Awesome service! So convenient for the days at the snow, short drive to services. Stayed in cabin with a fireplace was stunning and warm, up to date and so clean! Will be back for sure.

The cabin we stayed in was very cozy and warm thanks to the nice fireplace. On top of that, said cabin was very clean and we'll taken care of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Discovery Parks.

Nice and tidy space. Good for families.

This is a great caravan park right by the water and there is an excellent walking trail nearby so you can explore Jindabyne during a lovely morning walk. The amenities are clean. It was a bit of a challenge to enter your caravan spot though, quite narrow but after you get over that difficult part you can relax and enjoy! “Jonique Life”

Cabins, camping sites, amenities are clean and tidy.

Lovely place great cabins and extremely nice people.

A great park, with great activities to keep kids activr.

Quite, and scenic and a lovely bike ride into town.

Great little spot right on Lake with boat hire and sailing hire within a few feet.
Some of the access to position a can would be tight on school holidays but easy peasy at other times.
Water is fresh and clean
Staff on arrival were great, quick and cheerful.
Relaxing. Bring your bike with direct access to bike track.

It’s an Amazing place to stay. You’re right on the edge of the lake and it’s stunning. The amenities are great, They have a TV and games room, pool table, video games ect, laundry, kitchen though the best part is the spas and sauna.

Friendly staffs, clean cabin c essential facilities. Highly recommended. I booked 2 cabins overnite.

Stayed at discovery parks 2 weeks ago.
The staff at the Main Entrance were friendly! The actual stay though I was a bit disappointed.
We picked this location due to attending Perisher snow, we also wanted a nice cabin and loved the fact there was other facilities there.
One being the spa which both were broken apparently, me and my partner were very disappointed, they don’t let us know, people pick this place due to all the inclusions so a heads up to people who are booked in at that time would be nice. The cabin itself was a bit disappointing also, there as a part of the wall that had a sharp section on it cutting my partners leg slightly.
and there were lots of cob webs and was just not as clean as it could of been. The bed though was very comfortable and the heater was good to have. We didn’t know what to do regarding buying food or cooking food.
we ended up buying before we checked in and then when cooking noticed there wasn’t many thing for us to use to do so there. The location was good and I know it is a cabin, but I just expected a little more.
Probably won’t return, sorry guys!

Beautiful location, close to the snow fields. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great large sites down by the lake make for beautiful sunset photos. Amenities large and clean and the spas and sauna a great addition for those weary muscles. Will be back.

Location, accommodation options, helpful and friendly staff.

Way too expensive for camping. $100 a night for a muddy site next to the bins and a dirty dripping drain ain’t really good value. If I had paid $30-$40, I would a bit more positive about the experience. But this location is great if you want to save the 40 minute traffic jam leaving Jindabyne in the morning to head to the snow. Staff are friendly, and the amenities were kept clean. Just poor value for money!

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. However, there were just a few things about our cabin that left us a little annoyed, hence 3 stars and not 4. Our issues were raised with management and we were happy to leave it at that. The location of the park is fantastic. The Amenities facility was quite good and clean. The unit was well serviced by the heater. The mismatch of pots and pans was not unexpected, however a nuisance regardless. Would I go there again? Yes. However, if I could spend the same and stay elsewhere I’d prefer to do that.

Good facilities. When we checked in the lady was super helpful and went out of her way to make us welcome Amenities are great and the fire in the upstairs room a great asset. Sites are big and plenty of room. Playground wasn’t able to be used which was disappointing … all in all we enjoyed our stay here.

We were very kindly upgraded to a superior cabin which had everything you could need. Fantastic staff at reception and great heating. Central to snowfields and lovely lake walk nearby. Amenities block was heated and had great spas. Good value. Would happily stay again.

