Quiet clean room, courteous staff,

The staff are amazing, they have looked after me from the minute I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. Rooms are lovely. Gym is well equipped. Restaurant is lovely. Highly recommend.

Location is very good only 5 minutes walk from Macquarie Park station and restuarants. There isn't too much going on in the area though. Rooms are not huge but have come fully loaded with kitchen and a small study table. Customer service was excellent. Very warm and helpful. Perfect for a one night stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Quest Macquarie Park. The rooms are new, modern and comfortable. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for us after a 25 hour flight. I think this will become my ‘go-to’ place when I need accomodation in Sydney.

Good, clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not bad, had the basics but nothing special. Would be a 5* if breakfast was excellent.

What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The courtesy bus service is fantastic! Only problem is the pillows were too high and too hard and they didn't have different ones available. I would definitely choose this place to stay again.

The staff at Quest Macquarie Park are absolutely amazing. So much so that I've booked to stay here again on my next trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. Elizabeth has been great to deal with to make sure I have everything I need. They also provide shuttle services to and from my work office within Macquarie Park. I highly recommend Quest (not to be confused with the other Quest nearby).

We stayed at this amazing hotel as part of a wedding party. The hotel itself is modern and very clean — rooms are well appointed and in a good location. But it is really the staff that are the stars of this hotel. The staff were professional and friendly and really went above and beyond — no request was too hard and they were only too happy to help. Every time we entered the hotel, the staff would welcome us back and took an interest in what we had been doing (going to a wiggles concert, wedding stuff etc). We loved this hotel and we will be back! Special mention to Elizabeth and Liza — thank you both for your wonderful service. Highly recommend if you are looking for a modern hotel and enjoy getting A+++ customer service!

The room was alright, but the staff were rude and when I rang a week later to enquire about the holding fee they took from my account they told me to contact my bank and my bank informed me that quest had not yet reversed the transaction!

Great staff, clean bright spacious. Value for money. Love Quest feels like home.

Good room similar to other quest properties with kitchenette. Nice staff. No bar or restaurant.

Rooms were clean and comfy, well equipped kitchen and good coverage for wireless. Walking distance to Macquarie Park train station that allows convenient elaccess to city. Limited breakfast option, only buffet breakfast available.

The rooms were great with clean amenities. The mattresses weren't very comfortable. No front desk or any point of contact after hours. 5 guests checked in and received only one access card. The gym consists of only 3 machines including a treadmill. No free weights. $18 breakfast consists of dry scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon per guest. $20 parking per night or you will be pressed to find a carpark.

Stated at quest macquarie park. The rooms are great but there is no bar or restaurant. Saying that it is extremely well priced. Usually the lack of bar/restaurant would not be a problem but it rained the night I was there which meant none of the local restaurants was an option.

Its appartment hotel. So dont expect much. The aircon in conference hall was pretty affective. Good for a gathering of 50 to 100 people.

Its easy to reach but traffic is really bad around it. Hotel itself is good.

A pretty noisy place. You can hear other people walking the corridors and the people next door. No restaurant here, but lots of local places on UberEats. If I had to stay here again I would, but it wouldnt be my first choice.

Would not go back. Would rate zero if possible. I have stayed at other Quests and the worst experience ever. I asked if the air conditioning can be turned off. I had 2 responses from 2 different staff "no. You have to leave the door open. " I was sleeping on a sofa bed (that I paid for) with air conditioning blowing right onto my face or the alternative was to leave the balcony door open with all the noises coming from the car. Caught a cold. I complained and what I got back was a hostile rude service from the manager. I ended up paying for another room (at my suggestion). But when I asked for the price of another room the price was higher than what was on the net. They "matched" the price and did take off the sofa bed price off the final bill at my request.

Stayed here a few times, comfortable beds, nice apartments. Highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The service to start with is very shabby and appalling. I was staying there for 5 days and not one day was the room service up to the mark. During the last 2 days, they have not even made the bed. Toiletries were not supplied. I had to constantly ask the reception staff for it. Always needed a nudge by me for them to do their work. I don't understand why they charge a premium price for the hotel stay should they treat and serve their guests so badly. This is a third class, useless hotel which is newly built.

Very friendly, efficient welcome from staff who genuinely wanted to make us feel at home. Room was better than we expected and absolutely perfect layout for family space. Everything we needed and more. Quiet, modern and spotlessly clean. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Quest Macquarie Park. Very happy, thank you so much!

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff mix up issue made the experience a little annoying.

Ruins were large and clean. Very comfortable. Good size bathrooms and bedrooms.

Excellent service from the staff in trying to sort additional accommodation requirements. Room clean and comfortable even though it was quite small and the breakfast was good.

Good location and brand new building. however, over 5 nights of staying, the room was cleaned only one day. No cleaning on the weekends and public holiday which are fair enough. However they kept forgetting replacing towels and filling up teas and coffee. I had to pick up new towels from the front desk.

Its a beautiful hotel with lovely staff, clean and new rooms and excellent service. The only downside being a new hotel there are a few noticeable teething issues as I got stuck in the lift.
