I loved it, it is beautiful place, every corner, has everything that one needs to get out of the routine and spend a unique moment, the swimming pool has a great location and go a thousand times I choose, and would choose it a thousand times more ♡♡♡

Really like Patios SAN Telmo, such a cool old skool hotel. It’s not modern or flash but it’s got sooo much character!

Staff oa great and breakfast is really good but I believe bathroom needs a renovation. Also the location is good, close to restaurants and a 20 minutes walk feom Puerto Madero.

Very nice place, but the rooms are so small that we don't even know where to open the luggages. Also the breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to what we were used to have during our last two weeks of vacations in Argentina.

It’s a nice hotel with nice, friendly & knowledgeable staff & if we come back to BA we would definitely consider staying again. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is cause the Wifi was very poor & only working sporadically. I ended up having to use roaming several days at an extra cost to me. When booking a hotel that includes Wifi I should be able to expect it to work.

The place has an impeccable restoration work and a beautiful combination between the new trendy and the old of the Casona. We were not able to stay there, we only appreciated the construction and overall state of the building. The terrace has no nice views.

Cozy, quiet in the heart of San Telmo in its renovation have managed to leave the environment… of that tenement… very nice its green spaces and the bonus of touches of art in every corner.

After booking, at the time of arrival and check-in I am told they have no place. They say that Trivague is a bad portal and that offers places that they do not have available. I couldn't believe what I was listening to, at least I was offered an alternate place in another hotel. It would have been much more frustrating still, not having options.

Great hotel with several spacious courtyards, rooftop pool and plenty of space in the cheap rooms!

Clean over-all. Strong Wi-Fi. Bathroom needs some refurbishing. Beds are old (at least my mattress was; was slightly sagging on one side).

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Comfortable bed, great shower and nice breakfast. The pool on the rooftop is not fantastic but it was nice having it on a really hot day. The location is not far from the center ans there is a subway station nearby (along with many restaurants).

Hotel is alright… the rooms feel not just small, but cramped. I felt like there was very little space to just move around the room. Also, requires a lot of stairs to get from the lobby to your room. Breakfast was good though and they were even able to get me a gluten-free breakfast :) And for the next day, when we had to leave early, they even made a breakfast bag to go for us.

Yes. This place is located centrally in San Telmo which is a fun place to be with quirky restaurants and bars. The rooms all face a public court which is usually quiet but it doesn't allow for as much privacy. The rooms are also small. But the perk is the location plus if you ask in advance they will provide you with gluten free bread and rice crackers.

Very quaint, charming and homey hotel at the heart of beautiful San Telmo, Buenos Aires! Friendly staff, informative, helpful and fluent in English! I enjoyed my stay with restful long hours of sleeps! Muchas gracias, Patios de San Telmo!

A. C. Was actually controlled else were and not individually. Wi-Fi dropped out constantly. Toilet super close to bed and visible apart from a frosted door. Sink separate in the room. Very small all-round But the burger joint close by was great.

Great place with friendly helpful staff. Great location for getting around the city. Great design & decor giving a "I'm not in a hotel" feel. Biggest bonus for us we could smoke outside our room in comfort. Highly recommended.

Patios is a fantastically designed boutique hotel. It's an old building that's been restored, and the rooms are around a couple of courtyards (most with internal facing windows). Cool reception, nice cafe to eat their decent breakfast in and lovely rooftop terrace and plunge pool. However, the place must be 8-9 years old now, and really should have had a bit more TLC to keep it looking 'boutiquey' and premium, rather than frayed around the edges. The first room that we were put in had damp bedsheets, and was murkily dark, day and night. When the next day all our clothes were damp too, we complained and were put in a slightly better room. However, I'm a bit annoyed we were put in that room in the first place — the receptionist clearly knew the damp in that room was a problem when we told him about it. The next room (and much of the rest of the hotel) had brown blotches all over the wooden ceiling. Also some of the wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom had dark mould stains on the tiles. Clearly an older building needs a bit more attention to keep it looking pristine — I don't really know why the owners have been so neglectful as they must have put a lot of work into the original restoration. Certainly the photos on the website look like they were taken a few years ago when the hotel was in better condition. Apart from that, the service was good. San Telmo is good for being close to the market on Sunday and some hipster shops and cafes.

Great hotel, great style. It was built over an old house in San Telmo area. Is very well kept, and the staff is friendly and always want to help. The rooms are connected to a nice patio, and keeps the soul of the old Buenos Aires.

Amazing place, beautiful spaces, nice common areas. The shower is probably the best I've ever used. A word of caution to those that tango or hit up the boliches late at night… the staff starts cleaning the rooms at 8am and they are not quiet about it. That knocks it down a star… but they provide enough pillows to put one over your head. All in all a great place and a killer location.

Good, clean hotel. Staff friendly. Only thing to watch for is the hot water in the shower. It'll switch from hot to really hot to cold in less than a minute.

Located in the historic centre of Buenos Aires. Definitely a boutique hotel, preserves the structure of an old hotel but it is made new. The rooms are super comfortable and the service is excellent.

Este hotel tiene un encanto especial, mantiene detalles de época como sus patios antiguos que te transportan a los famosos conventillos de antes pero a la vez todo renovado a nuevo, los cuartos son lindisimos y comodos, esta ubicado en San telmo, el barrio mas tradicional de Buenos Aires. Todos los detalles super cuidados, el restaurrante es muy bueno, se llena al medio dia. Wi-Fi gratis que funciona. La atencion es excelente. Recomiendo.

Old house, fully recycled. Keeps the original structure but all renovated. Glad to have found such a gem. The staff is very good and superior kind.
