The water was cut off in the room and they did not solve it then came back but no hot water came out therefore impossible to shower. They didn't resolve it leave complaint in the book and I warned that this happens often. Bad Service. They didn't give an answer until two days later. In the bathroom of the restaurant the orange trees on 1 floor were cockroaches. At breakfast you had to wait a lot that replenished cups and breakfast foods, For the value of what they charged the night in the superior room is inadmissible. Very hard beds I do not recommend or return. Really a disaster. No one gave an answer.

The service is not good! While it is an almost new good décor hotel but the bidet lost water with a side, I had to order the towels because they were not in the room. Then I ordered two blankets because the room had only one and the concierge reluctantly told me they had no more blankets, then the cleaning ordinance appeared and brought me two old bed covers from the previous hotel apparently! It does not deserve the price they charge for the services they provide and the garage charges you more expensive than the room. They do not respect the price of Booking. Com.

If there is something this hotel is worth coming back is its breakfast lounge. You can enjoy excellent helpings with a wonderful view of the main square in Tucuman. I agree with some opinions that it sould be renovated, but don't ruin the view please.

This is not a good time to go. It's in full renovation. Dust everywhere. When you're done it's going to look great.

Good location. Beautiful rooms and excellent breakfast. Too bad they're in renovations. That makes the stay a little unpleasant, because of the dirt. The elevators, a little slow. It would take the older man out of the reception which takes centuries to check-in.

The rooms are excellent. While they are in reparting there are not too many noises. What I didn't like was the attention. To check in it took 15 minutes.

We are on vacation with my girlfriend for the second consecutive year we are from Sgo. Del Estero. And again we chose this hotel, beyond their renovation we are delighted with it. And very grateful for the kindness of Mr. Luis that in the two years we attended very warmly and was wonderfully with us. Highly recommended.

I'm starting to Ennunerar. I Spent 3 nights there, the breakfast very poor, not to mention that the croissants and tortillas were stones. They never replenished the cleaning items, took 3 hand towels and returned only 1. The bathroom screen did not cover the necessary and came out all the water out. The Common spaces were all very dirty and they took refuge in that they were in works, also for this reason the pool was closed. At 8 in the morning they started with the noises. The last night they began to break the sidewalk of the garage and until 2 am were drilling. That not to mention that they never warned of this and Almost we were unable to take the car out of the garage, being that the other day we should to go to the airport to the 6am. A disaster! I Don't recommend it!

The Room 503 is very nice, this refurbished, but has a very strong smell, nothing pleasant and the bath is flooded when bathing. The Common spaces are not good but are being remodeled at this time, so there are workers and noises from the 8HS. Breakfast is very good, has a bit of everything.

It's under construction, pool is out of service. Breakfast is very poor. Room have no carpet, pillows are flat, bathroom gets all flooded when you shower, no bathtub. Would not recommend.

We spent the weekend with my boyfriend, we celebrated our anniversary and it was an amazing place, we were re comfortable and the people were very friendly. The guys at the front desk were always at our disposal at any time. I recommend it a thousand times, from the attention to the comfort in the rooms.
We will stay again and visit Tucumán.

Sold as a four-star hotel. You do not have safety box in the rooms. We look forward to 40 minutes remote control of the air conditioning. It came without batteries. It is sold as a hotel with a pool but does not clarify in which season is enabled. The bathrooms are very old and no hot water in the morning.

Disgust seems to be a cell of a prisoner the mattress of sheep's wool old springs in the back does not let you sleep … a full-blown disgust dismal … depart with the urge to actually shoot you 0 aesthetics … a phone from the 19-inch old without control and without channel just air a ascooooooooo total.

For a hotel of a four star hotel leaves much to be desired… Slept with my wife on a mattress horrible we were up all stiffen… The breakfast bad for being in a 4 star hotel, breakfast best in a service station… Bad experience I'm not coming back to that hotel.

I was in this hotel from the 17/01/2012 to 20/01/2012, when I went to Tucuman for work-related reasons (we were two people). Input the people that attends not have a lot of predisposition, you give the impression that you do a favor to let you stay in the hotel. When I went to the room, my disappointment grew. They had beds 1 place, made me feel like a boy of 5 years old again, the WI-FI did not work and the bathroom was more regular, almost good. The room was simple, decorated to the old, boring I would say. In the end, I was already there, the hotel I assign to the company so I had no option to change me, my companion gave the adjoining room, which did not worked the air conditioning. Those who were in Tucumán in the summer you know what that means!. It took 1 day to change the room, so I had to spend the first night without Air Conditioning, you can't imagine how bad you slept. At the end, after both insist they changed the hab. Towards that if I had the Air running, but that's not all!. The second day after a grueling work day, I get to the hotel ready to take a shower, I open the shower and the water came out BROWN! full of rust and with little pressure!. Call to reception and they told me that they were working on the water pipes by welding! I asked to change room and told me not to! already "would solve only the problem". Which is not what happened!
