Annie and Steve are fantastic hosts, the accommodation is superb, modern and well maintained-great value for $. Fantastic shower pressure also! Best bacon and eggs in town and a very generous room refreshments!

How good is this place, beautiful rooms, lovely service from the hosts — to the point I came back with takeaway and next minute there was a door knock with an offer of plates, bowls and cutlery. Really nice, I only visit a few times a year but you've got my business from now on.

The Hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are also very clean and tidy and the rooms have a well stocked mini bar. By far the best accomodation in town Highly recommended.

Stayed here a few times with work and I can't say anything negative about the place. Always well maintained clean rooms with comfortable beds The host are fantastic always so friendly and always up for a chat. Would definitely recommend staying here if your looking for somewhere to stay in Inverell.

Quiet, Clean, Roomy and comfortable. As a family of 3 we stayed two nights. Convenient location. The owners are very professional and make you feel at home and genuinely interested in your thoughts and all feedback welcome. Will definitely stay here in the future. Well done!

What an excellent experience with beautiful kind hearted people I would love to come back every year very clean rooms including disabled room cheap very tasty breakfast heaps of parking the owners talk to you all the time they are very caring people highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Very clean and well presented motel which is quite convenient to Inverell town center. The staff were lovely, friendly and gracious. We were travelling with a family member in a wheel chair, and there was a disability room available — which is the main reason we chose this motel. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that there a little noise coming from other rooms at night (I think more the above rooms that those beside) — tho not sure how often people will be partying till 3am!

Extremely enjoyed our stay recently. The rooms are spotlessly clean, are of generous size with modern decor and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Our meals were promptly delivered to our room and delicious.
If you choose to have something from the Mini bar, it is very affordable.

Rooms clean and fresh, with a few extra touches and offers available that are not usually found in a motel; friendly staff, management very helpful when we needed to make a slight room adjustment at short notice, good meals. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and very nice rooms. I didn't have any meals however the menu looked good. I liked the distance from town walking distance from CBD. The service was nice and relaxed as well. Will stay again when in town.

Excellent rooms, well presented and very clean. One of the best wheelchair accessible rooms I've ever stayed in. Great hosts who will go out of there way to make your stay memorable. We will be back.

The staff were friendly, helpful and did anything we asked. The rooms were immaculate and light. The beds were very comfortable and were kept clean. The rooms were properly cleaned every day and room service was available for breakfast and dinner. The food was a a bargain and delicious. This was the best motel we've ever stayed in.

Friendly service, clean and modern room with lovely decor, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi and austar are always a huge plus. Located in a quite side street with sweeping views. I highly recommend this motel and will continue to stay here when I am in town.
