I'm staying in the hotel. It has everything you need from a accommodation. Spacious rooms, good placards, safety deposit box, where it enters the notebook, comfortable bed, hot water always available, good restaurant and good cafe, parking, and the staff is outstanding.

Very nice location in Collins avenue, about 3 blocks to the beach. The staff is very polite. Installations are very nice. The breakfast is abundant.

Lousy, I wouldn't go back. They have the "4 stars" very rusty.
— we arrived and the toilet paper roll was in half, used. The bathroom floor was dirty and broken. It has No electric extractor so when you shower the bathroom is tarnished for a while, all wet.
— When we checked in or told us what time it was breakfast, no information about anything, zero desire to cater.
— The Wi-Fi in the room is lousy, sometimes not working for hours.
— In the pool area you have a phone to ask for towels. We asked for two, they confirmed that they were brought and never arrived.
There are no outlets near the bed but that is already for being an old and sloppy hotel.
— The breakfast consistently ugly. Old Bread (even arriving 6 AM), packet juice, nothing you can salvage.

I came to eat and everything ended badly. There were five of us and each one ordered a different dessert. They brought only three at first. They took so long that when they brought the room, the first three had finished. At that time we asked for the fifth dessert and the waiter responded that the chosen dessert did not have. I mean, yes we didn't ask for the fifth dessert continue still waiting because the waiter never came to warn that the chosen one did not exist. Terrible attention.

We asked for pasta and they said there was no, I asked for a bittersweet pork and neither did they have the garnish I wore. The meat is hard and dry. I don't recommend it.

This is a hotel with '90 feeling. Most of the furniture it's quite old, but they are doing a great effort to head up. It's clean. Not sure how the quality-price stands because I've not pay for it.
