Very nice hotel, but it has a few flaws that need to be addressed… YOU CANT GO WITHOUT A CAR, there is no reasonable access for pedestrians. Also the exit is dark, and on a side of a road so going out means getting a cab always. Breakfast is below average.

Fantastic! Although I don't think this can be considered a small hotel, it feels so intimate. The place is modern, and yet cozy. Rooms are great, the jacuzzi in it is awesome and has a great view. The staff seems to have been carefully picked, for everyone is really receptive, helpful and caring. I left my phone in a taxi, and they called the company, found it and had it delivered for me at the hotel and I didn't even ask for it. Greatly located, far enough from the town that you may rest, but close enough so that is easy to drop by at any time. The restaurant is also quite good. There aren't many options available, but every one of them (I think we tried it all) is delicious! Breakfast is also good. If you're staying longer it can get repetitive and the coffee itself is kind of bad. Nothing that diminish how awesome the hotel is!

Excellent attention, you can make free use of a VAN that takes you to your room if you don't want to walk inside the resort.

A $5000 scam overnight for a room in deplorable conditions. It's not worth it. Take out a higher class room and it is worse than the most basic room. No robes, dirty Jacuzzi, broken furniture. View of the apartment across the street. The value for money is bad.

Excellent attention, we stayed in Module 4. If you needed to go down to reception, leave the hotel or just arrive, just touch the 0 you come to find a van. Super attentive all, remarkable the kindness of Alexander. A place to go back. Total luxury, the view from the Jacuzzi to the lake… no waste. Super comfortable room.

Good location, great views, heated nice rooms a plus at 6c to 11c. Good heated indoor/outdoor pool.

Not the best experience I had with hotels. The room was a bit dirty and there were stains on the sheets. We asked to change the sheets and got another set of dirty sheets this time with blood on them. The front desk was not very helpful and even argued with us that the housekeeping told her that the room is clean. We chose the suite with the Lakeview but all you see is trees and a little bit of the lake behind them. It's getting pretty dark at night and there is no lights between the buildings so be careful when you walk. The spa does has a pool and a sauna. The pool is heated just enough so it won't be freezing but it's still not fun to go inside. The sauna is separate for man and women so if you are with your partner you won't be sitting there together. The spa in the main building and if you're lucky enough to be in the building close to the main building it's only a 30 seconds run in the rain. It's also pretty far from the city. Where you will have to use cabs going into town and back. The front desk is very helpful calling you a cab and it's only a 10 minute ride. On the plus side that dinner was very nice and the services in the restaurant is very good. Breakfast was amazing. Overall was okay but I won't be coming back there.

It's a very good place. Take it easy. Within walking distance of the Civic Center (2, 5km) and close to public transport. Special for relaxation.

Two, five kilometres from the center. The hotel is on the rise, not recommended for people with mobility problems or large, but the hotel has transportation that can be uploaded or lowered. The food in the restaurant very rich and the attention excellent.

Very well all the services. The room is great. The only thing was Q we touched the last block and you have a few meters on the rise to go to the restaurant. You are also offered an internal shuttle service even though it is sometimes uncomfortable. Also the attention was great. Especially the restaurant guys.

It is very nice, it is located about 3km away from the center of Bariloche. The rooms are comfortable, although they lack air conditioning. They offer a menu of all time and another for dinner. In general the food is very good. The hotel has a gym with machines and an indoor pool connected to an outside, smaller than I imagined in the pictures I saw and was always with bugs. The view of the lake from the pool is unmatched. The sauna is missing a clock to calculate the time of departure.

Our visit here was for 6 nights, 5 of them in the suite room and one more in the junior suite room. the good: the staff is very nice and polite, were able to sort out most of what we asked for. the rooms look good and clean, beautiful view from the window and a great hot tub. tv worked ok. the food served in the restaurant is pretty good. We ate breakfast every morning and we ate dinner and lunch a couple of times. The menu is varied and the service is ok. hot water was always available in the shower. we had a rental car, parking space was good. the bed is comfortable. the bad: the internet via Wi-Fi was pretty slow, sometimes too slow. Had to use my cellular internet which worked better. the large bed in both rooms we stayed was made out of two separate beds, not a big deal but not as nice as a real large bed. showers in the rooms are not too good, floors and walls are made of crumbling rock type of ceramics, not very nice to touch, the shower head is not moveable and in the junior suite we stayed in was broken. (weren't going to complain about it because we were in that room only one night), the door in the same bathroom was broken and could not be closed. meals ordered in the restaurant took a lot of time to be ready even with very low pressure on the kitchen. breakfast was lacking any sign of vegetables. When asked about it we were told that anything not in the buffet could be added for a price.

Nice place, quite far from downtown (30 minutes walk, on a busy road with no sidewalk). It is made of several buildings, so you have to walk from the lobby to go to your room. Rooms are nice, large and clean. Breakfast is OK, restaurant is just OK: not a lot of choice. Overall a quite place to relax, far from the city.

The hotel facilities were ok — breakfast wasn’t good. Pastries were dry and coffee was very burned. The room itself was nicely styled and minimalistic. But the beds themselves were terrible. We had some great massages in the spa though.

The suites are very well designed and spacious. The rooms have floor heating in the toilet. Unfortunately only very few rooms have great views to the lake. The restaurant has some very good dishes.

Very nice hotel, the location is very good as it is very close to the center but not in the center and overlooks the Nahuel Huapi Lake. The rooms are new and they are very clean. Breakfast is varied and the attention of the staff was very good in all areas.

Nice modern hotel on the outskirts of town about 30 minutes walk from town its. A little far for most people so you will need to relay on a taxi. Rooms are a good size but you are not guaranteed a view as the builds are very close together on a very steep hill side. No tea and coffee in the rooms and its a long way to walk. But room service is availavke. Some buses can't make it up the hill when you get dropped off. So they will send a MPV to get you. This can be a problem if there are big groups.

He lacks details to be considered of excellence. I mean attention details to make the customer feel good. It comply so much to its rules that they sin of rudeness. They lack something that is fundamental and it is a pity.

The room I touched was the 3305 a junior suite. Very spacious, comfortable and a spectacular view. But it's in the third block and all the services are at zero. For breakfast, dinner, use of pool and restore you have to go there. They have a 24-hour internal shuttle service. But it's no longer a discomfort. In the restaurant we were not lucky, we ate a plate (the most expensive) of lamb which was correct to cook but tasteless. And when we finished the wine had erased at the bottom of the bottle. The sink with details of lack of maintenance, many pieces of venecitas detached, with the risk of producing lástimaduras in the feet. The rest very well.

Very decent hotel with an excellent pool and friendly staff. The room was very nice and we had a hot tub. Breakfast was great. It could do with a little bit of a refurb which is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

An excellent hotel at the hillside. You will be able to see the view from the dining area. Rooms are spacious and some are equipped with jacuzzi in the room for you to enjoy. Although some of the design such as the facet is elegant from artistic point of view, it seems not practical, i. E. Water pours down and wet the entire floor if you are not cautious.

So glad we stayed here. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Most also speak English if you need it.
