Beautiful and warm apart hotel meters from the Beagle Canal with an imposing view, has beautiful and tastefully decorated rooms. Heading towards the subsoil, either by elevator or stairs, one meets the breakfast bar and a very good attention. There is also a swimming pool and exercise room. On the other hand, if you are looking to relax a little, you can sit in the armchairs at the entrance or climb to the top floor to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the mountains and the canal.

Modern Hotel, good central location. Excellent location. The rooms are spacious, with a living room and kitchenette, which is very comfortable for multi-day stays. The breakfast room is only in the basement, it has no view, and the excessive amount of tables makes it all very compressed. The staff at the front desk are very friendly.

Good location They should improve the breakfast is not very varied. The whirlpool was out of service for maintenance at the time it could be used. It would be nice to have the TV in the room.

Pretty cute. Very cold pool The water according to say is Management order, breakfast just right. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

On Thursday 29/03/18 I had an accident trying to park in the hotel's garage by recklessness of the concierge who closed the gates without noticing that the truck was in half, causing damage to the wheel. We stayed for 4 days and was not able to manager to call us or give the face to fix the inconvenience. We were told we will call and send mail. When they were there, they never did. Impresentables. Not recommended. To this day they did not have the delicacy to call or send mail and they presented the charge to my credit card that they had my signed disagreement.

Excellent location, in the center of the city and out of the infernal traffic of San Martín Street Modern, comfortable construction, with excellence in facilities and furniture.
Attention and excellent treatment, professional and human level.
SPA facilities, ribbon, bicycle, swimming pool, excellent and staff of the same excellent, professions.
Place, recommended for level passengers who look for a suitable place, what provides services, comfort, advice and absolute confidence and tranquility.
Frequent traveler, by activity and pleasure, I recommend it.

Nice place to stay. In general very pleasant room and lots of room. Came here on tour with Globus and the hotel allowed us to get in before time.

A very very very good hotel to spend the best holiday and relax to the maximum, with a super view to the lake or to the main street and with all the comforts in one place, the heated pool makes you forget that you are in the southernmost city of the world lol…

Excellent apart hotel in the city centre, opposite the Naval Base and the incredible Presidio Museum. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and decorated and have an impressive view of the Beagle channel and the mountain. We were in room 402 which has a huge balcony with a view on both sides.
The staff is very friendly and the spa area is perfect for when you get back from the long walks that the city proposes you.

Right in the middle of the city. Our room is specious with a large living room and a small kitchen with everything you need to prepare yourself a quick dinner. The breakfast is fantastic with good variety of choices. There is a sauna/spa and small pool in the basement…

Friendly staff but hotel is pricey for what you get. Scruffy towels, breakfast not enticing and in general felt like a 2 star hotel rather than 4 star.

Beautiful apart hotel located right at the end of the commercial centre of Ushuaia. Rooms with view over the Beagle Channel or the Martial glacier.

Very unfriendly. Asked for room away from noisy bar I read about in other reviews. They said no, you get what you get. Woken at 2am by bar. Nose did not stop until 6 am and was unable to sleep. Also arrived at noon but they would not allow us to check in into 2pm and we have to check out at 10 am this morning. Our Antarctica cruise ship pickup is not until 4:00 pm. Requested an extra night before our trip. Our travel agent, Polar Cruises, said the rooms are extremely over priced and suggest booking the extra night in a more realistic priced hotel then changed to this hotel. Our antarctic cruise line, Polar Latitudes for the Sea Explorer ship must know about this. I strongly suggest they use a different hotel.

I strongly urge fellow travellers NOT to use this hotel. The indoor pool had bugs floating in it and the indoor spa disgustingly dirty. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Every question I asked the answer was NO. We had to walk the streets for 8 hours because they refused to allow us an early check in even though this was requested with the booking. Couldn't run a bath as the "switch" from shower to bath wouldn't work and each time we tried the most painful groan from the water taps reverberated around the room. There was no way of turning the heating off which meant we had to sleep with the windows fully open as it was unbearable — what a waste. I was so disgusted with my two nights there I cancelled my third night and because I was a few hours over the limit they waited for me to leave then deceitfully deducted my credit card over $300. I didn't realise until I got home and of course I won't get a refund. WORST hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a fair amount. Unfortunately one of the expedition companies use this as their preferred hotel so I fear they will rely on this trade and do nothing to improve customer service or cleanliness.

Perfect location. Large rooms and nice common areas. Very satisfied. The indoor pool is very nice and refreshing to the end of the day. Charming service and very detailed as our honey moon. I highly recommend it.

It's too much expensive, but service and facilities and location and staff and room and many many good.

Today 4 October we are resting in the suite watching the channel.
