We loved being at these cabins the view was amazing beach front view, came with friends, owner manager’s are very helpful and really friendly lovely people 💕 we are so loving our stay.

Beautiful surroundings and great location Clean and well maintained cabins Very friendly Lots of bird life Dog friendly.

We absolutely loved our little mini moon stay here last week. It was a perfect weekend away after being married during lockdown. It was super clean (I'm a housekeeper so really look at that stuff) the bed was comfortable and it was perfect for our dog. We absolutely loved it and will stay here again when we next want to go away to the coast.

Close to ocean views and lake, good fishing and walking tracks around water and bush land. Close enough to walk along boulevard to shops, helpful and polite owners with local information. Would stay here again although would try and book a front cabin /unit next time. Bed really comfortable, good amenities, clean and well presented unit.

Our cabin had unobstructed views to the ocean.

Spent 4 nights here. Fantastic location close to beaches. Cabin was immaculately clean. Very quiet. Great facilities such as bbq, laundry and pool. Kangaroos wander around close by.

Beautiful place to live and enjoy your time in Merimbula. Stayed there for 2 nights in the beach front cabins and it was magnificent in the morning. Loved it!

Stayed here for 7 nights and will be back! We have been going to Merimbula for years and staying across the road, however wanted somewhere we could take our beloved boxer with us. Stayed in the two bedroom beach front cabin and loved it! Woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the beach and rosellas chirping. Took Cyril for a walk daily at the off leach dog park across the road which he loved. Look no where else to stay as this place is perfection. It’s not crowded, it’s friendly and most staying there have pets! Will be our yearly go to!

Tina and Peter are wonderful hosts, cabins always clean. Location of cabins "perfection", highly recommended for both couples and families.

Tina and Peter are the more than perfect people to be running the beach canons. They keep a clean, calm and kind place to stay. They opened up in every way during the difficult times of the New Years fires and no doubt do this all year round. A perfect position overlooking an amazing point (short). Will be sure to stay every time we come this way. Thank you xxx.

Fantastic and friendly Pete and Tina enjoy our stay till fires drove us away, if anyone could get to Merimbula and support the local community and right along the south coast they could do with peoples support highly recommend.

Location couldn't be much better. I got a beach cabin that overlooks the beach, and I was not disappointed. Staff is very friendly, room was very clean and had mostly everything I needed to have a nice trip away. I definitely recommend the beach cabins.

We just spent 7 nights at the Beach Cabins and had a thoroughly peaceful and relaxing holiday. So close to Short Point, we were able to see Whales. Pete and Tina are wonderful hosts. It was so lovely to be able to take our dog without any hassle and she settled quickly. We will be back again. Thank you Pete and Tina.

Our family stayed over the long weekend and were extremely happy with our 2 bedroom cabin. Lovely and clean. Quiet and relaxing and located close to shops. We were well looked after by Pete and highly recommend this little bit of paradise.

Lovely, peaceful, clean and relaxing. I really love staying here with my little dog. So hard to find quality pet-friendly accommodation and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Our family stayed in a 3 bed cottage in May, with a baby and our dog.
we had a great time, the place was lovely and clean, the hosts were lovely and helpful. The beach was great and we went there early one morning to catch the beautiful sunrise. We also made use of the communal BBQ and Kitchen (with coffee machine)

Beautiful service on arrival. Our doggies have had the best stay! We will be back. Thankyou for your clean accommodation and a great stay.

We have a dog and had a great time as the beach is walking distance from where you stay.

Stayed here last May in a 2 bedroom cabin overlooking the beach. Such a wonderful location. Quiet and peaceful; an easy walk to the beach and also if you don't mind a 20 minute walk into town, then this is a perfect spot. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had all facilities needed for a relaxing stay. Hoping to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Hi we are still staying at beach cabins merimbula but wanted to write my review early. We have been absolutely loving our stay at no 4 beach cabin. We over look short point beach.
The couple that run it are lovely, its very quiet so feel very rested.
You can bring dogs too which is amazing for many.
Lots of wild life. We enjoyed feeding the rainbow lorikeets every morning.
Close to restaurants and shops in merimbula.
A good base to explore from or relax with the beautiful beach and lake just on us.

Lovely staff great view and it close to the beach. Wi-Fi is great. They also have free to use BBQ and amazing pool. Great place to bring kids. I recommend it.

Absolutely magnificant views straight outside our cabins. Very comfortable cabins and heavenly views in every direction and hospitality that was personal… like we were family.

Basically okay, decent living area, good beach proximity, clean grounds. Small main bed and very cramped bathroom.

Beautiful spot, everything we needed with lots of fun and activities for the kids of all ages! Can't wait to go back.

We stayed in the cottage which is very well equipped compared to many similar places. Its 3 bedroom and quite roomy for a cabin style accommodation. Of particular note was the lounge area which actually had olenty of seating for a family of 6 and also of note were the bathtowels which were larger than average. Place is clean, staff friendly. The cottage is surrounded by smaller cabins so would be ideal for a large group. The cottage has own bbq and large front deck with seating for 8 but cd add more seats easily. The bird feeding is awesome too. Would def stay again.

Tina and Peter are exeptional hosts. They offered us free accomodation when we were evacuated due to the Tathra Fire. The place is not just pet and kids friendly, it just feels really good to stay there. The amenities including the pool and playgrounds are well looked after. The cabin are comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Beach Cabins anytime!

Great little cabins by Short Point Beach in Merimbula. A short drive from the centre of Merimbula and a short walk to the beach.

Loved It, I have been an employee of the Beach Cabins for quite a while. But have recently moved on. But we decided to stay here for our anniversary. It was the best nights sleep I have had in a long time.

Another great family holiday with friends at Beach Cabins Merimbula. Cabins are perfect family accomodation, kids love the pool, trampoline, digging in garden (thank you) & going for a very short walk for a fish. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Highly recommend & we will be back.

Nice and quiet, excellent location. Cabins are very clean and the staff are very polite and friendly.

We had a lovely time here despite the wet weather. Cabins are clean and functional and we loved the lorikeets and wattle birds that come to the front door to be fed. Highly recommend and will visit again.

I was really looking forward to spending a week with my young family at this establishment. It looked like a good place for us to enjoy a summer holiday. Unfortunately, due to oversight/error by the staff there, my booking was never accepted online so someone else got the booking 24hrs later. Not good enough in my opinion. I know they checked their emails and bookings more regularly than once every 24hrs, as up to that point they had been very responsive and helpful. What was really upsetting to me, though, is that the staff I was dealing with flatly refused to acknowledge that they had made an error, and even tried to blame me instead! Disgraceful.

A good place to spend family time. Wish to spend more time. Have all the facilities you need at holiday.

Wonderful hosts, cabin was just amazing everything we needed to make it one of the best we have ever stayed in the peace, space between cabins was great cleanliness was great, closeness to beach was amazing couldn't fault anything thanks Tina and Pete for making our stay so wonderful will highly recommend it to anyone thanks.

Friendly staff with good suggestions of what's good around town! Great location, so close to the beach and not far from the local shops! Especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the board games. Would definitely come back again!

Cabins are nice and you can see ocean about 200 metres down the grassland.

The park facilities are excellent and very well maintained. Cleanliness of the park was 10/10 We have 3 kids under 5 and they loved the park and the beach.

The best location in Merimbula, Beach Cabins offer 1, 2 or 3 bedroom self catering cabins, the grounds are beautifully kept, and most cabins have an outlook to the beach. Just 200mts down the grassland is beautiful Short Point Beach which is Pet friendly as is the reserve out to the headland. Ideal destination for a great holiday with or without your pet.
