Excellent place, attention and human factor. I recommend it in all its aspects. Every place of the hotel is wonderful, unique and pleasant. It makes you feel even more comfortable than at home.

Some people at reception they are not exactly friendly and helpull.

Excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is complete, only one machine is missing for toasted sandwiches. It is not economical, but it is a good investment to rest and relax.

The breakfast is very varied and abundant at par with any first-line hotel. Rooms and service very good. Restaurant with good menu and rich dishes. The worst? The gym has nothing… and the solarium next to the pool quite guys.

Beautiful and very comfortable lounge for events and meetings, which is divided according to the number of people. Good toilets. Direct lift and staircase.

Very good experience. The hotel according to the level. The prices seemed appropriate to 1850 pesos plus VAT the night. The pool is small but it is worth using it with the warmth of Santa Fe. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel. Rooms with very comfortable beds. The price given by phone with parking included was more expensive when we introduced ourselves. Last year we could not use the coffeemaker and this year we could not get a coffee as there were remains in a used filter and in the kit there was only one teaspoon and sweetener. So we took it in the lobby (paying of course). The dinner very good like the attention of waiters/as but we commented to the chef our critique of the change of modality that each one is served the main dish. There was more show last year. We believe that the prices are too high for the services provided.

The presidential rooms (in which I was) loved it, I have no complaints for anyone, the breakfasts were very good and the front desk was perfect, soon I will be back to this great hotel.

The place is very well located, near by the stores downtown in Santa Fe. Rooms are very spacious and clean, comfortable beds and pillows (very very important), fully equipped with mini fridge/ tv/ coffee machine. Great breakfast though I would not relay on the room service for the rest of the meals.

Very clean. And excellent location. Good service too. Internet is the real thing to worry about when you are in this hotel. Also you can easily hear the noise coming from other rooms and floor.

I was assigned a smoking bedroom​although I don't smoke and didn't ask for it, when I ask for another non-smoking room none were available. Another thing is that AC wasn't working.

Beautiful Hotel. Well located. Breakfast was very good. The pool is located on the terrace and has a beautiful view of the city, a very nice place to enjoy as a couple or with the family. I would definitely come back.

Large rooms, clean bath with shower, small minibar with drinks and snacks. Good restaurant, large selection of excellent wines, helpful staff. Parking available, outdoor pool on the roof, bar in the lobby. Quiet place.

Room very comfortable, equipped ampliay full until Ironing Board thing which a when pluss travel x work without coat rack. The care is excellent and the full restaurant with excellent cuisine. The best choice of the city relationship price — quality.

Questionable services cost at least not rinsed well costs or on the Internet or in person, they should give prices with VAT included and not do that the user must calculate it… $1400 is not the same as $1694. Acceptable breakfast. Good attention.

Much low level. No longer what it was. Expensive for what they offer. The other day I spent 4 nights: not cleaned the room, they did not change the sheets. When is them said, cited ecological reasons. Sympathetic. Breakfast, bad.

It is what one expects from a 5 star, excellent service, location and infrastructure. Highly recommended.

The rooms are comfortable and staff impeccable. Of other things I can not say too much because you do not have them. Does not have any type of additional service, llamese heated swimming-pool, game room for children, spa, etc, And some options that sometimes are included do not work as they would have to be (ride in catamaran along the coast for example). To my understanding and to be a hotel of the category that purports to be you are missing a lot, considering the offer that exists in the place and the places where we have been.

We recommend to ask ravioli of raguot of beef in a mild sauce of mushrooms and fungi of pine. Dish incredible.
