Amazing accommodation, in a fantastic location. Bus depot is right next door along with Westfield shopping centre. Apartments are well fitted with everything you would want. We were luckily upgraded to a room with a view or Sydney which was absolutely beautiful at night. There was construction going on near by but we were warned prior and they were barely noticeable. Great place if you are wanting to spend a little extra.

Great location (1 minute walk to train/bus station and 5 minute walk to coles and bottle shop based in the shopping centre beside the hotel). Beautiful views of the city however we stayed in the new block of hotel rooms and sadly they have boxed in the balcony which is my only negative. Very modern well equip suite. Staff were all lovely — very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

For the full two days of my stay I was not able to use a hair straightener as they advertised to have for guests. I did not bring mine as they made this claim. Though the hotel only had two to share with the whole building and had none for sale as they advertise. I went on TV with frizzy hair! It was a special work trip and was not able to look my best due to them being stingy on providing appropriate numbers of advertised products. I will think twice about booking with them again.

Lovely location for a girls night out. We had a lovely view of vivid bouncing off the Harbour bridge.

Perfect location very close to public transport and shops. Very clean and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in (in fact I wanted to take it home) A wonderful experience.

Good tidy hotel. Good location for mall. No breakfast but can get locally. Easy access to trains. Solid 3* hotel. Would definitely stay again.

In this Hotel there are people who are very keen about customer service and quality assurance such as Radger They called me back and understood each aspect that I was concern about My next trip to Sydney is going to be in this Hotel.

I was not lucky enough when I chose this hotel for my staying. It doesn't look like any other Meriton. It is just bad AC is very bad and it turns off every 4 hours automatically (to reduce power consumption and environmental impact). Please see the photo. The staff are friendly but completely helpless you need to call for three times to get a simple thing and sometimes you have to go down to reception to get what you ask for such as tooth kit. There is no sleepers. I paid 268 and I regreted. Other Meriton much better. Please see my review on Meriton on campbell st.

I have never stayed here myself, but the facilities have impressed me very much.

Room was in good condition in terms of cleanliness, and very spacious. I would highly recommend it for a short or long stay.

Stayed here for 6 weeks because of a work-assignment. Location is excellent, close to CBD and Bondi. Staff were super friendly and helpful whenever I needed them. Apartment spacious and clean, though not very cozy. The only thing I found annoying after staying there for so long were the elevators. You have to take two different ones to get up to your apartment. The first one is terribly slow, and during busy times it can take up to 10 minutes waiting time in front of the 2nd elevator to finally reach your apartment.

Super convenient place to stay, walk downstairs to trains & buses, cross the road for cinemas & shopping, brilliant views over the city & harbour! Reception & staff were all very friendly & helpful. However, housekeeping does need improving, a quick wipe over in between guests isn't good enough sometimes. I won't publicly share the issues. The furnishings & fitouts were also slightly disappointing. I expect more comfort & luxury for this price range. The most obvious problem is the windows, I can understand the difficulties in keeping windows clean, but the views were definitely not as beautiful as they could have been.

Staff is great and very helpful, rooms are quite spacious tho my room has some obvious wear and tare. Also I found the beds to be quite cheap (2 single beds put together doesn’t count as a double) kept sinking in and my lower back is hurting a bit after 3 nights here. Also locks on the sliding doors don’t work among other things. Rooms should be cheaper considering.

The staff were amazing and the room was way way bigger than expected. The staff went way above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. There was construction going on next door and we didn't even realise I will be staying there again!

It is the most beautiful, spacious, luxurious and comfortable apart hotel that I met on all the trips I made, perfect location, from the airport there is a bus that leaves you at the door of the hotel, in front of a shopping and very close to the beach. Best Impossible.

Large rooms, kept simple, new equipment, nice and friendly staff, very clean, good Wi-Fi, currently with construction of another complex, hence some construction noise.

We prefer staying at Meriton apartments than AirBNB. Generally we have more positive experiences than the negative ones. Positives: — great location > walking distance from Bondi Junction shops, bus interchange & station — great amenities > toiletries, cooking utensils, ironing board, washing machine & dish washer — spacious living room & room — great views — lots of good food around. We bought food from David Jones food section & had a great night in — friendly staff Negative: — parking is expensive (normal for Sydney standard) & it’s hard to find — our bedroom in the 12th floor has a muggy smell.

