Good hotel. Very well located. It has several maintenance details but it's fine. Good breakfast.

The cleanliness was terrible, they were painting the staircase and there was old paint that they had taken out of it. As if it were little, a cockroach in the middle of the breakfast area. I'll never come back.

The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The regret is the cleanliness and maintenance of the building. It is not pleasant to get tired of traveling and when you go to bed noticing hairs everywhere. The carpet is dirty and broken. The mattress is not the best either. The furniture is very worn. I hesitate to return.
The positive is the location.

The room is excellent. However, the common areas are not very clean and access to parking is rudimentary. The breakfast was too weak.

Very poor attention at the bar. The hotel brochure speaks of gourmet dishes that do not exist there is only chicken with salad and empanadas. They don't have a menu. Sincerely not recommended. The staff were very attentive and the room was very bad. The staff were very friendly.

Upon my arrival I was told by a security guard outide the hotel to leave my suitcases in the street and go and check in. Huh? After I checked in I was then asked a million questions by the same guy (worse than at the airport! ) and I also had to show him my passport which I had just showed at the front desk when I checked in. Before I could enter the hotel with my bags I had to go through that whole deal. Never experienced that before. Apparently there was a religious event taken place at the hotel. Very uncomfortable to be cross examined in that way just to check into a hotel. If it was a nice 5* hotel I could maybe understand! The first room I was given was already occupied. The w/end staff at the front desk had no clue what they were doing. The hotel is old and falling apart it looks nothing like the pictures. Very noisy hotel with paper thin walls and guests slamming the doors and talking loud in the hallways. Very uncofortable mattress. Dirty restaurant so I decided to not have breakfast there. Old shower. For the rates this hotel charges one would expect a safebox, a nice brekfast, WI-FI, which is basiaclly non exsistent in this hotel and a better service. The elevator is from the 1800 century! No international TV channels. The cleaning could be a lot better. Lots of street noise despite my room was in the back. One evening there was music blasting until very late. No view from my room. The WI-FI stopped working less than 24 hrs after I arrived.

Very good quality for the cost! A little congested the garage but very well-the staff, the rooms and the breakfast.

Excellent room. Wide clean and well equipped. Just lacks a little improve the breakfast. Very close to shopping centre and the casita and Tucumán. Highly recommended.

Location is the best price.

It is a hotel with an incredible human quality, staff attending us was first, since we entered made us feel at home. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and also we really liked the location and we were a block from the plaza and near the House of Tucumán. Highly recommended.
