Buena ubicación, a 2 cuadras del boulevard Oroño. Con desayuno, lo llevan a la habitación. Cohera cubierta a una cuadra incluida (no hay que pagarla aparte). Detalle: hace falta cambiar los filtros del aire acondicionado, desprende mucho olor a humedad.

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and a welcome tray to take the very complete snack. A folder with the delivery of the area simplifies a lot of dinner or lunch if one stays a few hours or is just to rest and does not want to go out to dinner. And having a parking lot to a block makes it much easier as in Rosario parking is stressful. Very nice stay.

Well located apartment. Two blocks from the Boulevard Oroño. Near the independence Park. Well-complete facilities. Good service to the room. Usually the rent includes breakfast.

The room was very comfortable. Great experience except for 3 things: one is that they take a very good breakfast to the room without spoons because supposedly there are in the room, and there was only one spoon for 5 people. The terrace a disaster, nothing to do with the pictures. The floor was all broken, very dangerous for kids, we couldn't use it. And at the time of paying I was charged $700 more for paying with debit, which supposedly should be the same as cash. Except for those details, the rest is perfect.

They opened on September 24, 2009. The decor and service are very good. Apartments with hotel services. Excellent price/quality ratio.
