The rooms are very good, the attention also. I would have liked the pool to be bigger and warmer. However, we must consider the good location, close to wineries (Chinese) and a market. You can also enjoy the San Telmo Fair on Sundays, as it is located 3 blocks away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Well-liked staff, although the few services offered could be upgradeable.

That's great. We had to stay another day! And a shame not to be able to do it in this nice place! Thanks a lot!

Excellent relation price quality, and an attention on the part of the guys from reception excellent, always attentive. The department is well equipped and a very comfortable bed. It's worth it if you want to be in San Telmo, being in this place.

Really nice rooms and staff. Very clean, good location and the hostel next door provides additional amenities such as laundry service. Our room had a big balcony with chairs and view of the sunset (albeit somewhat obscured by the buildings around). 24h reception is also definitely a plus. The kitchen in the room includes kitchen utensils. Definitely looking forward staying again, especially for the price.

Great location Steps away from the defense and Plaza Dorrego.

The street it is in might not be appealing, but inside it is very nice. Their are 4 floors with on each floor four apartments. The street side apartments might be a bit more noisy? The room itself is great. Big, with a small kitchen, nice bathroom, good bed, closet with safe, flatscreen and good functioning airco. Cleaning is once a week if you stay longer (towels every two days). Recommended!

I love it! I'm in a mini apartment and it's all ok. Beautiful décor, all very clean mainly the bathroom. Air conditioning, tv, cute pictures… And very good prices! It has a swimming pool and a living room next door. Recommended! :)

The apartments are just perfect, at first I thought the photos were just renders, they are not, this are real photos of the real apartments.

Excellent attention. Very comfortable and above all things safe. We felt at home. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of San Telmo with close access to the main tourist points of this neighborhood. Convenient access for public transport.

The location is good but the facilities are poor. Dirt in the rooms, the mattresses stained with mud and poor attention. We made the reservation through booking and even though they sent us different mail asking for data we were never told that the elevator was not working the day we were going to stay. So we had to climb 4 floors up the ladder every time we went out. In addition to this not only did not notify us of this situation but they gave us three different excuses and the situation of the elevator was informed after the payment was made at the place. In the face of this situation, he would have expected to be informed that the elevator was out of operation so that we could decide whether that was the place where we wanted to stay. If you pay a certain amount of money, you expect the services you provide to be comned to you to be in line with the price.

Fantastic self contained apartment in San Telmo! This was the best place we've stayed in, in all of Argentina and was great value for money (based on the amounts that we paid which worked out at about £26 a night and for what it is). The apartment was very clean and everything was modern and new and looked lovely. It was essentially a self contained apartment and had everything you needed including a kettle, microwave, stove, fridge, tv, a balcony and excellent Wi-Fi. The staff were incredibly helpful and helped us out with some post issues on top of all the other questions we had. There was a laundry service just next door (provided by the hostel) and there was a great parilla next door as well. San Telmo in addition, was our favourite neighbourhood in Buenos Aires. It is further away from the centre of town, but had much more character. Would highly recommend.
