We had a beautiful stay at Valhalla, cosy & comfortable rooms (and most importantly warm with heating! ), amazing views looking over Perisher and wonderful gourmet meals, snacks and alcohol 🍷 We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely be returning!

Love the pre dinner drinks and snacks, the food was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel so welcome. So great to stay right on the snow and just ski from the front door. We can't wait to come back again next season. Thankyou Valhalla!

Our young family had a wonderful ski holiday at Valhalla. The staff went out of there way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our young daughter was their priority with an early dinner including colouring and child friendly table seating. Valhalla’s location allowed for first and last runs of everyday. Most excitingly we skied from the front door each morning after watching the sun rise over Perisher front valley. The layout of the drying room makes easy preparation and storage of gear. All meals were wonderful, we were all over fed. Highly recommended for your stay. Love The Cox’s.

Absolute gem of a place to stay at Perisher. Small, friendly, lovely staff, great location right on the snow, nicely designed, sweet view, and so good to have your meals cooked for you each day. Thanks to Kylie and the team (Kai, Bronte, Tessa and Amanda. ) We’ll be back!

Valhalla is, just as the name suggests, a snug and homely lodge that acts as a gateway to Perisher valley and the snowy mountains. But more than that it has staff that were all incredibly lovely, helpful and friendly, dinners that were diverse and delicious, an impeccable location with a minute (literally, we timed it) between the warm and cozy rooms of Valhalla to the multitude of ski runs lying beyond the Perisher centre. Despite how connected the lodge was, it also felt very private and secluded from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the Perisher resort. Over the course of our stay we found Valhalla was uniquely perfect for us in that it was suited to our individual needs: having a TV room for kids, breakfast and great views of the sunrise over the mountains for early risers, social dinners to meet new people, a plethora of board games, a warm fireplace and large, comfortable rooms. Valhalla is the perfect place for a stay at the snow for both beginners (like me), or experts (like my dad) and for families large or small. I had an amazing experience at Valhalla, and would highly recommend it.

This is our fifth visit and it is always such a pleasure coming back. If you haven’t ever stayed here then you need to give it a try.

From the booking process to finding our lost car key and everything in between, the Valhalla team went above and beyond and were a pleasure to deal with.
The location is very handy and perfect for watching sunsets over the snow. We thought the meals were fantastic. Tasty home cooked dinners when you’re away are an absolute treat.
We’ll definitely be back soon!

Wonderful homely environment with staff that feel like family — giving plenty to eat with included breakfast and dinner. Rooms were always warm, cleaned regularly and had spectacular views of the main v8 front valley slope. Can ski down to the slopes in 59 seconds (timed), and each day you are provided with complimentary oversnow transport up the hill. Can't recommend highly enough — a truely magical Australian Snow experience by staying at Valhalla.

Couldn’t ask for better staff and the food is awesome we alway try and stay here if it’s not booked out.

Great and relaxing stay. Cheese platter at the end of each day was delicious, as was the 3 course dinner. Big thanks to Kai and team.
