In a moment there was the hot water tap and wine by the concierge with a hammer to "repair to blows". That night we did not sleep for the noise of the water in the bucket and the moisture that was in the room. Warm, intimate, soft, silver-covered music. Luxurious… Great menu, delicious dishes and prices matched to other restaurants.

We Went to a party at the Lake Auditorium Portal, very nice the place, pretty well the service, the only problem was the air conditioning, most of the time it was cold in the lounge, on a night that in itself was already fresh.

Portal del lago is situated next to the lake, with an incredible view from almost anywhere in the hotel. The rooms were chic, comfortable and clean. The chef blew my mind with his hongos de pino sauce. The staff were friendly, attentive, and respectful. This destination is a one of kind in the region and a must stay. Inviting atmosphere with an incredible restaraunt attatched situated along the lake in a peaceful location.

Highly Recommended breakfast service! Although we were not staying there, we were able to enjoy it. The facilities are beautiful.

Its facade seems to be of a four star hotel but it is one of the hotels most depressing I saw. The rooms are tiny, beds are old and a bathroom that looks like my grandmother's house. The “tv” is a monitor that has the same size as a desktop pc. The facilities kept the same style of neglect. The clearest example of this is the “gym”; a treadmill and a bike fixed super old games in a corridor. Despite this, the owners of this slum you charge for the stay as if you really were in a top class hotel. Perhaps this last point is what leads to more anger. One can tolerate a hotel berreta if you paid $2, 50, but these guys charge you for the stay as if it were elCosta Galana when it is clearly seen that there is an investment in the hotel since 20 years ago, minimum.

Awesome location beside a lake. Very comfortable rooms and the infrastructure is awesome. The indoor pool is really relaxing if you want to take a break. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from town.

Nothing fancy, no ambience, minimal presentation… just a darn good parilla! Come here prepared to eat beef, pork, and chicken. Suggested side dishes are a nice tossed salad and an order of fries. Very reasonably priced, great value. Highly recommend!
