Big rooms and bathrooms. Pretty clear se to shops.

Highly recommended. From the moment we stepped into Reception & were greeted by a lovely lady (whose name I did not get, very remiss of me) to the moment we checked out by the same lovely lady we were 100% satisfied. Our room was clean & spacious and had everything we needed. 10/10!

Regularly travel to Sydney Hospital, stayed here last week, never again. Stain on carpet, smelled of carpet cleaning product. Sofa putrid. Stains on dining chair. Bed most uncomfortable, once you lay down you roll into the centre. I would have expected to have more towels so you could have shower night and morning during the heat wave. Air Conditioning most disappointing hardly worth having. Would have left if I was not in a lot of pain from surgery. Will never stay or recommend the place. Most disappointed what it offers for the price… shame.

Neat & tidy handy to town. A bit over priced.

The Posthouse Motor Lodge was a great night out. We went there in a group of 15 and they were very friendly and accommodating. Two entrances to every room and easy parking meant my girlfriend was very comfortable because she didn't have to go outside in the cold to get to the restaurant. All in all it's a nice place to get a good night's rest.

Overall an excellent motel. Large rooms, ground or first floor available, the latter with small balconies (though no chairs or tables on them). Rooms are practically spotless, as are the bathrooms, which are a decent size. Older building but extremely well maintained and appointed. Plenty of seating and table space in the rooms. Beds are very comfortable and all linen clean as new. Free cable channels (movies, sports, news, Fox8), free Internet Wi-Fi access (tested at 6meg down and 1.5meg up) and free off-street parking. Air-Conditioning and central heating available, both of which keep the rooms at the perfect temperature. The staff offer superb service and hospitality. They go well beyond helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Quality on-site restaurant, only let down by a lack of low-cost and light-meal options. Very short walk into the centre of town and many food outlets (plus pubs) are nearby. Large shopping mall only a couple of blocks along the main road (KMart, Coles, etc). Large bottle shop right next door. Downsides are few. There is no undercover parking. Half of the parking is open to the main street and it's a long haul from the parking to the upstairs rooms. There's no pool, even though some literature for the motel mentions one. Other than tea and coffee making, there are zero food preparation facilities provided in-room. The aspect ratio on the cable channels is wrong and the TVs are locked so you can't fix it.

Comfortable motel located reasonably close to town centre. The restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. We were going to head into town for meals as we didn't realise the restaurant was there. The meals were absolutely fantastic and the ambience was great. The motel is older style but it was clearly built with quality fittings of the time and has stood the test for years. For some reason the owner books out the back rooms first, which gives the impression that the place is empty. This can be a put off. If I don't see cars there at 7pm then I wonder why. Very good motel. We will be back for sure. Stay here and don't bother with Trappers, it's much overrated.