Lovely snowy camp! There's a warm enclosed rec room so you don't have to snuggle in your sleeping bag the whole time, and also safe firepits at each site. Nice soft ground for tents, even under snow. Clean utility block. 50 bucks for a powered site is a bit expensive, and it's inside the national park so you have to pay entry fees, but there were kangaroos hopping around my tent. :)

We are staying in one of the deluxe cabins (sleeps 5) and it is fantastic. It has everything you could need, the beds are comfortable, the heater works well and the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. Although the view to the lake is impeded by some trees, once you take a short walk down to the water the view is breathtaking. Out 3 year old son loved exploring around the park and loved his bunk bed. It is only a short drive to all of the major ski resorts so it is in a perfect location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a last minute change of mind and wanted to stay an extra night, and they kept us in the same cabin for the same price per night we originally paid. We would definitely come back again.

The room and service was great totally worth the price. Will definitely go back again.

Good location for both Perisher and Thredbo. Reception staffs are nice and friendly. Mel was so helpful and providing useful information. Will definitely coming back.

Good place to stay for Snowy mountains. Great for caravan Park and renting cottage near lake jindayban. Big time gap between check in 3.00 pm and check out time. 10am.

Great park right on the shore of Lake Jindabyne and in just the right spot to give easy access to both sets of ski resorts. Stayed in a budget cabin without an ensuite, and it was close to the amenities, which were perfectly clean and above the usual standard.

Lovely location. Great amenities. Love the camp kitchen and lounge. Spotless toilets and showers. Also a sauna and spa amf hsmrs room.

Lovely place and great location, just 3mins drive from Jindabyne. Close to Jindabyne lake and have many activities to do. I stay in the standard cabin. The room was clean and have everything you need. Good Wi-Fi signal.

Overall it is a great place to stay with a family. Lots of activities to do however they all come with a price tag, to play a game of pool in the games room will cost $2 to turn on the hot tub $2. When you're paying 70 for a powered site or 180 for cabin I think it's a rip off!

Lovely place. Ideally to explore Mt. Kosciuszko via Summit Walk, starting from Charlotte Pass (36 km)
We had cabin 26a, it was very nice, clean, good condition, with a camper parking lot beside the cabin.
Pricing (5. — 7.4. ) 109 AUD per night, for 2 nights a 20% discount was given to us. :-D
Direct access to Jindabyne Lake.

A convenient place to stay, just a few minutes drive out of Jindabyne on the way to Kosciusko NP. Cabins are comfortable, but the smaller ones get cramped if you have lots of people with you. Great BBQ facilities, a decent Thai restaurant for dinner and a good café for breakfast, plus a service station, make this a good place to stay.

Stayed here a few times and the only downside is distance from town, otherwise tops! Get your supplies, settle in for the night and happy days. Will be staying here again in November.

Might be good for families but for young couples or elderly couples I would steer clear. Rat Bag kids everywhere! Noisey, swearing, riding bikes through your site.
Can’t relax. Parents no where to be seen.
Boat hire is a bit lacking… needs to be returned by 4pm? Far too early.

Loved it here, the bed was so comfy, spas, saunas, playgrounds so much more, the cabins were nice and warm with cooking supplies aswell, 100%going back.

Lovely location. Choose cabin carefully. Some been updated and are lovely, others in need of refurbishment. Items missing from our kitchen. Everything clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.

The park was very quite because off the off season butt it meant that the staff were flexible on check out. Facilities were good and were located half way between Thredbo and Perisher.

Reasonably priced static caravan accommodation. It’s perfect to stay when you’re at the snow. Biggest downside is the state of the amenities, it has such outdated kitchen and shower facilities. It’s mouldy and falling apart, but hey, the water is warm. The kettle is a cheap home brand piece of junk that takes about 10 minutes to boil 0.75l — you’re a camp site — get an instant hot water dispenser or at least a bigger / multiple ketteles!

We were welcomed by friendly and professional staff in what was a very busy Christmas holiday period. The park is family friendly and has a private beach on the lake with trees that offer shade all day. Facilities include hot showers, laundry with dryers, indoor and outdoor covered camp kitchens and bbq areas. Kids playground, jumping pillow, games room, TV room, fire place lounge area and more. They have unpowered sites under trees near the lake, powered sites on concrete slabs and cabins of various standards and sizes. The park is only a couple of minutes out of town and away from the noise of traffic and late night revelers. Trader Joes cafe offers great coffee, tasty breakfast and burger style food till 6pm in summer. (unsure of winter hours) there is also a Thai/Asian restaurant that we did not try. Thanks again to the wonderful front desk team at Discovery park Jindabyne.

