We were invited to The Book Fair in Buenos Aires, to tell stories with our Group Caszacuento and we stayed there.

Great hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel being boutique and small, gives it a lot of character, but it naturally comes with it's own issues, like sealants in the bathroom, and a noisy ticking air conditioner. Other than that, a great value for the cost.

Excellent hotel very well located, hearty and rich breakfast, attentive and helpful staff I loved spending here these days.

The hotel is beautifuland, the décor, the terraced balcony for events.

We had our day and wedding night at the hotel. Everything was fantastic. Nahuel's attention was excellent, he was super predisposed to make our stay wonderful. No problem, just cool. The Penthouse is beautiful, super spacious, ideal for photos and makeup, dreamed! We did high school with friends and everyone came out of 10. It's just left to thank and super recommend it!

It's really noisy. But he's got his good stuff. 1 The staff is very attentive and willing. The breakfast is very varied and complete unlike other sites is a la carte.

Small, but smart & stylish hotel in the trendy Palermo district. The location was good for exploring Palermo and the nearby sites, including many parks and green spaces. It was close to a subway station for access into the centre of the city; although the walk into the centre is quite long, it covers a lot of shopping areas. My room was smartly, if sparsely, decorated with a small balcony. It was quite small, but perfectly sufficient for me travelling solo. However, I did get a splinter from an untreated floorboard and it was slightly concerning that there didn’t appear to be any smoke detectors in the rooms, only in the corridors. Pluses: — Smart & stylish — Clean room — Good location for Palermo district & subway to centre — Balcony — Air conditioning — Friendly staff (special mention to Ramon! ) — Bike hire available — Lift with murals painted on one wall as you go up & down (very unique! ) — Free gym (though off-site) — Free Wi-Fi (I got very good speeds of ~30Mb/s) — Mini-bar Negatives: — Floorboards in my room produced splinters — No smoke detectors in room, only in corridor — No tea/coffee making facilities in the room – there is a Nespresso machine for use on the 1st floor — Quite small room (though perfectly sufficient for one) — The breakfast from the adjoining Mooi café was OK, but fairly limited choice – some of which had run out on my second day.

We stayed in the penthouse and it was a great experice. 2 bedroom + 2 additonal beds in the main room. The balcony is wide as the floor and access to the roof. The staff goes above and beyond to assist. The breakfast in the hotel is hand down the best.

Cute place with character though thin walls so you hear your neighbors.

Horrible customer service experience. I spent 10 days there for a business trip and it ended up being an unpleasant experience due to many mismanaged issues by hotel staff. On top of that rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis (towels are changed and the bed is made and that's it).

This hotel is just great, amazing rooms friendly staff, and Decor all at 5 stars, plus the area the hotel is in is the best, cleanest, and safest of all Buenos Aires with great bars, restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance, forget the fancy 5 star places you see in the holiday brochures this hotel is above them you will not be disappointed!

Amazing little hotel with the best breakfast we had in three weeks in Argentina! Very cool old times but hip design in the rooms.

Super nice staff and a fantastic location. Surrounded by great bars, restaurants and very close to the amazing burger joint, which is a must visit if you are in Palermo! They have a nice arrangement for the breakfast as well. Rent bikes from the hotel. Close to ATM as well.

Very friendly staff, who were understanding and helpful after we were affected by travel disruption. The hotel is well located, and the room was comfortable, if a little small (more so the front facing rooms with balconies than the rear facing ones).

We had a very pleasant stay here with my family. Hotel decor was very cool and rooms were clean and nicely designed. Only downside was the shower door which made it difficult getting in and out of the shower. Breakfast was served in the adjoining restaurant. Unfortunately service here was slow and they didn't have menu items very early during breakfast service. The hotel staff were however very helpful with printing boarding passes, booking taxis and sorting a light breakfast for us at 4am when we were due to leave. Great service. Location was also good in Palermo Hollywood.
