Excellent accommodation, clean and spacious rooms, lovely balcony, helpful staff.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mudgee.

I am sock-less because this place truly knocked my socks off! Great location, lovely modern rooms in a refurbished classic building but the winner was the brilliant hospitality, from booking through to checking in with some complimentary free snacks in our room. Very wheelchair accessible & close to dozens of good restaurants. This is now my go to place in Mudgee.

Had a marvellous three nights at the Perry Street Hotel last week. The room was fantastic. The building is wonderful, so thoughtfully renovated. Loved all the art works and the amazing ceiling. All the small things made it perfect, especially the complementary snacks and the tea and coffee. Thank you for the wonderful bottle of bubbly to help us celebrate our anniversary. What was especially wonderful was how sensitive and thoughtful the COVID19 precautions are. We felt like we were in great, safe hands throughout our stay. In fact the whole of Mudgee should be commended for making tourists feel welcome but still safe during this pandemic. The city could learn a lot from you!

Spent a wonderful night at Perry Street Hotel. From the moment we were welcomed until the time we left Haylee was so very helpful. I had the best night sleep I have had in a long time, thanks to the amazingly comfortable bed. It is in a great location and an easy walk around the town. Great balcony where you can enjoy a coffee, relax and read. We definitely will be coming back. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Everything. The rooms are beautiful with lots of thoughtful extras. Luxury toileteries, amazing bed, our breakfast goodies were a bonus especially when they catered for my husband who is Coeliac. We loved relaxing on the verandah, especially when it turned cool and there were throws provided.

Firstly, before you even get into the carpark, watch the driveway! The gutter lead-in is steep and a normal Subaru Outback front bumper Will Scrape if you drive in "square on". Even "normal" height street cars may need to enter on-an-angle, "lowered" cars esp with long overhangs will not make it… Stayed in a Studio room, the hotel itself is an amazing conversion of a historic 2 storey building. If you're staying in a room on the 2nd floor, stand in the hallway and look up, and see how the new rooms strategically give-way to the original roof structure (architecture geeks ahoy! ;-) ). Room was great, better block-out window coverings than many hotels we've stayed in. Floor was the original planking, so expect some minor creaking as you move about the room. Downside? You may hear some creaking from adjacent rooms in the quiet of night. The reverse-cycle AC (warm and cool capable) was very effective in keeping us warm on a cold August night, but funnily enough when we wanted to cool the room slightly (had the AC up a little too high), the insulation was soo good the room stayed warm and did not "loose heat" the way we expected. Probably a good thing in winter, but just a heads-up… The bathroom was small but functional. Only issue for us was the "gentle rain" shower head, felt like you had to actually run-around to get wet.

Very good. Big room. Just found it a bit odd that when we departed at 8.50 am the Reception was still closed.

The rooms are fantastic and have a modern swing on a vintage grand building.

Poor service and house keeping. Manager Mark was exceptionally rude and not customer oriented. These questions come to mind.

Great hotel only a short walk from the town centre. I wasn’t expecting such a nice hotel for the rate but I’m used to the Sydney gouges. Only met Patrick (? ) on check-in and out and he was friendly, chatty and offered advice for the local area. They don’t have a restaurant and breakfast is in-room (provided) but you’ve fridge, toaster, cutlery and wares etc.

Booked in for 6 nights here in the junior spa suite. The room was decorated very nicely with a lovely mix of old traditional and modern stylings which mixed very well together. The staff were all very polite and very happy to help with any requests. The hotel is very well located and is only a short 5-10 minute walk to some very nice restaurants and bars. The room had a stove, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine with so you can easily grab a couple of things from the shops which are also within a short walk and eat in if you're so inclined. The junior spa suite we had came with it's own private balcony and a shower over a spa. The hotel has a shared balcony out the front with a couple of outdoor lounges and is a great spot for some quiet drinks or some cheese and biscuits. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay! Loved the little extras like complimentary snacks, Nespresso coffee machine & great little breakfast packs. We loved enjoying a glass of wine on the verandah. Staff were very friendly & helpful, even allowing us early access to our room. Would definitely stay again when next we visit Mudgee.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Cannot wait till we can stay again. The rooms are very well equipped and you can instantly feel the quality of the furnishings and linen etc. We didn't want to leave.

What can I say? Perfect in every way for our first visit Mudgee by finding this gem! All the little details — robes, delightful continental breakfast treats, T2 tea for tealovers (me! ) and a very clean, beautiful room stay with all the amenities (self contained kitchen was a bonus! ) we could ask for — perfect place for couples seeking downtime from the rat race. The main hotel balcony to relax with conversation and a glass of wine — loved it!

Love this place. They are always super welcoming, have great rooms that are comfortable, off street parking (some other hotels in town don't have this), free snacks and nice stroll to town.

Thoroughly recommend, worth the money. Staff are very accommodating, beds are great and it's all close to the Main Street.

We were recommended this hotel by some friends who stayed here last year — and it did not disappoint! The rooms are spacious and well appointed, there was even a T2 tea set next to the bed. The furniture and fittings looked brand new and in great taste. There is plenty of parking, and if you want to have a late night there is a side door that lets you in the hotel without waking other guests. Can't recommend this place enough!

From the start, your cars are put at risk. Either you park in the small parking lot which is only accessible by a steep driveway that even 4-wheel drives bottom out on, or you have to park on the street. It's next to a school, so it can get quite loud. The building itself is nice, and the rooms are okay.

An outstanding hotel with some great touches throughout! Beautiful rustic look from the exterior but very modern and clean rooms when you go inside. Did not expect something this luxurious in a small town!

Being in Mudgee for a few nights my partner and I had the choice between staying in a hotel in Mudgee, or in a bed and breakfast outside of town. I definitely made the right decision by staying at the de Russie Suites. The only reason anyone goes to Mudgee is for the wine. By staying in town rather than at a bed and breakfast, my partner and I were able to enjoy a glass (or two) of Mudgee's finest at one of the local restaurants and be within walking distance of our hotel (it's only a 10 minute walk from one side of Mudgee to the other, and the hotel was only a block or so over from the main street). Having paid for the second cheapest room — the "Junior Suite" — I was not expecting anything great. Wow, was I wrong. The room was beautiful, spacious, and I wanted to take the bathroom home with me. The only down side as far as the room went was the shower head, which was one of those frustrating raindrop systems — I like a shower to feel like I'm standing under a hydrogen bomb, but I understand that is not for everyone. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable and came with a selection of pillows already on the bed to choose from. There was also a choc-chip cookie on the bed, a coffee machine in the kitchen, and a very nice continental breakfast every morning. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and were a pleasure to talk to. Nothing was ever a drama.

Room biasce. Has tea & coffe marking, tv, haet. The share bathroom needs a clean, when I went for show at 10am there no hot weater!

Great mixed grill and awesome atmosphere didn't stay so don't no about rooms thanks guys.
