Beautiful grounds, excellent service.

I absolutely love the Boardwalk Hotel. It is so thoughtfully and stylishly decorated and also cared for…. The casitas are lovely and the outdoor spaces are to die for. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels and this place is on the top of my list, without the “luxury” prices. It really set the tone for our vacation in Aruba…a little piece of paradise.

If you want the full Aruban experience, you have to stay at this hotel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the complex feels like you are walking through a jungle. All the staff have been more than helpful and the cleaning ladies do a fantastic job in your room. This romantic spot is one you don’t want to miss out on. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we fell more in love just being here together. Great location and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

Unique and beautiful boutique/small hotel in a lush tropical garden (even though Aruba is basically a dessert island) wonderful front desk staff, lots of perks for guests. Very comfortable, generously sized suites!

When we think about the vacations we have spent as a family over the years, our vote ALWAYS goes back to Aruba being our favorite because of Boardwalk Hotel. It was such an easy, relaxing experience, from check-in to the grounds and amenities offered. Our kids beg us to go back each year, which after quarantine, it does not sound like a bad idea!

Incredible place! Beautiful and stylish, yet it gives you a homey feeling. It's like having a vacation in your dream home. Quiet, relaxing, nice pool, close to the beach and restaurants. Everything you need!

Hidden gem
The purpose for my trip was both business and personal. The experience at The Boardwalk Boutique Hotel was wonderful. My experiences there were great as they allowed me to relax and enjoy everything. I was able to forget about the business part of my trip until I actually had to deal with that aspect. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

What a fantastic place! Beautiful feng shui… relaxing, peaceful, positive island vibe. Having our own private casita was fabulous. Everything was so very clean, and there were so many little details that made our stay so special. It was obvious that the owners and staff take great pride in their hotel, and really go the extra mile for their guests. The manicured grounds were beautifully landscaped and designed… also spotless and with so much attention to detail… palm trees and tropical flowers everywhere. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

Very cozy hotel. The staff were friendly and made a real effort to make the stay a good experience. The complimentary snorkeling equipment (for the duration of our stay) was a great touch. This hotel offered an excellent value without feeling like a budget option. Highly recommended.

A place full of charm, our casita was spacious and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice place to kick your feet up. Hammock on the porch. Pool on the property and access to great beaches across street. Front desk was soooo helpful. Love having a place like this to call gone for a week. I can't wait to come back and spend some more quality time in beautiful Aruba with the BLUE WATERS. THANKS for the hospitality.

Great informal small hotel.

What a great hotel. Very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of bigger hotels. Very nice and helpful staff. We went for our honeymoon. We got breakfast for two morning's it was awesome. Wish we would have done it for the whole 7 days. I would highly recommend this hotel…

I cannot rave about this hotel enough. So relaxing and peaceful… it was like we had the whole place to ourselves even though there were plenty of other families staying there! Close to the beach. Very accommodating and helpful staff. When we come back to Aruba, we are definitely staying here again!

When looking for a hotel, we were looking for something secluded and away from the larger 400+ room hotels. Boardwalk Small Hotel fit this perfectly. We stayed in Casita which was a 1 bedroom. Pros: *Kitchenette was well-equipped (fridge, stovetop (no oven), utensils, plates, cups, etc. Coffeemaker, blender, toaster and microwave). *Bedroom bed was comfortable, pillows were a little too big but we dealt with it. We had 2 extra roll-aways for the kids, which they liked and were comfortable. *Bathroom was modern, liked that the sink was out of the actual bathroom so we could use it while others were in the shower/using toilet. *Outdoor space was very private, nice hammock and enough seating for the 4 of us. We used the BBQ a few times, which was great. Just wished we had an overhead fan similar to other Casitas. *The staff was amazing, the ladies were in and out quickly and they did a great job. Office staff is super friendly and helpful. *Thursday's they have a happy hour with a rum punch — we met the owner and chatted, which was really nice. Cons: *To save on energy, the HVAC unit in the bedroom turns off whenever the door is opened. We were leery since we had 2 kids sleeping in the main living room area and didn't want to shut the door. This caused the room to be really hot. Also if you got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, the AC would turn off — if you forgot about the AC turning off, the room got hot very quickly.

Melrose Place in Paradise! Private apartments around a pool with your own decks, hammocks, BBQs, kitchens — this is a great place for those seeking tranquility and privacy. Our outside area was visited by cats, iguanas and a large crab. The most dangerous creatures were the mosquitoes! Short walk to the beach between the Marriott and the Ritz, or pack your car and explore the small island. You won't regret it!

The Boardwalk hotel went above and beyond to provide an amazing, relaxing home away from home. From the breakfast served at our private patio to the recommendations for activities and restaurants to the comfy beds and Aruba aloe products in the bathroom, they exceeded our expectations. The staff was so kind and accomadating. My new favorite place in Aruba!

This was a great experience for myself and my family. From the front desk staff who greeted us and helped us, to the cleaners, everyone was friendly and efficient. Alice was on the front desk when we got there and started our trip off right. Friendly and knowledgeable. The air conditioning worked great and was a blessing for this Canadian struggling with the heat. The rooms gave you an instant feeling of being on vacation. Beautifully appointed and very clean. Kids loved sitting on the deck and the hammock was their favorite. Little lizards in the garden kept their excitement level high. I could not imagine a better base of operations from which to explore this beautiful island.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The design of the rooms allows for maximum privacy and give you the feeling of having your own private home. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is really great! It of a quiet and relaxed place with "casitas" kinds of small houses with terraces. We were there for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our trip. The small pool is nice, as well as gardens that are particularly cool. Staff is also very friendly and provides advice very much appreciated on the surrounding area. Because of a booking problem, the receptionist took us another much larger room, which was amazing! We also enjoyed the choice of breakfasts on the terrace. Access to the hotel by car is advisable, even if it is quite possible to travel by bus from the hotel. The beach 5 minutes walk is beautiful. I highly recommend!

I was alone in this magic island. So Boardwalk Hotel was terrific. When I arrived at Boardwalk, I fel in my home. Since you arrive to your casita you feel indulgence. The personalized attention is exceptional and makes you feel better.
