Great value for money. Will be back for sure!

Great breakfast good start to the day.

We stayed in unit 31, a 3 bedroom apartment. It was so spacious and well placed for our visit! The facilities were great and check in was a breeze!
the only improvement I could suggest would be fans in the rooms.
Can't wait to return!

Stayed in Room 24, terrible bed in the main bedroom. Is like sleeping on a concrete slab. Everything else was perfect.

Beautiful inside and out merimbula beautiful place gods paradise.

Pleasant units adequately furnished and equipped. Lovely hosts most obliging and helpful. Well worth the cost. Thanks.

Great place to stay very close to beach very clean and tidy everything you need.

Nice and clean rooms with nice bathrooms and bedrooms there was only 7 foxtel channel 1 channel didn't work sports channel and 1 or 2 movies channel free to air worked fine some lag Wi-Fi was a bit slow but ok to use sometimes fast everything worked great shower made werid noises and pool rules were a bit bad no ball games no jumping.

Incredibly disappointing! Would not recommend at all. The place was dirty and very dated. The lady said she could give us a "better" room for an extra $50 knowing that we were under the impression that the apartments were all updated as one is advertised on a booking website. Light in main bedroom stopped working, floors were revolting.

Great spot, needs upgrading and one knife with TV remote not working well. Bed was hard, toilet needed fixing. But with all that said l would go back again.

Better than some of the reviews Kitchen a bit dated but quite functional New bathroom plus older bathroom/laundry.

Travelled with my dad to celebrate our birthdays. What a disappointment. Beds were so old and sunken in the middle every time you try to get comfortable it was impossible. TV remote broken in half and stuck together with tape, no soap holder in main bedroom ensuite, cup holder though that kept falling off the wall, rusted and never cleaned, no cup either, no toilet brush holder in other toilet, just resting on the corroded pipe fitting, bin tidy with lid laying on floor, laundry cupboard rusted all around, door into laundry not fitting properly, dirty couches, they replaced the TV with one half the size and the replacement remote was stuck together with tape, again, air conditioner so small and old in main area didn’t cool down the other rooms. Had to access the room via the laundry, walls all marked and curtains in lounge area dirty! Stove disgraceful. When mentioning this to manager, he said they were all privately owned and he couldn’t do, ugh about them — excuse me —! Only stayed 2 nights out of the six and never again. Don’t go there!

Expensive and noisy. Stayed for 2 nights. Room was right next to a tennis court. Some insensitive guests ignored the court times and kept playing. Notices in the apartment range from fines for not doing your dishes to having to pack up your own rubbish and threw it into big bin ourselves at the front of the building. No reception service, key was obtained via a coded box in front of our apartment. Only 1 air conditioner in the whole apartment. Avoid!

We had apartment 6 which was clean and tidy but dated. Upon arrival our airconditioner did not work and the ensuite had a blocked drain. We advised reception who said we had to contact someone on another number because they did not manage the apartment. We did that and the drain was fixed but not the airconditioner and on a hot humid evening we had the worst sleep ever.

Air conditioner in main bedroom very old and NOT working. Portable fan supplied for second bedroom but after a day was blowing out hot air. The free standing air conditioner in living area had a hose attached to the window but it wasnt long enough to cool down the bedrooms. My son had to sleep on the couch in living area as his room was too hot. The reception on the TV wasnt too good. Channel 7 went blank while watching the tennis finals! Wi-Fi not the best. And Foxtel movie channel wasnt good picture quality. Only a couple of toilet rolls supplied for 3 people for a one week stay. Bbq area very clean Swimming pool and spa clean Cutlery and utensils in our unit were clean as well as the stove and fridge Washing machine and dryer all in working order. Walking distance to beach and shops was very good.

The location was great, however the room was a little dirty with stains on parts of the carpet, the dishes provided were stained and not properly washed. The bathrooms were pretty stained and the toilet seats were both loose. Also only 2 rolls of toilet paper was provided for 4 people which was a tad stingy. Although the beds were very comfortable and clean, lots of towels were provided and the room was a good price. Also the pool and tennis court closed at 8:30 which was quite early. And there were no designated parking which was much needed.

4 families and 3 units. Each and every unit was tops. Could not fault the place.

Unit 9. Good pricing and close to amenities. Have stayed multiple times but this last time was disappointed with standard of fit out. Kitchen chair tubing was broken at the weld. Overhead kitchen exhaust didn't work. Kitchen tap leaked heavily at the sink. One bedroom lamp needed globe (replaced). Electric blanket in second bedroom nowhere near a power point. Can opener useless. All crockery needed washing before our use. On the plus side, outside amenities excellent e. G. BBQ area etc.

Great location and very close to the centre of town. Appeared very nice when we walked in, however, later we discovered that dishes were very unclean, still having pasta sauce from the previous people, oven still had splatter marks on it from who knows how long. Minimal bedding was supplied with a very thin doona, no blanket in case it was cold and a very nice note in the guest information saying that if we touched the bedding on any of the other beds we would be charged extra. It doesn't look like anyone has actually cleaned the place in a while. Very dissappointing and we will be advising people not to stay here.

We had unit 15, right at the front. Great views. We were very happy, at first, but then soon discovered several not so nice things. Firstly it was not very clean, there was a mouse living under the couch in the lounge room. The ensuite bathroom flooded, and the toilet nearly overflowed. The curtains were hanging by a thread, I was afraid they would end up on my head every time I opened and closed them. Then there was the painting, a large one that fell onto my husbands shoulders, luckily it wasn't a child who got hit. The TV remote was held together with tape, and most of the time it wouldn't work properly. Being July, it was chilly, the lounge room heater was nice, but the portable heater for the bedroom was useless. The indoor pool was dirty and the spa was too. The people were lovely, but this unit does not deserve 4.5 stars. 3.5 stars would be more accurate. Sorry, but we won't be back.

I stayed here for a holiday. It had the best scenery and other things like Free Wi-Fi, Indoor Pool, BBQ, Tennis Court and nice apartments. It has this nice beach feeling that makes you feel right at home. It is the best place to stay for a holiday in Merimbula. I recommend staying here if you want to have the best holiday in Merimbula.

We absolutely loved this place until it was made pet unfriendly. Went there for years, booked 12 months in advance last year, arrived at xmas time to be told we had to get out because of our poodle. They never even rang and told us it had changed hands. We were there for one night with the poodle and found old mouldy chips and scallops in the microwave and can of body spray in the bed. All I want to say Aquarius is good luck and shame shame shame.

Great location at the base of the bridge, not too far from the town. Rooms are generally tidy and sizeable enough for a weeks stay. Nice and helpful staff. Recommended.

Great location, rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. That is where the positives end. The Wi-Fi is useless, they charge you for 2 people using seperate beds (2 people aren't always a couple), the light in the lounge room didn't work, they want you to clean the apartment but don't supply cleaning products/equipment and the cooking/eating equipment supplied does not match up.

Not the flashiest or the newest but is very comfy and has everything we need. Plenty of off street parking. Excellent position, a short walk to beach, lake, shops etc. Over the road from a very good boat ramp. We have stayed here 6 or 7 times in the past few years.