Great location, ample rooms and good service. Parking is available, but for a hefty price (36AUD/Night at the time of my stay) due to the presence of both a bus terminal and a metro station less than 20 meters from the entrance, renting a car is not recommended.

Although the rooms are very good the entire set up is disorganized and everything is made so difficult to get around, constant building works make it hard to access, noisy with 2 Towers separated u have to use 2 separate lifts and walk thru basement carpark just to get to Reception. $470 per night with most amenities closed due to works, not a good experience.

I have stayed at many serviced apartments in the past and would absolutely stay here again. My partner and I stayed for one night over the weekend, it was close to everything and they organised an early check in for us at the last minute as we were arriving earlier than expected. The room was very clean and modern and the bed super comfortable!

Location and views were superb. Close to all the necessities, a station and short ride from the beach. Each window had a beautiful view to wake up to. Rooms were sublime. Spacious and clean. No faults to them. Service was attentive and couldn't fault them for anything either. Could easily recommend this place.

Am so beyond impressed with the management and hotel! My when my man and I got engaged they brought champagne and balloons to the apartment to congratulate us! The staff are amazing and so welcoming. Thank you thank you thank you! We will be back!

WAS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL — Everytime when one of the staff members gave me room service they knocked once and after literally 1 second of waiting, they used their key/card and opened the door — this really invaded my privacy! Was not happy! Positive — Was a great apartment overall and beds were just too comfy — I slept in their better than my own beds at home! Negative — However the basic amenities such as slippers, vanity kit and dental kit were provided only upon request whereas I feel that these things should be provided anyway. Although as requested, they were given free of cost.

Stayed here for two nights, Everything is so old, view is of a damn building, There was hair in the bath and wall. The drawers are rotten on the inside. The room smelt stale. The mattress felt used and hadn't been changed in 10 years. Bathroom mirror so disgusting as was the oven. Shower is very small. Overall super disappointed! Would not recommend at all. Chatswood was a lot better. But even then there cleaning standard are pathetic also. Step it up Meriton!

I give a star due to the ignorance of the receptionist. I forget exactly what was her name. When I asked if I could have an upper level she impolitely replied: "the upper I can go is level 5" and didn't say sorry or whatever to apologies for that. She is full of hate and arrogance. Anyway, if you Meriton people care she is slim blonde and was working in the afternoon shift last week.

3 bedroom harbour view room was amazing. Very spacious and great he is. Looked sunroom was good to be outside but warm even in this cold weather.

We recently spent 10 days at the above apartments and also on previous occasions. The apartment is conveniently located to Westfield shopping centre trains and buses. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were initially in a 1 bedroom apartment and thanks to the Manager Roger we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic views. We look forward to return when in Sydney.

Nice views and a classy decor. Staff, however were cold and somewhat unfriendly.

Our stay has been great, the staff were friendly, the room was very nice and provided all that we needed and the facilities available are just an added bonus.

Really enjoyed my stay here. A bit confusing finding reception. Location to station is superb. Westfield just around the corner. Good place to park!

Service was pretty good on general. It sucked that they kicked our party out at midnight but as far as I can tell they turned a blind eye for a significant time and gave our full bond back so we thank them for that. Everything was clean and the apartment wasd nice and balcony huge so good place would stay again.

Great view. Don't know about the serviced bit in the name as we were there for a week and it was not serviced once. The Wi-Fi is a little slow. In saying that, would stay there again, would just ring earlier in the day to remind them to service the apartment.

My Wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend staying here. The traffic is a little noisy but we were always so tired it didn't worry us.

Location, location, location. Across the mall, not too far from Bondi beach, close to the city. Beside bus station. Great room some with good view.

Value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. Equiped with kitchen amenities to cook up a storm. Air conditioning /heater is a little too loud though. Location is fantastic just upstairs of Bondi Junction station. Goes everywhere with train or bus. Get OPAL card from the newsstand to tap on and off every ride.

Service was good, especially Paul. Facilities was quite good too but the walk from tower 1 to tower 2 is not covered, we had to run to reach tower 2 during a heavy downpour. The room is also clean and the view was spectacular. Overall, Above average.

Everything was clean and not a single problems in a whole 4 days visit. I recommend to everybody.
