Impeccably clean rooms. Fantastic customer service of all staff. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent floor plan and all the amenities you need for a great stay. Comfortable beds. Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the mountains. Nice quiet location but short walk to shops. I would highly recommend. They were quick to rectify a small issue and made up for it in many other ways. Well done!

I cannot say enough nice things about James Blanchett and the service provided. His efforts in coordinating with me (being in the US) so my son, staying at Quest, could have a nice birthday surprise, were outstanding. He bent over backwards to assist me. I would highly recommend Quest Nowra. Phenomenal customer service to say the least!

Conference room was nice and well-equipped. The hotel seemed clean and in good shape.

Totally happy with the room. It's a fairly new building. Nice mattress and good pillows. Having a kitchen is great. Free parking and decent, free Wi-Fi. Will be back.

Modern clean apartment and very well maintained. Beds mostly comfortable. Quite a bit of street noise depending what room you get.

Corner room is nicely presented and fresh. Great appliances. Bed is hard as bricks but otherwise all is fine.

Amazing! Staff are fantastic, rooms are awesome. I usually stay in a king studio, I’ve been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment this week. Wow, decisions, decisions… which room do I sleep in?. Fantastic place and I highly recommend staying here, everything is perfect. If I need to be away for work, this is where I want to stay! Thank you.

Was a great stay for the price. Only complaint I have is I was told I would have a studio room on level 4 with a nice view of the park and upon arriving I was placed on level 3 with not much of a view at all. But whatever. Bed was comfortable and room was warm so what els do you need.

Checkin quick and pleasant. Room was spacious and well appointed. Surprisingly quiet as it is on a busy street. Parking was good and secure. I would stay here again.

A very well laid out room, well equipped and presented. Washer and dryer for clothes, full kitchen in the room. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I used their conferencing facilities and the staff could not have been more helpful. The facilities are new and well maintained. A pleasure and could only recommend them.

The room we booked had everything we required. A nice touch was a travel size pack of ground coffee and a plunger for the instant coffee averse. The reason I am dropping the 5th star. When booking our room online, there was only one room left, however we were given the option to have a king, or a twin bedroom. Long story short, they just pushed the two separate beds together and made it up as a king bed. I'm sure this is a standard practice, but it did cause a noticeable crease that we didn't want to lie on top of.

Totally recommend the Quest Nowra. Room lovely, beds comfy, staff friendly. No issues from our stay although I would say car park but small for number of rooms but there is plenty of street parking available!

Very nice rooms. Very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were like a home away from home. Full kitchen, living room with patio, in room laundry machines, private parking, exercise room, separate TVs for the living room and bedroom.

It was very good experience staying this apartment. Kind staffs and working distance from Nowra downtown.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Pillows are good. Rooms are spacious. Even though you are connected in the same door, you can't hear much noise from outside which is good. Check in was quick and easy. They accommodated early checkin for us at 1.30pm. They don't have hot breakfast available which was a shame. There is a cafe downstairs but is closed Sundays. You can walk into town and eat at the local cafes or bakery.

Probably the nicest accommodation option we could find in Nowra. Nice new, clean rooms. My TV bracket was about to fall out of the wall though…

This place is absolutely amazing! The apartments themselves are beautifully designed and immaculate! The staff are friendly and helpful! I will definitely be returning to this quest!

Food was quick but a side was forgotten until asked about. Meat was cold and dry. Chips were amazing.

Nice modern and clean rooms. Set up well for work travel, includes mini kitchenette with hotplate and microwave for preparing simple meals. Location is near centre of Nowra town, easy access to major roads and the Navy base. There are a few decent restaurants nearby for food options.

Clean and tidy apartments including washing and dryer and parking underneath. On site gym and BBQ facilities. Wonderfully attentive staff who were able to add that extra touch to an anniversary that was being celebrated.

We stayed 2 nights. Staff excellent, helpful. Nice room comfy bed, large fresh towels. Desk and chair. Only complaint. You had to sit on the bed to watch TV no 2 seater couch or arm chairs, also could not open the window. Quest is in an easy to get to area, the smokehouse restaurant was good. USA ribs and accompanying sides, good for a change, owner very jovial.

We stayed 2 nights for our son's wedding and being miles away from home, had to have TV reception for the Sharkies race to the Rugby League Grand Final. Yes, after a few champers couldn't get the TV on the Sharkies game but — do not fear — the Reception Girls came to the rescue and had us connected in no time. Little bits of assistance were needed over our 2 day stay and Quest was only willing to make things easy for us.
The accommodation, position and Staff were terrific. Would highly recommend. Thanks everyone.

Only visited the restaurant. I think they specialize in their dinner menu as lunch service was slow and food was cold.

It's a perfect place for longer stay, they have very nice rooms and also park side view. Located very near to market places. Recommended.

Location is good and central, plenty of parking, room was well appointed as self-contained. Trouble with internet, but fixed. Will stay again.
