Very nice hotel to the shores of the Nahuel Huapi. They knew how to renovate in a very good way a very old hotel. Too bad there are some uncomfortable facilities. Like the parking lot or the general restrooms on each floor. For example if you want to go to the bathroom in the restaurant you have to climb a floor and that if you find it as it does not have good signage. The attention if it is very good…

Beautiful hotel but do not go in summer because it has no air conditioning, leave the heating at least, the windows have a system that can hardly open, therefore you die of heat. Is designed for winter.

Spectacular place of Bariloche! The Federal Women's Council is running to ful! And they serve us as queens. Every space is very beautiful!

Very nice hotel, very good service.

Beautiful location and great hospitality. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Complimentary breakfast served in their all glass window dining room overlooking the lake. The pool facility also overlooks the lake via a large glass window wall, and is heated to a very comfortable temperature to encourage full relaxation. Far enough outside of town to avoid the noisy crowds but close enough that we walked to the main town square every day that we were there. The brewery and restaurant and chocolate cafe across the street provide wonderful food and ambiance. We also enjoyed a bottle of local wine in the bar onsite. We also decided to utilize the spa services. I can't speak highly enough about the two massage therapists from whom we received services. They were phenomenal! I am the owner and provider of a small medical spa back at home, and have interviewed and evaluated body workers all over the world. These were some of the most skilled massage therapists I've ever worked with!

We had reserved a room with two beds, in principle we refused, threatened to denounce the agency and appeared the room with "three" beds. That was not the lake, facing the road and not air conditioned. Open the Windows! It was his recommendation. They were tough faces.

The hotel is beautiful, the room that we touched had beautiful view, the only thing I should say is that I found them a little girls. The hotel is very modern, the breakfast service is complete, the place where you have breakfast is amazing for the view, very relaxing. It is well located for the tourist who wants to be close to everything.

This hotel I met in Bariloche is the one I liked the most from its úbicacion, how attention and quality of its rooms. An excellent view of the lake, looks like you're inside. His style is modern so he plays in different category to the Llao Llao.
I recommend it as the best price/service/quality.

Hotel listed as 5 stars but has no air conditioning in the rooms, nor pack football for fans of Argentine football. Very comfortable rooms. Beautiful pool with lake view.

In the rooms facing the street you can not sleep by the noise! Those facing the lake are spectacular! They should fix that ' ' problem ' ' because the hotel is very nice… a shame.

It's a wonderful hotel. Very good food, very good service. The price is much lower than a hotel of the same characteristics in Santiago de Chile.

Nice hotel. The last time I went I was not satisfied with the habilitation, the bathroom was flooded. The attention was not what I expected, somo so young that we were not treated with respect.

Beautiful views of Lake Nahuel Huapi. Excellent attention. Category rooms. Unforgivable it doesn't have air conditioning (in summer it's a hell of a whole establishment) and a good internet connection. Don't come in the summer. For the rest of the hotel 5 stars.

Amazing views lake view from the hotel. Room rates are reasonable but it's very basic so don't expect too much. The breakfast however is a major disappointment as they served food ham and sausages that tasted like it was expired!

Wonderful Hotel. The room in front of the Nahuel Huapi is divine. The service room is very good, nothing different than what is in the center, the pool is amazing and the breakfast is the most! It's worth it. I want to go back more times!

Imposing, relaxing, inspiring. Impeccable facilities. Excellent staff. Ideal location. Suggestion: Make the garden accessible to the lake with a safe walkway and adapt the place to enjoy the days when you can enjoy the waters of the lake. Breakfast good, could be more complete for a 5 star hotel.

Q Things I didn't like. You hear everything between room and room… you rent the robes to go to the pool (ask before) … there is a door that connects Q another room and put a closet to cover…

The hotel is very nice the spacious rooms has very good views of the lake. The rooms that have a view of the city are very noisy plus unfortunately it does not have air conditioning which is a problem in the summer. Very good Restaurant.

All spectacular! Room overlooking the Lake, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the bar, everything beautiful. The staff was also very good. It is very close to the Centre and for me that is important. I spent a few amazing days and only think about returning. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel, room overlooking the great Lake, as well as the restaurant. Very helpful in attention. We need to better organize the garage. The only detail negative in summer, we had in January 2013 temperatures of 33, 35 and 37 degrees and there was no AA or fans.
