Excellent … visited for lunch with friends and could not fault the food or the service.

I stayed for one night and definitely won't be staying again. Very loud party music and what sounded like drunk karaoke singers partied till midnight. I was on the first floor and all the noises echoed up into my room. I had a terrible nights sleep and had to be up at 6:30am the next morning! Not to mention, they tried to charge me $100 for a late checkout!?! They ended up bringing it down to $50 for 4 extra hours of stay $$$ I was also placed in a standard "internal room" and discovered that the only window opened up into the hallway!?!? So there was no fresh air or sunlight… Because of this the room smelt like stale toilet air. I felt like I was in a fish bowl. I have stayed just 500metres away in a different hotel which was amazing that was 3 times the size and charged $30 less! They also didn't charge for a late checkout… I would have stayed there but unfortunately it was booked out and this place was my last option. Save your money and stay somewhere else, this place is overpriced.

Great staff and fantastic restaurant. Room was nice, clean and modern. I left something in my room and staff were very helpful in sending it back to me. Definitely recommend. Stayed on business.

Incredible staff. Always so accomodating regardless of the request. Have stayed there 4 or 5 times now, and they never fail to remember and recognise me and my friend! Beautiful rooms, with great prices. Very impressed!

I had the budget room and it was awesome. The bed was so comfy and staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are a bit dated and you should avoid the lift and take the stairs as it is at least twice faster.
However service is great and the food in the hotel restaurant 'oakroom' is SPECTACULAR.
The best Smashed Avo I've had in any city in Australia and the dinner is fantastic!

Great rooms great food great people.

Clean and stylish rooms with a large bathroom. The bed was super big and amazingly comfortable. Outside sitting area was spacious with a cozy atmosphere. A short walk to the pool which was convenient with supplied towels, I would go back there again.

I have stayed multiple times, it’s always clean and well maintained. Rooms are decent size with good beds. Location is great, very close to town and local attractions. The staff have always been very helpful and generally go beyond what is required. The pool across the road is available for guests also.

We stayed there on a 40 degree day. We were put in a room on the third floor and when we got out of the lift the heat was stifling and our room was the same. We turned on our air con but after 2 hours our room was still warm and quite uncomfortable so we rang reception and were told to turn it up to 21 degrees so it would work which I found very strange.

Booked to stay following recent visit to Wagga for university. After a very tiring and hot drive from Melbourne to Wagga my mother accessed the mini bar freezer to use the ice trays and found that it had not been cleaned or checked in recent months and was mouldy. Reception staff were advised and no actions taken to accommodate her distress for this terrible oversight. I have stayed once prior in a budget room and hoped that the standard room would be of more value for money. I stayed in a standard room on this occasion and again found no ceiling fans, room is stuffy and unpleasant if air con is not utilised. The renovations made to the rooms are also botchy with nail holes uncovered where towel railing has been moved, missing a bathroom sink basket — just an open drain pipe, no ceiling fan even in the bathroom for ventilation. I feel that this accommodation is poorly designed and heavily overpriced for the quality and care taken to present these rooms. I would not recommend.

This hotel has been nicely rennovated. The rooms are clean neat and tidy. Nice place to stay.

Really nice stay with large rooms, big comfortable beds and hooks in the bathroom and luggage area for very handy hanging and storage. Just well designed and functional. Often, hotels are glamorous but there's no space to put things in an uncluttered way. Townhouse has achieved both functionality and good looks. The food was also terrific with great service.

The food was very good but the wait staff couldn't answer questions about it. Good range of wines. Comfortable indoor/outdoor setting. Limited parking.

Helpful friendly staff. The hotel was in the midst of a kitchen renovation aftet asmall fire and also a lift upgrad e at th same time. The staff handled the inconvenience well. Rooms were modern clean and spacious.

Prime location as it is next to a lot of shops and pubs in Wagga Wagga. The rooms are very clean in of mediocre quality. Employees are really nice and helpful.

I found the rooms to be a bit dated.
The TV is tiny … and the rooms very confined.
With no views. A small clock radio.
No complimentary bottled water. The menu is very limited. No garlic bread (you have to get a whole garlic pizza) Parking very limited, I got back from work and the carpark was already full. Back to Mercure in Wagga for me. As for food.
Go to the pub next door called the vic hotel.

Great service, food was very nicely presented. But…
Pork was very salty,, the salt and pepper calamari was way too peppery! … Seasoning is great but in moderation. Balance my friend~… Wanted to stay at the hotel and trying to organise reservation for dinner and hotel. Very uninviting over the phone…
Would not match the difference of $20 to the international hotel to have us as guests as well as diners.
A few bottles of wine after back at our hotel. I am still wondering why they didnt want our business… We spent an easy $500 over the evening…

My First Visit to this Hotel, I was greated by Lisa on checkin and was made to feel right at home. Lisa shared great information on the hotel & Fabulous Resturant and Bar.
My room was a we small, that was ok as its only me for one night.
Rooms fresh, Clean and above all a comfy bed.
The resturant and bar was buzzing with locals & Guests, dinning divide with alacarte menu & out in the bar and deck area a different option of snacks & Pizzq, s and light meals. TheService and attention with out being in your face was excellant.
I was most impressed by Lisa who at all times remembered my name. Not often happens after checking into hotels. Thanks Lisa ill be back.

Really nice place to stay, close to a few nice pubs, across the road from the footy oval. Shopping centre is only a short walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here, their restaurant is pretty good quality and staff are all friendly. Highly recommend this place if you ever find yourself in Wagga Wagga!

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and presented beautifully. They didn't have high chairs but were very accommodating for our two young children.

My wife and I stayed here and it was a lovely, relaxing experience. Service was fantastic! Beautiful decor throughout the whole building, great attention to detail. We booked in for dinner in the Oakroom during our stay, and glad we did! Food was amazing, very tasty. We'll be back for sure.

The townhouse was an amazing place to stay. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The pay TV channels (fox sports and movie channel) and free Wi-Fi made it even better place to stay. I stayed in the budget room and it was great value for money, comfy bed, nice bathroom, friendly staff and a great location made this place a winner! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay at reasonable prices. It really is in the centre of town, walk outside and you're in the city centre and all the shops are there. There is also a restaurant/ bar downstairs in the hotel which was popular with a nice atmosphere.

The food was amazing! Interesting menu with a lot of variety. It was all well prepared and presented in a fun way. I liked that the fancy onion rings came in a metal frying basket. The restaurant is very fun in its design and has a great atmosphere. Worth a try.

We stayed at the Townhouse for 3 nights, right downtown so a great location close to everything. We shopped, and ate out and walked back to our hotel, I recommend the Exec spa room, big windows, sliding door to a small balcony and I loved the bed, sooo comfy. The Oakroom was amazing.

I have enjoyed dinner at The Oak Room in The Townhouse Wagga on many occasions. Jamie and his staff are all talented and dedicated professionals ensuring the menu is always exciting and the meals the best in regional NSW by a country mile. The accommodation at The Townhouse is very stylish, comfortable and roomy with its proximity to the CBD the icing on the cake.

This was a real surprise as we have stayed at many hotels/motels in Wagga Wagga. Great value for money, free access to the Aquatic Centre across the road, fabulous food at the restaurant and very friendly, helpful service. The room was compact but clean and nicely appointed. We'll be staying there again.
