Value for money, friendly staff, love the comfortable beds.

Great place friendly atmosphere.

Owner and staff were friendly looked after us really well. Beds were great very comfortable.

Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Only drawback is the walls are very thin.

Really the best bed we'd had in nearly four weeks of travelling in country NSW & QLD. Lovely clean room. Gentleman at Reception was very helpful. Couldn't fault it.

Very nice clean and airconditioned room for the price I paid for it. Large TV with table under it to do work. Location is walking distance to town centre for shopping and restaurants. Strong shower pressure was good. Wifi was kinda slow but still usable.

Stay at Gunnedah on regular overnight visit, always the rooms are very clean and value for money is excellent.

Great service and hospitality. The rooms are quite nice though maybe a little small, perfect if you are travelling through or a short stay though. Noise travels through the walls a bit. Overall the place is value for money though.
