Clean and spacious room, good bed and amenities but the highlight for me was the wonderful gluten free meal options at the inhouse restaurant which was delicious. Hosts were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Basic but good value. The decor in the rooms are aging a bit but the carpet has recently been replaced and there's free Wi-Fi and new TVs. Also reverse cycle A/C which is needed in Armidale. Location is a short drive from everything and easy to find. It's reasonably comfortable and really quiet despite being next to the traintracks. Considering the price I would definitely stay again.

We had a much needed stop over here. The staff were really nice and went out of their way for us. Even came to tell us we left the cabin light on in our car! lots of little things to be very accommodating. We had a great stopover, it was made easy with 2 young kids. Would def recommend it, hope this mob continues to get good business, they deserve it ❤️

Went to the restaurant for valentines dinner. The food was great and reasonably priced. A starter, two meals, and a bottle of the house wine for less than $100. Some points of presentation were, a single sheet of paper menu for one, but all in all a good experience.

Great Hosts nothing is a problem, restaurant menu excellent, breakfast in the dining room thank goodness. Lots of hot water and open fires in the winter.

This motel was really nice. They have given it a new lease of life with lovely fresh white linen and our family room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Armidale.

The rooms were comfortable, the managers were friendly and accommodating, and the motel is situated in a picturesque, easy to access location. This all made for a very pleasant stay.

So glad we stopped here over the weekend! New owners have given this motel a much needed face lift and the result is a warm, fresh and comfortable motel at an affordable price! They gave us a dinner, bed and (hot! ) breakfast deal which we snapped up as it was such good value! We were a little worried about noise levels as there was a bus staying at the same time but we shouldnt have worried as my hubby and I had the best sleep we have had in ages! we will definitely be staying here next time we are though armidale!

Priced too high for a motel that has obviously not been refurbished for at least 20 years. There was dirt and grease on the cup shelf, an iron but no iron board. The pillow cases had sweaty stains on them and the shower curtain was stained and covered in mold. Needs an overhaul, desperately. It's not the 90's anymore.

Lovely staff but the motel is out of date and needs refurbishing. Personally I thought it was highly priced for what you received. Beds are old and hard, no fans to bathroom and the tvs look like original from when motel was made. Would love to see some money spent on it to bring it up to its original glory.

Great Restaurant! We went for a great meal at the regency after noticing ads in the newspaper, we were plesently supprised, Amazing meals and very reasonable prices, a huge range of wines and cocktails too! we loved the live piano and quirky, yet professional waitress. Thanks so much Armidale Regency Motel for a great night all round!

We have friends who live in Armidale and we choose to stay at the Armidale Regency motel for 4 nights. We had a really enjoyable time in Armidale and at this Motel. The rooms are not the newest around but they are good clean, standard rooms. The whole complex has everything we needed, such as food and drink! plus a huge clean swimming pool. We dined in the Regency restaurant for the first night and really enjoyed it, the food was perfect and the atmosphere was quite fun. The next night we thought we would try somewhere else in Armidale but were dissapointed in what was around, so the next few nights we dined at the motels restaurant each time having a great night. The only complaint was they did not offer breakfast in the restaurant or breakfast room.

Really nice staff! Felt like a city hotel in the country. So nice to see such a nice reception area. After 7 hours on the road it was nice to be at the Regency in Armidale. The rooms were really really clean, the Restaurant was really quite fun! The only complaint was I slept in and was late for my appointment! I have not had such a nice quite sleep in years. Great value motel. Recommended.
