Clean, reasonable and cheap. Decent bed. This is not fancy, renovation last done ten years ago at least. A retro experience.

Very basic accommodation. Fly screen fell out. Cupboards smells really bad and room is not clean. We stayed for 2 night, the next morning we asked room to be cleaned and we came back at the end of day to find the bed was left as it was however they took the dirty dishes. So they came in the room but just left the bed untouched, really strange. When the occupier of the next room used the hot water, the sound was so loud it woke us up. No noise dampening at all. The male caretaker was friendly and gave us directions where to go and what to see. However the female caretaker was only friendly to males, not very happy to speak to females.

BEWARE! The rudest female business owner ever — doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Please don’t stress yourself by staying there — plenty of other friendly places around.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The rudest staff I have ever met. Drove in to purchase a beach entry pass and there was no-one in reception (probably because it smelt like rotten drywall). After 5 mins of waiting I called the motel and the lady that answered told me to come to reception. When I told her I was at reception she rudely replied with you're not in the correct place then. After 2 minutes of arguing on the phone with her she came to the reception window to tell me she can't do the pass and to see the man outside. So we took ourselves out to see the man and when we approached him he told us to move our cars or we wont be getting served even though we were parked in allocated carparks. Will never return here again would rather drive the extra 10 mins next time to a servo to buy the pass.

I and a few mates rocked up to get passes to access the beach with our utes no one was at reception so as we called reception the lady was arguing with us that there was someone at the reception then she says look for a man outside so we found the man outside and he told us to park properly then to come in he and she was really rude the way they talked to us and approached us until we went inside and got our passes the man realise we aren’t a bad bunch of blokes and started talking to us about the beach and our vehicles and it stunk inside the motel.

Older style, very clean, great TV and Wi-Fi, good linen and Michael a very generous host.

I found it very clean and comfortable motel easy access from the road and exit.

Simple, clean and comfy. The room was cosy and everything worked — nice hot shower, and great for what we needed. Friendly on arrival and departure. Nice people.

Next door dog barked for hours, could not get to sleep.

The rooms smell, dog stain on carpet, I used a whole can of room deodarant on the carpet and could not get the smell out, than I had a toast on the table and this German cockroach crawled on it. And the noise of barking dogs you could not sleep. Even the bathroom tiles and sink not clean and smelled. The towels look like the dog chewed them. When I saw the cockroach on my toast, I asked for my money back as I booked for 3 nights, he would not give me my money back. Am on a pension. Very uncleaned. The towel I used in the morning was folded back up and put on the shelf, after it dried, not a new towel or a clean towel, the same towel. By pass this place when you are travelling unless you want to catch something, very unhygenic.

Very good. Friendly service and made to feel very welcome. Clean and comfortable for a fair price. Great place to stay.

We checked in 3pm had a nice warm shower went out and came back around 10pm and hot water was not working slept it off to wake up to no hot water went to check with the receptionist rang their service bell but no answer waited ten minutes still no one then I saw which may have been the maintenance guy and asked if the receptionist was around he said he'll check the guy shouted from the office door is she was there she yelled back and said "tell him im not available right now mind you I was right there hearing this. Waited another 15 mins a young guy came out and saw me I asked him about the hot water he said "oh! Um. Maybe the hot water ran out but give me 2 minutes and ill come and check. Waited 11/2 hours and still nothing no one came and that was that ended up checking out early 10 am and drove back to sydney with out having a comforting shower : ( Their motto is 'come in as strangers, leave as friends'. Misleading as they didnt feel at all that friendly.

The toilet worked extremely well and my bed hardly made me itchy at all. The room that I stayed in had an amazing view of outside of the room. I can't wait to stay here again on my next holiday!

Disagree with previous poster. The rooms are reasonable for the price and cant complain about the facilities. If you want 5 star hotel go pay for it. The owners tho are the nicest people, offered to cook me breakfast for free just because my mates in the other rooms got it included in theirs, not to mention doing some faxing for me at 11:30pm Nice place with really good people.

TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are like boxes, the beds are the most uncomfortable things in the world, facilities are the most run down I have ever seen. Our room was an interconnecting family room and was absolutely terrible. We could hear EVERYONE around us in the rooms next door and above as the walls are like tissue paper. The shower would squeal the entire time you used it, aircon. In one room didn't work and the other sounded like it was about to blow up as well as the TVs being hopeless. VERY overpriced and staff presentation and service was beyond a joke. Definitely not what is advertised, could not wait to leave and spent as little time in the rooms as possible! DO NOT STAY HERE.
