Great place to stay very clean.

Great villa, well appointed, clean, could not fault, good excuse to come back to Mudgee.

Booked the villa for 2 nights on the June long weekend for a girls soccer tournament, the country cup. There was a 2 night special through bookings com, so went ahead and made the reservation, only to receive a phone call the next day to say that there was a minimum 3 night stay at the property. Whilst that may seem reasonable, at $700 per night this was not feasible or part of our plan when we booked the advertised 2 night special. I was told that I would receive a phone call from the owner, however 2 days later I received a call from Bookings com to say my reservation had been cancelled. Whilst I can see that the motel has been conscious of making money over the long weekend, what they failed to realise is that the 4 girls that were to stay at the villa are part of a 12 girl soccer team and without them the team would no longer be able to play in the country cup, a competition that they at has required a significant effort by them to qualify, meaning that we have to forfeit the game. Which means that 8 other families now have to face loosing their deposits for their accommodation. Very disappointing. Particularly given that all accommodation in Mudgee is totally booked out as is nearby towns. The alternative offered by bookings is $1486 per night — let me just check if I've won the lotto. So im glad you've made your money for the weekend — keep up the good work.

Great location. Awesome place to stay that accommodates to all types, including kids! Loved it!

Should be higher than 4.7 rating as this accomodation is first class staying with NSW R/L in these villas and they are excellent, clean everything that you need for a great stay will recommend to everyone.

Great accommodation. Shame the back yards were not mowed and full of weeds.

The villas are nice enough. I've never seen a place with so many little steps however, really frustrating when you're in a wheelchair and promised it's completely flat inside.

I have stayed more than ten different occasions over the years and each time have never been disappointed. I've been with my husband or with friends many times. The units alway present in as new condition with clean comfortable amenities and all the comforts of home. You can get a taxi to your unit door or takeaway delivered to your door. Even vineyard tour will pick you up and drop you back. We often stay when on motorcycle holidays and it's great to have a secure undercover roomy garage for the bikes. Might have been going there ten years and the units are still like new. Thank you colonial court villa staff.

Good value, comfortable and clean accommodation option. Three bedroom villa a good option for family and group of friends for stay in Mudgee.

Nice little apartments with a single car garage. Each time we've visited they've been tidy and well kept. Electric blankets for winter and A/C for summer plus a kitchen you can actually cook in.

Sooo GOOOD! Beautiful apartments, extremely clean and had everything we needed. The lock boxes out the front meant we could arrive late and not have to worry about reception. Everything was really easy and the staff where super friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Mudgee.

Really enjoyed my stay at the colonial court villas last week. They are lovely clean villas in a good location from the town and local vineyards. Beautiful gardens and nice and quite. Mudgee is not cheap so there is great value in getting a villa for the family compared to a hotel.

Beautifully presented accommodation! A short 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops that Mudgee has to offer. The Villa has everything one would need for a great break away. BBQ and private back garden an added bonus. Would highly recommend a visit.
