➜ I come from Iguazu to the hostel, we had a big storm in Buenos Aires, when we arrived at the hostel at 22:00 hrs the service to open the door was slow, when we entered the supposed security officer was very hostile, asked us for the passport number to leave registration, we indicated that as Chileans the passport number does not represent us and we indicate the number of Rut, and at that moment began to threaten us that we would cancel the reservation and with a tremendous storm, at no time was he disrespected and continued threatening to leave us on the street! Then he asked us for the value of the reservation, we wanted to pay by card, since arriving in the country we had little cash, and without asking if we had money he told us that we had to leave why it was paid in cash, thank God we had the necessary cash, paid and then he told us that we were drunk, being that we did not drink and continue threatening to return the money and get to the street! I have never really been so badly treated at check in at a hostel! It's a shame they have a person with such rudeness and willingness to welcome guests arriving on a stormy day! Hopefully take action on why the hostel and facilities are top quality!
➜ Dear, unfortunately I do not recommend this place, we arrived very tired from Iguazu to Aeroparque, today is January 20, 2019 there was a very strong storm, the butler took time to open the door so we were all soaked, when we went up at about 22 hours, a fact that had already been announced to the hostel, did not receive an older lord, who from the beginning treated us as if we were evil, despite entering greet with good night all present (to the And a foreign lady who was instead). He asked us for our ID and we provided it to him, he didn't want our ID, he asked us to give them our passport to check it out, as he noted that the police were constantly checking the place. We did what he said, he later pointed out to us that if we didn't cash him at the time we would have to leave in the middle of the storm (a whole abuse of power). We paid him. And as a brooch, he pointed out to us that we had drunk being a teetotaller.

Beautiful place, both Silvia and the Pauls very attentive and helpful. Beautiful experience. The room was very clean and comfortable.
