Love the rooms great for me an my family, very welcoming.
This place is very simple; you get what you pay for. For $70 you get a room (very clean) with 7 lumpy uncomfortable beds, no sheets, and very little bathroom privacy with communal bathrooms and showers. It would be an okay stay if it was a last option, unfortunately last night, it wasn’t.

We had to get moved from our first room due to uncleanliness and nothing working. We thought we had scored a good deal with an extra night and room upgrade. We were wrong! Staff here are very unresponsive, the whole property is substandard our in room shower had no cold water so we had to use communal showers even though we paid for privacy! The communal block was not clean and showers took 2 min to get hot water. Nothing was as advertised grass area ridden with prickles BBQs did not work, playground advertised does not exist no puzzles no board games as advertised. Issues we came across 1st cabin- Had to clean shower before use Dishes put back dirty Floor disgusting Pillows yellowed and stained Dust pan desintergrated making more mess 2nd cabin- Bathroom not very clean shower head broken and disgusting Around sink in room grimey and dirty Bed uncomfy squeaky and noisey No cold water in shower Overall staff were unresponsive ut took 12 hours for a response after several calls, no answer at reception messages via website and a few emails. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. 0/10 would not recommend.
