We passed 4 days, we did not like the breakfast very poor and poorly attended always lacked crockery. The hotel is nice, I approached the staff on two occasions to see if it was possible to host my granddaughter x 1 night. They argued that this was not allowed, especially in the sector we were staying did not accept children, in the next room there was a girl. I asked to speak to the hotel owner who never stood up. What a pity it was only good vibes and common sense! On top of that, employees lie or take orders. We go to the village pq our son lives there but we will never return to the hotel. They made three rooms in the garage very nice but have nothing to do with the hotel. We are almost 70 years old, many hotels traveled and we have never received such a bad deal. I declare that paying for the lodging of our little girl who only wanted to spend one night with her abus! Bad milk!

Very good service from the staff. The rooms are fine. It has two pools, one of them covered and heated. Breakfast is good. It has a spa. It is an excellent place to spend a few days of rest.

Very nice place. Beautiful outdoor pool and Jacuzzi (could be used between 8:00-22:00). And the pool covered with the Whirlpool (9:00-13:00; 16:00-20:00).
The spa can pay partly massages and other services, in my case Mediterranean massage and aromatic circuit, super recommended.

We had difficulties with the air in the room but then we were discounted for it.

The hotel is excellent, has a spa, swimming pool with jacuzzi, tennis court and an outdoor bar just in time for summer vacation. The cleaning is very good, the attention of the staff as well. Highly recommended, quiet place to rest and ideal for couples.

Hotel expectacular, attention, cleanliness, breakfast, all excellent, spa and heated pool, amazing, a place to recommend and return.

It is a hotel with 27 years of service. All of its facilities are impeccable. The indoor pool and the spa are very welcoming. Soft music and exquisite aroma create a very good climate to relax and enjoy.
The park is large and beautiful with large trees, manicured lawn, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi.
The breakfast is varied in its offer and of excellent quality.
The girls in the spa and the dining room are very warm!

Good service, very good attention, very nice park, very nice architectural style, good cleaning, maybe is missing a little maintenance, the melamine toilet covers in bad condition painted gives the feeling of disinfection. Despite this last suggestion the place is highly recommended.

Excellent treatment with people, a beautiful place, a lot of green (grass, trees among other types of vegetation), very good architecture with Alpine style, an American breakfast, two pools, one heated indoor and another not.

Very nice hotel from the 1980s. It is well located and has a park with pool to the front very good with view to the Green Sierras (we did not move there in the whole week we were in the villa). The facilities are fine but they are not "category". Fulfilled expectations! We.
