop out the front is handy.

Small dated apartment. Extremely loud if you are on military road side. Traffic goes all night on the busy road which is hard to sleep through. No restaurant to order room service when traveling for work. Disappointing.

Location good for Zoo or catch a bus into the city. Rooms spacious but in need of a bathroom reno. But everything you need. A little noisy as it's on a main road.

Isn't it too funny for this hotel to refer "air-conditioning" as a manual fan? Today's temperature is 35 degrees in Sydney. This is not a "hotel" as stated by the staff. I have requested full refund and left immediately.

The Park Regis Concierge may not be the nicest place to stay but it's very nice for the money, the staff are kind and help if you need, don't ask for jeeps but don't be careless. Very nice for short stay and comfortable beds. Don't come for long stay, week at most.

More like a backpacker dorm than a 1 bed apartment suitable for a business trip. I checked in to a 1 bed harbour view apartment today, for 2 nights. An additional single bed is now placed in the lounges of 1 bed apartments. As standard practice. It takes up half the space in the lounge and looks like a student squat. Their use of the claim "harbour view" is a real stretch — the view is actually a huge, ugly shopping centre roof. I wont be staying here again.

One of the decent places to stay. A little expensive but well maintained.

Very clean and modern rooms. Price of the room was amazing. The staff were especially helpful, one specific one by the name of Sarah. Super helpful with assisting us with the parking and very polite!

Checked in and they didn't have my booking so they have me a "better" alternative. Room was occupied! So went back to reception and they gave us "apparently" a even "BETTER" room which happens to be small In general, disappointed with the service and don't like the look of this room at all.

I recently stayed for two weeks and found my studio apartment to be small and dirty. The window air conditioning unit was insufficient to cool the whole unit so the bathroom was always overly hot. My room had an odd closed in deck leading to the roof. The deck area was hot and dirty. There was a washing machine but no dryer so the clothes took days to dry so my room looked like a laudromat. The housekeeping only came once during my stay. I was expected to buy my own toilet paper although they did provide some upon request. This is not what I would expect for $140 USD per night. They wanted me to get a new Wi-Fi password every day but the reception desk has limited hours. They conceded to offer a 7-day Wi-Fi pass. The front desk could not tell me if the Vietnamese restaurant within one block was any good. They said it was upscale but when I went to try it out, it was takeout.

Just convenient. No more. Below average rooms.

Not Happy. We stayed in room 613 at the Park Regis Concierge Apartments Cremorne on Friday night 24th October 2014. On our arrival I asked about parking as I was sitting just outside the underground parking area. I was told that there was a space available and that it would cost $30 overnight. I agree this and the gate was opened and I was told where to park. This was about 4.40pm. We went to the reception desk and filled out the forms and were given our room key and a key for the elevator. As we were leaving to go to our function at about 6.20pm I enquired about parking my car on our return. I was told that there was no parking available and that the gates shut at 10.00pm and there was no entry after that time. As we were in a hurry to get to the function I did not ask anything further. I now notice that I have been charged the $30.00 for the parking which I think is a bit disgraceful. We were not told at the time we agreed to enter the car park that it would shut at 10.00pm, if we were told this we would never have agreed to enter the parking.

The room was below average with many noticable stains on the carpets, the bathroom vanity was cracked and leaking. The noise from the traffic was loud, constant and the doors did nothing to mask it. The air con did not work, bed was terrible and two out of three day stay was without hot water. Will never stay here again.

The room was tiny, the bed was a fold down from the wall arrangement and it was generally grimy — sheets, towels, bathroom etc. The car park was difficult to get in and out of in a large vehicle. I wouldn't stay here again.
