Hotels in Geharkunik region with Parking

We've spent either winter time, or summer time in this hotel. It is one of the best places in Armenia to have a nice rest, feel cozy and enjoy Sevan's perfect sunsets.

I stay at this hotel every summer and always enjoy my time here. I love everything about it — the atmosphere, the pool, the delicious food, and above all, the stunning views.

We had such a wonderful stay at Comuna Sevan! The amenities were very modern, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I celebrated my birthday at Comuna Sevan with my friends, and everything was perfect!

We stayed here on our way back to Yerevan. The owners Garik and Lena are very friendly and helpful. Garik built part of the place himself and the rooms are very clean, comfortable and cosy.

Super new resort, the location is great directly on Lake Sevan.

Very quite, comfortable and clean place, pet friendly, would recommend to everyone who loves the beach of Sevan Lake, but also enjoys privacy.

Feeling like at home! Great hospitality! We arrived (unexpectedly with no reservation) late in the evening of Easter and they came to welcome us and prepared a great dinner!

Early July 2022 we wanted to climb Azhdahak (the third highest mountain of Armenia) from the remote village of Tsaghkashen.

I went there to try windsurfing. Everyone was nice and friendly. Staff was super helpful. Really chill place!

An amazing and Beautiful Place.
Lot of activities. Food is very home made. Felt relaxed and happy. Very family oriented. Very unique and niche visitors.

One of the kindest people I met so far. Nice and comfy rooms. Recommend overall!
Dinner and breakfast possible and very delicious :)

Well I recommend staying here if you are the one who enjoys solitude and serenity. My first day arrived in Aremnia and stayed here after my longer journey flight from Singapore.

I was lucky enough to relax for several days in this wonderful place. The guest house is located in mountainous countryside with fabulous natural views.

It's fine. Cozily. Purely. Air and silence heal everything in the world. The owners are very nice people, The food is homemade. Delicious and fresh, Thank you so much for a pleasant stay. 😊

We had a wonderful 6 days here. It's an ideal place for hiking and peace and quiet. Not to mention Sevada's warm welcome.
