We were booked in somewhere else for the weekend, they had actually put myself and my hubby into a room with another couple, so we left as they couldn't resolve the issue. The beautiful people at cousin's not only gave us a great deal on a room but upgraded us and gave us a cheaper price. Super nice people lovely room. We will be back again every time we visit Inverell. Thankyou again xx.

Overall tidy and well presented. It’s the little things that count and today with our stay — all those who wear makeup will appreciate this. They provide makeup wipes to use rather than the washer … — a nice touch before I then washed my face with my makeup face wash and then my regular face wash

I highly recommend cousins motor inn! Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool and spa facilities very clean & well maintained. So happy with our stay there. We have stayed in other motels in the inverell area, this is by far the best.

A really nice place to stay when in Armidale. Cosy rooms, comfy beds and great home cooked meals. I thoroughly reccomend this motel to anyone who is visiting the area.

I stay there every 6 months for the last 8 years and it’s always a pleasure. The rooms are clean and the food is always great and the staff are fantastic.

Even though this is a motel, it has the ambience of a 4 star hotel! Clean white fresh linen, bath robes and fluffy towels with heating rack! It is modernly updated and run by extremely friendly welcoming hosts. We are so happy to have found this place, wish we were staying longer.

Great hosts! Clean white bed linen, and not a stain in sight! Vicki and Bruce make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until check out! We got a discounted rate on an apartment because the rest of the rooms were full! Would definitely go back.

Fantastic bang for buck. Expected your average motel and got a pleasant surprised with great staff and a fully stocked minibar.

We came to Inverell for a friends wedding on the weekend. We also just got engaged ourselves. Staff were very accommodating in helping us celebrate by aranging a fruit platter and Champange. Breakfast was responsibly price and well received after a big night! Excellent customer service, our self contained unit was clean and well equipt. Would recommend hence the 5 stars. Thanks again x.

Staying at Cousins Motor Inn added a special element to our visit to Inverell, the large comfortable well appointed room suited our needs perfectly. An easy walk to the town centre allowed us to explore many of the heritage buildings and parks which add to the charm of city. We ordered our dinner from the room service menu and what a treat. Tender melt in the mouth lamb shanks and stuffed chicken breast both accompanied by generous serves of fresh vegetables. Yum. Well done… great service, friendly staff, the total accommodation package thankyou.

Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Everything needed seemed to be in the room including microwave oven, kettle, toaster, bowls, plates, cuttlèry and cups. Wifi worked well. The place also has a small pool for summer.

I called and booked directly and this gave me the chance to have a good chat with Vicki, so I already knew I was going to get great service and when I arrived at the motel I felt like I was meeting a friend. The presentation of the room was impeccable and all the details were covered. We'd been on the road for a while, so the Wi-Fi was greatly appreciated for catching up on work and planning our trip, and it was nice to settle down in front of the big TV with tea and biscuits! The room was quiet and the bed was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Hosts Vicki & Bruce were absolutely fantastic. Bruce & Vicki are warm, friendly and welcoming people. We stayed for 4 nights and really did not want to leave. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the beds have white covers giving the room a fresh and light feeling… so much better than the usual floral covers one finds everywhere. The bathroom is a good size, no squeezing past the toilet, something I really hate. Needless to say the room was spotless and well laid out… bypass Glen Innes and go straight to Inverell and Cousins Motel. Thank you Vicki & Bruce from Rosenne & Margaret.

Best motel in Inverell! Will not go anywhere else. Staff are excellent and always go out of their way to make your stay the best possible. Rooms are clean and a decent size. You get so much more value for your money. Cannot fault anything. Big thumbs up!

Friendly service, reasonably priced, but fairly basic facilities.

Stayed here with husband for one night. The host was lovely and we felt very looked after. Our room was upgraded to Executive suite and was worth it, lovely spacious room with great shower. We had steak and lamb shanks for dinner with room service and we very satisfied.

Love Cousins Motor Inn, fabulous redecorated rooms, white sheets, a fave of mine, the hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble, the evening meals are tasty, and, I was given a complimentary glass of wine with my meal.
I'll be back for sure…

We stayed here on 16th July 2013 and had a fantastic experience. Kathleen was an energetic host who clearly loves her motel. We upgraded to the "deluxe suite" and wern't disappointed. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was terrific (had a great sleep here). Kathleen gave us lots of interesting places to visit, just a pity the Platypus weren't at home that day. I highly recommend this motel.
