I was so excited to have a night away with my girlfriend. Left bub at home with my partner and thought this would be a great little getaway.
The toilet seat was falling off, the room smelt like pasta bake, the heating didn’t work properly and made creeking noises, they put us in a room on the main road and there was night road works all night. Our veranda faced the driveway and had a truck come in at 5.30am making so much noise waking us again from the little sleep we did manage to get. Our button for the garage didn’t work to get our car out. You couldn’t pay me to come back. The property looks noting like the pictures, it’s right on the train line and the only grass is between the buildings.
I get a better night sleep at home with teething 11 month old baby.

Honestly had such an amazing time staying here. The team really helped make my expierience special. Including following my quirky requests. I give this place 5stars. We stayed in the loft apartment. Really clean and spacious. Loved the reverse aircon and spa bath. Thanks again to Danielle at reception and Jason for organising the HOFF.

Cleanliness was non existent. Horrified at the sight of the oven. Somebody’s else’s washing in the laundry and wasn’t removed even after we advised them. Still there on our third day.
No frypan and when delivered from office was so greasy we had to scrub it before we cooked.
Dishwasher not working!
Could be so nice if it was maintained.

The 1st picture shows what the website promises and the 2nd picture is what you actually get. When you question it and tell them it is false advertising they hang up on you. Very poor service and very poor rooms.

Booked for three nights stayed only two the studio room was clean and tidy, unfortunately the bed was two single beds combined with both mattresses having seen better days. The centre of the two beds created a ridge that make the bed even more uncomfortable.

Right across rd from Leura train station. Right near the shops. Very handy.

Easy to find, great location. Pretty much what you pay for so the rooms are basic but comfortable, at least the bath is a nice deep spa haha.

A comfortable apartment close to Railway station! Hop on Hop off bus over the road too! It’s been a fabulous getaway!

Have been staying here nearly 12 months for work excellent accommodation very helpful staff.

Really noisy, you can here everything from the street or others rooms. Bathroom reakku cold. The price of the Wi-Fi is a robbery, I never seen that. Bad value for money Never again : (

We didnt get the room we were suppose to we had two and a bit flights of stairs with the other person I went with having a physical disability and when we mentioned it there was no offer of a room on the floor below they did however offer us a discount when we booked there again and the beds wernt that comfy either good facilities though and close to attractions.

Clean and comfortable but bathrooms need ventilators. Wi-Fi is very limited at 500MB. Additional bandwidth too expensive considering other hotels/motels offer it for free. Also, no eating facilities but cafes and restos all nearby.

Apartments not too bad but if you are at the back you will be bothered by road, rail and currently building work noise. Apartments well equipped with laundry room etc. A little tired and well used though but then they are not expensive. You will be lucky to get a room overlooking the garden; views in other rooms are non existent. Bit tatty in the car park area too. A swimming pool would be a big plus but there is a splendid one in Katoomba.

Nice rooms, easy parking and walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. Katoomba only 10 mins up the road. Great location.

Nice place to stay in Leura. Very close to shops and attractions.

Very spacious however 250mb allowance per day is poor when u have teenagers. In this day and age w business people working in hotels ect a business should have u limited, just include it in the price. Not to memtion I called for password which went to an after hours call centre and they didnt know it so the 250mb went begging! Other than that shit curtains but not other completes.

Balcony door handle broken, toilet roll stand broken, TV trolley cabinet door broken, don't know why they do not get rid of the wooden log heater kept at the corner as it was not working. Giving one star as was close to shops and Leura Mall. Sorry but am not coming again.

Nice rooms with good amenities but the noise from the train will keep you up at night.

Large room with big balcony, spa bath and most amenities. Fake fireplaces an odd decorative choice. Kitchen was missing a cabinet door but otherwise clean and reasonable.

Great location but a lot is left desired regarding the amenities. Dirty towels, mould in bathroom, unclean glassware and the Foxtel doesn't work because they didn't pay the bill. The heaters work so that's a plus. Perfect for an overnight stay, but that's about it.

Periodic cleaning was not up to scratch. The kitchen area was filthy. Fridge was unclean. Stained carpet. Walls dirty. Cupboard doors falling off or missing entirely. Range-hood greasy. Curtains and blinds filthy. Our particular apartment was generally run down to below a reasonable acceptable minimum standard. Couldn't recommend this place because of this. That said, bed linen was clean. Location was great.

Great locattion but bad service. Rooms not made, family of four with two towels, several requests made to reception, internet kept dropping out, all in all very bad housekeeping sadly@@ disappointing@@

Clean and close to centre of town. Room had a queen bed with large bathroom and shower with basic tea making facilities and microwave. Area was reasonably quiet at night. Child cot provided but buildings and grounds not very pram friendly. Steps everywhere and you're forced to enter and exit via the driveway. Shared laundry but no plugs for trough.

Great location, just meters away from the Leura Mall. The room was clean, modern and spacious. We also enjoyed free internet and free parking. Hotel staff was also quite friendly.

Service apartments, with great design and setting. Located just 1 min walk from Leura mall. Friendly staff and privacy that you need.

I stayed here once, five or more years ago. It's a nice enough hotel and I enjoyed it enough that I'd certainly like to return. My biggest mistake was in giving them real personal details. They've sold my personal information to other hotels in the same group and they keep keep keep calling me trying to sell stays at other hotels. By all means go ahead and stay at this hotel, it's a nice place, but give them a fake phone number and home address if you do.

Great central location in Leura. Walk to Cafes, Restaurants etc. 1 Bedroom apartment roomy, clean and comfortable. (pick in the middle to lessen noise of trains. ).

We stayed in a one bedroom units and although the balcony overlooked the Great Western Highway noise was not a problem. The kitchen area was well stocked even with a dish washer. The staff on check in where business like without being friendly. Good location next the the train station for those traveling by public transport. Value for money.

I ended up paying $108 a night for a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom with a spa bath and two balconys. The location was great. It was only a short scenic drive to the lookout points, Katoomba and Scenic World. The only issue was some old food left in the fridge, other than that I have no complaints.

Amazing location dead center of Leura. Within 1 block walk you have the train station, Hana Japanese Restaurant, and the beautiful main Leura Mall shopping strip. Also very nice bush walks and mountain views within easy walking distance. The rooms a very big, well equipped (foxtel, central heating, nice big kitchen, laundry, etc) and most the units have balconies overlooking the interior gardens.

Even though this place is advertised as being a hotel, it's actually a series of apartment buildings, with a mixture of owner-occupiers, long term rentals and guests. Reception is in a separate building. Pictures of the 1 — and 2-bedroom apartments look great, I stayed in a "studio" which just means a single room with an ensuite bathroom. There was nowhere comfortable to sit down — just a small table with a couple of dining chairs. Furniture was very basic, and TV was small with only an analogue signal. Kitchen was just a sink and small bench — unlike one of the actual apartments with a proper kitchen, there's no way anyone could cook a meal in one of the studio rooms. Bathroom very spacious and bright. There are none of the facilities that you might expect at a hotel, it's basically just a place to treat as your own home for your stay.
