They need to put in block out cutains on windows. I stayed there for a week and couldn't sleep as to much light comes in room from out door lighting.

Room was filthy lady at front desk very helpful changed our dirty pillows for clean ones etc.

Stayed 23/6/2018, very disappointed, firstly the price $130 per night did not reflect the quality of room, Carpet stained, room smelt mouldy and the towels were not cleaned properly (need bleaching). Could not recommend this Accommodation to anyone.

Despite having a restaurant attached; their company policy is that you are unable to order your meals from your room. It must be done in person in the restaurant downstairs which was inconvenient. No milk was supplied or offered for tea and coffee. The shower in my room was also the smallest I have seen, mould stained and leaked.

Room was terrible, smelt like wet Dog or dirty feet. Staff are ok, but wouldnt recommend, over priced and poor quality.

Central to everything, rooms are comfortable.

Internet is useless unless at front rooms, made a enquiry at front office their answer is it works in the office, so it must be a weak signal in your room. No shit Sherlock. Management allowed Street party in parking area to go on to 3 am Friday night sorry Saturday morning. Parking is atrocious. Bays are too small and not enough. Intercom at office didn't work, towel rail fell off wall.

Room was big. Had to park on the street as no spaces available. Got the key and no instructions given to find room. Had to wait at checkout as phone calls came first. Expensive. GC rooms nicer for same price.

Paid top price for a room and got 208. Open the door and the stink was unbearable! Asked for a new room and got another room without the stink, but the walls are cracked, air conditioner control remote doesn't work, water in the fridge is $2, 50 each! Wireless is not working! This place needs a refurbish and it's getting too old obviously! Will not stay again unless extremely necessary. Paid the same money before at the best accommodation in town. The newest and cleanest In town… tonight they didn't have a room left.

Pleasantly surprised. Stayed on level 3 and my room was very large, clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great and food was great from Grill. Would stay again when travelling with work.

Spacious rooms. Bathrooms were nice. Clean and comfortable. The lady at check-in was lovely. Would stay here again.

Considering the price, it was good. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was good value.

Horrible service from management.

Been working here in Lismore for over a week have spent about 7 nights here great staff awesome food at the Grill. Stuffed up brekky a couple of times but overall it was a pleasure will be back even if it's just to take the misses to the restaurant.

Very comfortable bed and good size room. Nice stay.

Last motel available stayed in room 225 was big and over looked the shopping center. Fantastic pizza across road would highly recommend.
The bed was uncomfortable, the plastic chair on the balcony broke when sat on and the door had to slam to close. But all in all location was great and suited us for 1 night at $115.00…

Disgusting! Stayed there with three small children and was put in a room at the back of the hotel, people were drinking and screaming in the street outside our room and the screen and glass door in the children's room wouldn't lock. Called reception and a girl who was very nice came and looked and unfortunantly couldn't move us as they were full. It was ten o clock at this stage and we had been out for dinner so couldn't go anywhere we were offered a discount. In the mornin…g the "manager" told us we couldn't have a discount as we booked on line and we could have a free coffee. She was didn't really care and thought it was fine that there was a chain that could lock the doors that you could put your hand through. The room itself had enough room especially for the price, however the floor was dirty and so were the walls the fact that the doors wouldn't lock and the managers not caring attitude made this the worst place I have ever stayed and I would not recommend, we won't be staying here again.

Really good inn and the beds were amazing!

Extremely dirty, Complained to receptionist but she was at desk by herself so couldnt help us. Yellow slime all through fridge, hairs and crumbs in all kitchen drawers, sauce spilt down front of all kitchen cupboards. Mould in bathroom sink and shower. Very disappointed, no sorry or apology when we checked out.
