Highly recommended for family getaways!

We had lovely rest with whole family in a clean, calm hotel. Staff members are very friendly, helpful and kind.
Rooms, swimming pools and all hotel areas were clean. Always was nice and calm music.
Food was tasty. Kids room was well equipped for all ages.
We thank all the staff for organizing such a beautiful vacation for us.

Only for one day stay there … The place is nice, the standart room is cosy and clean, front staff manager is very responsive … do not like dinner dishes, noise from bar in the meeting room … cocktail is perfect, brownie and pahklava definitely need to be improved!

Ararat Resort is perfect place to stay in Tsaghkadzor. It’s modern and cozy. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent. The hotel has nice swimming pool and kid’s room with interesting attractions.

Neat and clean, silent location, friendly, pleasant and English speaking staff. Perfect place to stay with family and kids. Mr. Rubik is Very cooperative and helpful staff, can guide well and make you feel very comfortable. Authentic Armenian cuisine, excellent meal and breakfast. Little far from Tsakhadzor and no shopping or local restaurants in close vicinity.

Great place to stay in the Tsaghkadzor mountains. Excellent service, spacious and clean rooms, a good spread for breakfast and dinner and well maintained amenities. The staff doesn't speak too much English except Rubik, a staff member of the hotel. He was really helpful and friendly, made it a point to learn our names, also gave us a hand-written guide to a few of the places around :) Definitely worth a visit!

Muslims are hated. We are not allowed do wear dresses in swimming pool even if it's swimwear. We are obliged to go without it. Hotel staff's attitude is also bad. A huge waste of time. Higly not recommended.

The hotel does not match 5 stars, I do not know who is intended, I'm sure, bought) ) ) Service 0! The food is — 0! Visitors do not behave appropriately! Staff does not pay any attention to it! The horror! Avoid the full!

The kitchen was so good :) the service of all manager was better even then european hotel. If I just give advice it will be good if you have more animation the evening with musicians. If you are a person who values comfort and good service, you surely need to be in this hotel! The cleanness, the food, the service, the location everything is up to high here. I spent my best days enjoying Tsaghkadzor's beauty in this incredible hotel.

Poor management. They are largely unable to manage groups, have difficulties with guest checkout. Can not calculate availability of food for guests, mix rooms, send guests to already occupied rooms. Don't recommend for seminars trainings and conferences.

Fabulous place, look no further if you're going to have a rest with smaller children. They have amazing playroom, excellent pool. Stuff is bit untrained, but I think they will improve it as hotel is pretty new.

The best place in Tsaghkadzor. They do everything for their guests. Very comfortable beds. So everything is perfect!

Stayed at the hotel from 4 to 8 February. The hotel is new, clean, staff helpful, took good. The children were delighted with the games room and pool. Breakfast is good, dinner great, worth 5000. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and hope to return.

Great hotel, location is good, Shuttle to the ski lift station every hour. The staff is friendly and ready to help on every issue. Got a treat for his birthday, it was very nice. Back again in the summer. Recommend!

The best place to enjoy nature and comfort. The ambiance and decor are excellent. Excellent service, very polite staff, amazing facilities. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. From your room, you can enjoy the gorgeous mountain view. One more important advantage transfer to the ropeway every hour. Looking forward to going back again.

It seems to mean a decent hotel. But if you stay revealed a strange shoals: 1. Bed linen, scrubbing the body. I advise you to only sleep in pajamas well, you know, take care of your knees ;) after the first night, burned the whole body and protruding parts, especially the knees. 2. Bathroom floor not heated.
