This private, fully self-contained cottage is located on 6 acres of the historic 1857, Southdown Estate. Upstairs, it has a large bedroom with a lounge, TV, air-conditioning and views of the stunning gardens.

Downstairs there is a lounge, fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower over a bath. An enclosed sun-room and a private terrace are provided.

Please note that this cottage is not suitable for elderly or disabled guests as it has internal steep stairs and a large step-in bathtub.

At Devon Cottage guests can have a bath or shower in their private downstairs bathroom and then put on a provided bathrobe. For your entertainment, the cottage's upstairs bedroom includes a seating area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and an iPod dock. There is a kitchen and lounge area with a wood fireplace for winter warmth during April-August. Firewood is supplied at an additional charge.

Set in 6 acres of manicured gardens, this 1857 country house offers a cottage with Victorian furniture. A 2-day breakfast hamper is provided on arrival. Guests at the property can enjoy badminton and croquet.
