Great location, walking distance to the lake and some great restaurants. Parking spots are too small for large cars.

Nice polite service. Nice well kept rooms.

Looks daggy on the outside although it is good on the inside. Good service. It was my grandmothers birthday so they brought her flowers and recommend restaurants. They have a heated and out door pool.

Quiet and clean. Close to Kingston's great food places.

The apartment was clean except for 1 empty stubby left on the balcony table. Well appointed with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A short walk to an extensive range of restaurants.

Great apartment. Comfortable and mostly clean in general but relies on guests washing dishes and utensils and many were greasy or dirty. Great location. Great shops and restaurants nearby.

Our stay at Medina Serviced Apartments was brilliant. The bedrooms had lots of space, so I could put all our bags in my room. The bathroom was very modern and new and it was also very clean. We liked the privacy as there was a big brick wall between all the apartments. The reception gave us complimentary Wi-Fi. The staff were welcoming and they explained everything throughly. The indoor pool was really nice and so was the spa.

Only good thing was had 2 bedrooms but noisy traffic all night, people sitting on balcony all night talking quite loud and people walking on balcony is noisy. Sounded like people above us were moving furniture all night so not a good sleep after travelling a long distance. Pool is very small but has facilities for bbq which we didnt know. Wouldn't stay here again.

Top notch. Indoor pool, outdoor pool. 2br apartment we stayed in had king beds, renovated kitchen and bathroom. Great quiet outlook. We'll be back.

Decent, handy spot, staff are helpful and price is okay.

Decent place. Stayed in a two room apartment that was quite large. TV's are small with poor reception on the cable channels. Lounge room only has a sheer curtain and it felt like the people walking past might be able to see in at night.

Very clean unit staff were friendly and close to public transport and restaurants. Great place to visit and stay.

The room temperature setting is a bit off, so it gets pretty cold. Other than that I found the unit is looking modern, clean and tidy. I enjoyed the vintage exterior setting. Great for family (who can cook).

Friendly staff and renovated recently but the heating system is not the equal of a Canberra Winter (or even a Canberra Spring).

Nice old place wel managed no centralized ac and only drawing room has a split ac you freezebin the rooms in winters.

Tired, needs a revamp aircon is so loud you can't hear the TV, lift from third floor intermittent, the other Medina in Canberra is better I think. Good luck finding the poorly sign posted reception.

Very very clean, free 24hr Wi-Fi. Pub, bottle shop, club and servo across the road. Price wise not much different to a hotel but so much mor space. Shower screen in bathroom isn't big enough, flooded bathroom haha.

Great rooms, all that you need. But did need to hire DVD player at minimal charge for the stay. Very central to everything. Would definitely come back.

Medina is well located between Kingston and Manuka, walking distance to both. The apartment we stayed at was clean and recently renovated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the limited Wi-Fi availability. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This is my 2nd time staying here clean friendly very central to all of Canberra's major attractions and u can walk to dinner.

Never been here before. Just something work has kindly provided while I find something more permanent. Relatively quiet apart from access to an outdoor pool and bbq facilities. I was rather optimistic at first but I am actually quite impressed with the serviced apartment. With a private courtyard at the front and a small one at the back… well sort of. It's very homely. The only things that I'm not overly fond of is the lights. Normally you flip the switch and you'd expect the lights to come on immediately if not a few seconds. Nope, you have to wait at least 10 seconds or more to have them flicker to life. The second that I don't like is that some power points don't seem to have enough power delivered to them which is odd? The bedroom table lamps where the power sockets lay bare are unfortunately bad for charging anything. Had to try the lounge area so I could charge my smartphone on fast charge as well as my other electronic devices. Apart from that the amenities and decor are reasonable although it could really do with a slight upgrade with LED lights, power sockets look dated and some power switches don't work. The only other notation is that the bathroom especially using it as a shower is dismal. There is a clear pane of glass situated to separate between the toilet and the edge of a small section of the bathtub.

Nice clean apartment close to all we needed for our three night stay visiting family walking distance to the lake, eateries and supermarket would stay again.

Old, dirty, very cold and overpriced. Got here on Saturday and found the 2bed apartment quite dirty. We even found a dirty sock on the floor close to the bed. Cutlery and everything in the kitchen needed a wash. The heater wasn't working and when I asked to get a portable one they told me other people asked first so I couldn't get one! Not recommended especially for families with small kids, getting anywhere is near to impossible if you have a pram/stroller. Never again. They ruined our vacation because we couldn't spend time in the apartment for how disgusting it was.

It's clean, comfortable and close to some great food and drink venues in Kingston. Great place to base your Canberra exploration.

Good value for money. Always try to stay here when I'm in Canberra. Close enough to the action without the $$$. Not top star but more than liveable. Bathrooms are a little dated. Try to get a room away from Giles St as I find traffic noise can wake you in the night.

Had a great two-night stay. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean and functional. The service was excellent. Our 10-year old wrote a note to housekeeping "complaining" there wasn't any chocolate biscuits like the last hotel we stayed in. We returned and were amazed to find a box of Belgian chocolate biscuits with the note. Thanks guys. It's the small things that count.

Not very clean at all cobwebs everywhere, bathroom is covered in mould vents look like they haven't been cleaned ever, bottom of bath tub wasn't even wiped over before we booked in, Not appropriate for young children eispecially when you have to try and manoeuvre a pram up and down stairs on a small walk way! I will never stay here again as it was a terrible experience!

I walked into the tiny reception, gathered my keys and walked up to my room. I was straight away very satisfyed with what I saw. These are serviced apartments and NOT hotel rooms. Basically everything you need to live is there. Cooking utensils and apparutuses were FULLY catered for, I cooked up a curry that a young indian woman taught me on my travels to Mumbai in this very apartment room. How was I to know what lie ahead in my life, I surely didn't, but I was blissfully unaware of any problems in my life while at this establishment. The 2 pools, the spa, the sauna, being close to everything that Kingston and Manuka offered was heaven of the highest order for my heart that at the time was filled with a romantic vision of the nations capital. That romantic vision was not tarnished when I was at Medina. The staff were fantastic. So nice, any of my hedonistic whims was catered too both in a timely and friendly manner. There was one occasion where my television for some reason ceased to work. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to travel to the Medina in the Civic (Canberra's CBD) to get me another television and assured me that this was no problem.
