Not bad but bigger TV sets in this day and age.

The place is simple, but very tidy and clean. Totally worth the price.

It's decent enough — clean, functional, not fancy, CHEAP — you'd have a hard time finding a room for 3 adults so close to Byron Bay for 130$

You have to go to another location to book in. Rooms are below basic standard. My laptop was bigger than the TV. No parking, had to park out on the main street. The club next door played loud music most of the evening. Expected more, especially at $135 per night.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Well priced and conveniently located.

Room not the cleanest. Air-conditioning unit moldy. Customer service poor. No 'complaint handling' procedures in place. Very unprofessional. Pricing would be acceptable IF the rooms were clean and updated. Would not recommend staying here unless there are some major changes.

Haloumi fritters are recommended. Very nice.

Nice friendly staff. Good quality food at reasonable fare.

Bit on the pricey side I personally usually go down to the middle pub with its $15 meals. But I will say that this pub defiantly has more of a family feel! Great for a family meal.

Oh dear… just when we thought this was the "friendliest little motel in mullum"… (if not the most flash) … but it has changed management unfortunately. When we went to book this time it was not only very difficult to make phone contact with motel management prior to website booking… but we found even after finally making a phone booking that no one seemed able to CONFIRM the booking (with our CCard deets given). When I did finally get contact after several email attempts… our original booking was confirmed at first but then "some other management person" (ironically with the surname "Lawless"). Replied. At first confirming but then reneged on the agreed booking. Stating some "vague policy" reason (a policy we had never sighted). Rather he just argued the policy point then accused me of "impolite" emails… huh? very disappointing "service'. No customer goodwill to be found here. Beware and get everything in writing when dealing with the MULLUM MOTEL. We were NOT prepared for this as our last stay was friendly and quite professional… if not hassle free (beware hot showers with NO hot water! ) … or TV's that do not work. This can be not only inconvenient but down right shabby treatment of "guests".

Excellent food, especially the mousse au chocolat with raspberries was divine. Very friendly service!

A great local pub. Good food and a growing selection of craft beer on tap. Best bottle shop in the area too with knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's our go to pub for meetings as well. Free Wifi.
