I would never stay at this hotel again.
The room is smelly and facilities are old.
As the room was smelly that I turned off the air condition. However, I wake up at 3:00am because of the hotness in summer. And I saw there was a cockroach in my bed. It probably came from the air condition.
I am extremely afraid of inspects. And it was at the mid night, no one was at the reception.
I could only wait at the reception downstairs to wait until someone could save me.
When it was 6:00am, the receptionist came and helped me to tidy the room. He also gave a new room for me to tidy up myself.
Fortunately it was only one night.

Great place to stay. Good rooms, great service. Just need microwaves in rooms.

Can't recommend enough. Beautiful contemporary decor, super clean and really friendly warm staff. The rooftop pool is stunning — the view is worth the visit alone, but also the actual pool, warm and infinity-like. This morning we woke up to people washing the stairs and cleaning the glass around the pool. The rooms are lovely (we had a room with a gorgeous bathroom and a copper bath). The bed linen is simple beautiful Mexican cotton. We could stay a week in this place!

Every time I stay the room is tidy, the bed is firm, except once bed was very soft, Judy was very welcoming and every time I ring to make a booking, Judy Knowles who is on the phone without asking.

Absolutely loved the comfy king bed and pillows and everything. Nice smell in the room too, clean and fresh. Bathroom nicely kitted out and the little kitchenette. Air con worked well to cool the room. I’d re-book.

Location was great, the room was spotless, great value for money, air con great for such a hot day/night. I didn't travel far to stay here as we were attending a concert locally. Booked through Booking. Com and had to message the Hotel with a swift response in regards to a possible early check-in. Hotel messaged me the day before to confirm etc, I called to double check for an early check, if not, could we leave our bags? The reception was extremely helpful and advised would do their best. On arrival, we could check in early, and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again for sure. Keep the place clean and the value the same and return customers for sure. Hotel Gloria we will utilize your comfy bed again.

I stayed 2 nights for business. The rooms were clean and bed very comfortable, the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming. Well located (i. E. Shopping centre in walking distance, right off motorway) and double glass doors meant no noise at all from outside. Underground parking was great as well.

Bed was comfy and I had a good night's sleep. Receptionist was efficient and sweet. However, I was greeted by a large cockroach on the desk the moment I stepped into my room. Thankfully, I called the after hours phone and a lovely gentleman turned up within 2 minutes with a can of bug spray and got rid of the roach for me. Check out was easy with a key drop-off system before the receptionist arrived.

This hotel was very good, in a good location and accessible to our needs. Enjoyed our 3 days here, would stay here again if we visit Queensland again. First time staying in this area.

Mixed feelings about my stay here.
Positives were the underground car park, reception staff seemed helpful and I had a comfortable bed.
However for an 11 day stay I had no microwave in the room which made life very hard after long work days.
Room service was pretty hit and miss across the board.
One day (mid stay) they finally took my towels away and swapped them for clean ones…but didn’t bother to making the bed that day.
Also took away my tea towels the same day they replaced the towels but didn’t replace those.
I had to ask a lady down in the car park storage cupboard for some tea towels.
My bed sheets were never changed during my long stay.
Having a balcony was great but I had to ask reception to have it unlocked so I could access it. But then drag chairs from inside the room out to balcony to sit on.
The floor I was on was incredibly noisy.
On one night someone banged on or hit my door…so hard very early in the morning it woke me.
Overall it’s a convenient location with nice staff but without a microwave it was difficult and awkward after long working days.
Room service/cleaners need to take better care of long term stay customers.

Room service barely did anything for our last night there, just pulled sheets up and took rubbish. No good views, no table or chairs on balcony. No microwave.

Another impressive stay at Hotel Gloria. Booked in for 11 days confident from last stay earlier in year. Had usually stayed at nearby competitor but first stay has changed my mind permanently. Parking a breeze with convenient lift access. Rooms clean and fresh — daily service is a winner. Staff very accommodating. BIG shout out to Judy who had to deal with changing booking requirements at short notice and was able to manage these changes with ease. Much appreciated Hotel Gloria… see you again soon.

Very upmarket for the price! Excellent cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast options were very disappointing. But the pleasant and efficient staff were a delight.

Only had cold food options for breakfast. No toaster or microwave in room. Restaurant was closed for renovations.
It was a 3 min walk around the corner to an Asian restaurant where you could book meals to your room at hotel.

The front counter staff are absolutely exceptional. When I checked in I asked if a trolley was available for my luggage with the answer being Yes. I parked my car and low and behold, they brought the trolley to my car. The rooms are spotlessly clean with great facilities and a comfortable bed. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel and very clean and quiet hotel will stay again. Conveniently located close to some nice restaurants and fast food within a short drive for dinner and you can order food from the menu including breakfast. Positive experience with helpful staff.