There was something wrong with the pumps and they had a gas leakage during our stay, which resulted in the grill exploding, there was also no one to contact after hour. But if you just want to stay somewhere cheap and is not planning to cook then it's fine. But just sleep with the windows open.

Family friendly park right at the lake. Good amenities with spa, sauna and game room. Great park to stay if you want to go for tracking in NP, just 30min drive from Perisher or Thredbo.

Simple superb. We got very good deal for off season rates. The management was great. We liked the location, right at lake. Good for boating. The tennis court and spa was amazing. He suggested us to go to swing mountain which was good experience. We went to therdbo and snowy both. Therdbo is a unique place that one must visit. We had some good fun near snowy. It was great experience overall.

Can recommended the standard studio cabins, small compact cabins which have everything you need, clean and tidy with multiple heaters and electric blankets on the main bed (great for winter! ). No air-condition, just one small desk fan that's not really sufficient for summer unfortunately. Two spas and a sauna in the activities/amenities hub. Access to hire boats for the lake and I'd assume ski gear in the winter. Friendly staff at reception.

Staff were watm and welcoming. Everything was explained well and offered advice and information on the area. The amenities are good and the cabin really comfortable located within gorgeous surroundings. The only thing required to bring is clothes and food — although there is an onsite Cafe as well.

Excellent value for money Family friendly accommodation and excellent staff service. This is a great little venue where the rooms are warm and the amenities comparable to more expensive lodgings. Be sure to choose wisely if you prefer a room with ensuite or use of the communal bathrooms. Everything you need for a budget, good value holiday stay at Jindabyne, only 20 minutes from Thredbo Village.

Campsite was great. Close to Perisher and Jindabyne. Friendly with fantastic amenities.

FYI: seems all water here needs to be boiled before drinking, which isn't great for us as we planned on topping up our camper's water tank.

Camping at the Holiday Park for winter. Has a drying room, activities room, kitchen and laundry. Nice clean spacious facilities.

Great location, costs a fortune for camping when you're on your own in a hikers tent, I only stayed as I shared the site with another camper. However the bathrooms are heated which is a great change from other parks.

Very nice location for a park, in fact quite spectacular. The staff very friendly and helpful. We booked a budget cabin due cold and bad weather, and was not very clean. The cooking equipment had food still on it and the place looked like it had just brief housekeeping. The toilet block wasn't the cleanest but this may be due to the fact it was in school holidays and a pretty busy time. Still, good place to stay.

Awesome place to stay and very clean.

Our family are regular visitors to Jindabyne and to the snowy mountains. We have been going for over 12 years and this is the ONLY place we stay at. The larger cabins are in perfect condition and the view over the lake in the morning is gorgeous. We continue to stay here and wont be staying anywhere else anytime soon. I highly recommend a stay here.

Where do start I rang and booked a powered camp site was not informed these were unsuitable for camper trailers which I have as once this is set up there is no parking for your car, I emailed them and asked them for a shady spot to be told I was close to the amenties block which I replied I didnt care how far away from the amenties block I was all I ask for is shade, I was told this was not a problem and the lady I was talking to was going to find us the shadiest spot considering we booked and paid a month or so in advance. We arrived at approx 11am to check in and was directed to a beautiful (sarcasm) spot in the direct sunlight on a ants nest (our belongings ended up covered in ants) so we set up in the direct heat approx 2hrs coz it was so hot we had to keep stopping to cool down and have a drink. After 2 lovely weeks at the river breeze tourist park this was very much a let down and when I say the appeal was good it was on the internet they seem to not care about the tourists in summer after 2 nights in our camper we could no longer handle the heat so we transfered into cain for 2 nights expecting these to be much better I was once again disappointed there was dust every where spider webs and these are meant to be 4 star I dont think so and this was our first stop when we arrived and it has really dampened the appeal of the whole town dont rush there I hope there attitudes are better and there standards are better in the winter tourist season.

Great staff and cabins. Recommended.
