On the night of Certainty Jump Unfortunate we were misunderstood about promotions. From what we thought included a bottle of red beer and 1 pizzeta per person at no extra cost, it ended up paying individually $750! I clarify that by beer it was in theory FREE and pizzeta of 4 portions! It was an excessive expense because for that price you could have chosen something else, even paying more. It was a nice experience that was overshadowed by the lack of communication and besides that it was not on the terrace where the previous editions were.

The friendly people working here make this hotel special. Everyone always had a smile for me and very courteous in helping me convey (in my limited high school Spanish) what I wanted to say to them. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. The wait staff is very attentive and the front desk staff are always available to help out with any thing one might need. Definitely a wonderful hotel.

Great hotel. Excellent and friendly service. Just one observation: the breakfast and afternoon space for the Club Lounge is very small. The rest, absolutely remarkable.

The Sheraton Hotel is characterized by its excellence in passenger service. In Salta we had an excellent stay there. Beautiful gym, menu has few dishes, there is a rich vegetarian dish, I say it because it was my first choice. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of juices and fruits, breads, puddings and cold cuts. There is a recreation space for children, the very young in parent companies.

The Sheraton in Salta is probably the best hotel available for foreign tourists who are looking for the same (or nearly) service they are used to in their home countries. The only thing I think that is lacking is a little more local culture and decoration, however if you are looking for this you would probably be better served staying in one of the other 5* accommodations in Salta such as Alejandro 1 or in a boutique hotel such as Legado Mitico. If you are looking for tours to explore the local area while staying at the Sheraton Five Senses Travel is an excellent high class travel agent to go with. Happy travels!

Great location, beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff, room service was prompt. Pool unfortunately was empty, seemed it had been for awhile so double check it's working before you book if that's a priority for you.

They said is the best hotel in Salta, and probably is. Excellent gym, pretty well equipped, massages of different types, dry sauna, the wet one was out of order while I stayed there. Breakfast is yummy, fresh fruits and sweets. The hotel has a great view to the city of Salta, and you can see it completely from the outdoor pool. A casino is right next to the hotel if you want to try your luck.

This hotel is awful and a disgrace to the Sheraton brand. We checked in on a Thursday afternoon only to learn 7 hours later that the hotel's AC was not running because of a supposed power shortage in Salta. The onsite manager offered us a room with a balcony door so we cool down the room. I told him to piss off. We checked out at 1100pm and went to the Alejandro I. Stay here at your own risk.

The hotel in general is cute, the pile beautiful and with an amazing view. Unfortunately, he's very careless. The room was very cicarrillo and the breakfast was very good. They dropped a lot of maintenance budget. Pretty much come down in compared to what I used to be. A pity.

It does not meet the conditions of a Sheraton. Bad maintenance of facilities, old rooms without bathroom screens. Old towels. Sink and bath boiler problems. Very friendly staff but not enough.

Excellent comfort and aesthetics. It is a little far from the center but it is compensated with the view from the rooms. They are not very flexible with reservations.

Beautiful hotel, warm and respectful all the staff. A single review, 6 years ago I go in the month of October and the pool area is never in condition, really a shame.

I loved the hotel, we did not expect to stay there, we went from Uruguay to visit the Lady of the eucharistic Heart of Jesus and the whole hotel was full in Salta and we were there, excellent location with no doubt with a beautiful panoramic view of Salta, we were eager to enjoy the swimming pools with heated water but the times to go on a sightseeing tour we were not allowed to. Excellent breakfast and very friendly attention of its employees, without a doubt, that voleríamos with. My son Agustin.

Room Services is bad, although the food is rich but the orange juice is not squeezed.

Very good hotel. Comfortable. It is at the foot of Cerro San Bernardo. About 15 blocks from the historic center of the city of Salta.

Attention I found it spectacular and the people are super friendly. The food was excellent and the pool is divine with a wonderful view and restaurant service. The hotel is a bit come down in the world to be a sheraton in terms of maintenance. However, as the food, service, and the panoramic view of the swimming pool, I found it spectacular. … would certainly return.

AC didn't work, lounge was closed and hotel was run down however there is not much to choose from in Salta.

The hotel had a very full breakfast and functional rooms. The SPA, distinctive service of the hotel, was limited, since women sauna was not working, staff left us waiting for half an hour, and the pool was dirty and damaged. The rest ok.

The hotel is cute, linda vista location, food of the pool service is very weak, slow and the dishes are few and little elaborated.

Nice hotel with a good view of the city of Salta. Nice and clean and the service was solid. We were only there one night so we didn't have much time at the hotel. The staff was a bit stuffy/serious at the front desk. I will say this — the young bellman is a star. He went above and beyond and came across genuinely concerned with providing great service. He helped us find our temporarily lost car keys and dropped everything to help us. I would stay here again just because of him.
